We have been living in DE (Milford) for 6 months now, this was our first time out for sushi since we moved here. We have a traditional Sushi restaurant back in Tampa where we used to live, it was always top quality. We have had sushi at many places and nothing compared, so we started to make our own, although fun, it was not up to snuff.
We decided to go get lunch here the other day (my wife, daughter & I) it was so good good we went back for dinner (this time our son joined us). The quality of the sushi was amazing, the makimono rolls were great. I’m not a fan of a Spider-​roll my wife is, yea the spider-​roll was amazing, they have a shrimp tempura roll, back in Tampa they call that a Mexican Roll) bit this roll did not have the smelt roe on it, they put some sort of sauce I have no clue what it was, but it made us pause for a minute at the flavor explosion going on in our mouths. The Rainbow roll was nice, they put spicy mayo on it, it tasted good, but was not up my alley. My wife had a Delaware roll, she said it was delicious. Our 10 year old son had 2 rolls himself Spider, & Shrimp tempura, sushi-​tuna, 8 pieces of octopus, shrimp. He had about 20 pieces of food all on his own, he agreed with us both that mt Fuji here in Milford blows away Ichoban’s back in Tampa.
We will be going back probably sooner than any other restaurant I review on here. Stop in and enjoy. The décor is nice & clean very up to date, my daughter l Ed seeing the sting ray swimming in the fish tank.

I am very pleased with this place great prices but the quality doesn’t match … It exceeds the price. I got two tuna two salmon two California and a Philly roll and 1 firehouse roll all for under 40 bucks it was an amazing deal.

My fiancé picked up sushi for me tonight on his way home from work. According to him, the restaraunt was very clean & looked nice. The people were helpful & friendly. I thought the food presentation coulda been better but the food was very tasty. The amount received for the price could have also been better but overall I was satisfied. I would go there again.

Finally a place to get sushi in Milford.
Brand new, restaurant in clean and well decorated. Take out available. You can customize any of the sushi there to your liking.
Located by the Walmart, it’s a pleasant surprise to be given a better Asian takeout than your normal sweet and sour Chicken.
The Beautiful roll hits the spot. Hibachi items also available.
