After a long, hard Monday, a rewarding dinner at Giorgio’s was much anticipated and, as usual, did not disappoint. Our waitress tonight was Emily G. who was beyond exceptional. The restaurant was busier than usual but Emily made us feel like we were the only table that mattered. We have always had great food and outstanding service at Giorgio’s and that is why we continue to return time and again. Upon exiting, we had the pleasure of chatting with Megan who informed us that Giorgio’s will be expanding to Manchester. We will be sure to visit their newest restaurant next month.

The premises are an oasis in a desert of strip malls and low rent converted store fronts. The food is just good; but the investment in the interior and customer service is much appreciated. I like the kabab and gyro; and the pizza is above average. Lunch options are appropriate small portions served fast and for a reasonable price. Beautiful marble and granite details. Well done.

I do like Giorgio’s they have a great atmosphere & the food is really good. I do not like the fact if you do not like something they WILLNOT take it off the bill unless you complain. If something is not cooked correctly you should not have to pay for it. Especially when we go there all the time. Well not anymore, it’s once & awhile now, due to the greediness of taking money from patrons no matter what. I have a bunch of friends who agree!

The service was fantastic, food delicious, atmosphere lovely. We stopped there for a late lunch and weren’t disappointed. My husband got the gyro and was a little disappointed that the meat wasn’t thinly sliced as advertised, but other than that, he was happy. I got the Turkey BLT wrap and really liked it. Portions were big. Took 2⁄3 home.

Worst service, ever! The food was«just OK», but the service well, that I will remember much longer than the lasagna or the spaghetti with Chicken Parmesan. I say go to Papa Gino’s for the spaghetti and just skip the skimpy lasagna altogether. Our server was just short of being rude… Carefully so, I might add because the eyes rolled, the chest sighed. Never again.

I honestly wanted to love this place, but the service and food were only slightly above what you would find at a chain restaurant like Olive Garden. we ordered the calamari and unfortunately, it was not fresh, but frozen. Lacking in seasoning and flavor we had high hopes as it came with two dipping sauces — plain marinara and lemon aioli which were both just as lackluster as the calamari. For dinner, we ordered the chicken piccata and the chicken, broccoli, ziti or «CBZ» as they call it. The menu describes both dishes as having chicken breasts, but came out with«chicken medallions» which is a cheaper, frozen version of a fresh, made to order, chicken breast. Chicken was rubbery and lacked flavor in both dishes. The beer list is disappointing if you’re adventurous like my husband and I so we ended up drinking wine and espresso martinis. On a positive note, the martinis were delicious, made with real espresso. They claim to be an Italian/Mediterranean restaurant which is a bit odd as it seems they are unable to master either. So if you’re look for authentic Italian food, this is not the place for you.

Martinis are way overpriced. Milford location has loud acoustics problem in bar area. Had to have server repeat herself several times — forget having a conversation there. Word on the street it’s a horrible place to work and management is nightmare.

There was a huge piece of plastic in my meal. Service slow. Will not be back. If they can’t see such a large foreign object I worry about things like hand washing and sneezing in my food

Had the veal Marsala, which was excellent. Went on a Tuesday night and you cannot beat the special of 2 entrees for $ 22. Also had the veal piccata, which was excellent too, but next time would order it without the artichokes. The crab and artichoke dip was hot and excellent also. Then we finished with the tiramisu, which was the perfect ending. Stop in here everyone I am in Milford. Also they are opening up another unit in Manchester.

I want to clarify that this review is regarding the service at the bar and not the dining area or food quality. I am an avid fan of Giorgio’s however after having several bad experiences sitting at their wonderful bar I decided to write this review. The bartender attitudes and lack of service is exhausting. There was a male and female bartender last night and I still had to wait an exceptionally long time for service to order a drink. Once I had my drink I waited over 15 mins to place my order without any effort to make eye contact with me to see if I was ready to order. When I finally place my order of salad and Pizza, she asked if I would like bread but it never showed up. The salad and pizza arrived at the same time, delivered directly from the kitchen in a short amount of time. I expected the salad to arrive ahead of my main course and I mentioned this however it was shrugged off. I can deal with a busy bar and all the excuses that one typically hears about when bring up bad service however I did noticed that the female bartender had several opportunities to check her phone as I sat waiting to be waited on. The bartenders here have almost a pompous attitude and never really engage their customer, during my many visits. We have resorted to sitting at the tables when visiting as a couple but this evening I was solo so I assumed I could get basic service but was proven wrong again. Great food and the dining staff is fabulous. The bartenders need a lesson in customer service. Please visit but don’t expect much from the bar service.

Great food took the family lots to choose from The server was excellent and friendly. The highlight was the dessert menu. Portions are huge and they have the best tiramisu I have had in years. Great surprising treat.

George and his family have been a tremendous addition to the southern NH community since opening their fist location in Milford over 20 years ago… not only offering his beautiful establishments as an amenity to our community the family has donated, supported and sponsored numerous organizations and causes over these years… we are fortunate to have these types of proprietors in our community… Thank you Sklavounos family for your support and dedication… keep up the great work. And I love your food.

We’ve eaten here a few times. Every time, the food has been excellent. They have a creative menu and a diverse drink menu. Everything has been tasty and and prepped well. The ambiance is also great. It has a nice-night-out feel but isn’t stuffy. Once, we went with a group of people and we had made a reservation but when we arrived, they hadn’t seemed to have prepared for us, so we ended up waiting about a half hour before being seated. That’s the reason I’m giving them four stars instead of five. It was pretty disappointing especially because we were celebrating a friend’s birthday, thought we had planned ahead, but still had to wait. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. But, like I said, the food is always good and every time we go just the two of us, or even with four of us, everything’s been smooth. I would definitely recommend this place.

Some things are good. Other things are not. They also run out of items on their menu. I stopped going last year. It reminded me of a Cheesecake Factory.

Overall a fairly good meal. I’ve been to the Milford location probably 6 times over the years and I’d say it’s a good option; however I certainly prefer the Merrimack spot. We had a group of 8 the most recent time and the food was overall well prepared, but with a few minor hitches. The service was average and that impacted the overall experience. The prior comments are an overall theme that runs consistently through most of my visits to Giorgio’s in Milford. At some point I hope the service picks up to match the beautiful building and bar.

As time goes on, Giorgio’s just keeps getting better. New menu is great. Their crab cakes are outstanding. Had them Christmas Eve, hope they are still on the menu!

We stopped in dinner last night and immediately got a table. It took a short while before our waitress noticed we were there, but once she did, she was very attentive. We ordered lasagna, which is our new Italian restaurant«check it out» dish, and a side Greek salad. The bread with pesto and olive oil is fantastic. My wife was starving so the waitress brought the bread immediately. The greek salad was fresh and the balsamic vinegar and oil was just right. The lasagna was good, but not great. The round dish it’s served in makes it look bigger than it is. It’s very cheesy, but lacks noodle, and unless you order meatballs or sausage, it’s meatless. Overall we had a good time and left full with some leftovers.
