Dunkin’ Donuts

Once again this particular dunkin donuts is terrible. Hit the drive thro the other day ordered a iced coffee and a muligrain bagel toasted with chive… the lady takes my order and repeats it back to me as she is laughing and interacting with co-workers…i get the the window pay and procede to drive off when i notice i was given a blueberry muffin i go inside and they had a bag waiting for me, no biggie just grabbed the wrong bag right? wrong… open this bag and i get an everything bagel toasted with one of those fruity cream cheeses… go back and explain that this is not correct either… annoyed with me they ask what i had ordered and just appolgized scarcasitcly since i was ruining their ciggarette breaks and goofing off… no offer to speak to a manager (i dont think they would have done anything since everyone was goofing off and sitting around) no offer for any kind of compensation for my time and there countless errors. NOT IMPRESSED ALL SHOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION
