i usually love this place but the girl that waited on me today has a nasty attitude, sadly to say i will keep going back because i like the ice coffee but hopefully they train her how to speak to people and rolling eyes isnt necessary!!!- i ask for a ice coffee she made me a hot coffee, so i said oh no i wanted ice she rolled her eyes and begain to make my ice coffee so then i said how much more do i owe you since you rang me up for a how (willing to pay and understanding it was only a mistake) she rolls her eyes and said «next time» 2.79. it kept everything for me not to come over that counter!!! smh

The staff here is horrible! Attitudes are everything and when I first moved to milford I loved going. I don’t appreciate having staff rolls their eyes at me for no reason whatsoever. My mother in law was visiting from out of town and couldn’t believe how she was treated. I was embarrassed that I even brought her to a place that treats their customers so rude. They just re renovated the store I think it’s time to do the say with the employees this was the last chance I gave this dunkin today they have lost me as a customer!
