CLOSINGOCTOBER5!!! Everything NOW50– 60% OFF!!! They don’t have much left. Some shoes, furniture, jewelry and some office supplies and pet stuff, and some food, but that is mainly all! They do still have some pharmacy like items. Highly suggested if you are in the area, before OCT5

I wasn’t expecting much here but wow I thought it would’ve been a little better. Compared to the one in Webster this place is like a rundown Job Lot. Very unorganized and things are very random… This store needs a major overhaul to say the least. I was hoping to get a couple things for Easter baskets but decided that any other store besides this place was a better option

I’ve lived in the Milford area almost 20 years. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Every time I go here I remind myself that I hate this place. The cashiers are crabby and slow, and there is never more than one person working there. Save yourself the aggravation and go to target or Walmart up the road.

I don’t expect a whole lot from a Kmart, just the bare minimum. Can’t even get that here. I went in to spend a quick $ 30 on a handful of small items I could have got anywhere, but since I was driving right by I stopped in. I got to the front with my items and there is only one register open. Four people in line, each with shopping carts full of items. The one cashier was extremely slow. After a few minutes of the line growing behind me and no movement, an employee who appeared to be a supervisor approached the next register, but instead of opening it she sat there filling out paper work and commenced chatting with the one cashier who was working. I left my items on the nearest end cap and went down the street to CVS. This store must be a tax right off, I can’t see that they’re doing any business, and they don’t seem to care whether they do or not.

The Kmart in Milford is a dump. The aisles are disorganized and the prices are generally higher than the other local chains especially when you are shopping for children and young adults. The Men’s clothing section is scattered in the rear of the store with a assortment of cheap T-Shirts and baggy pants. For the life of me I can’t understand the thinking of placing a counter with cheap fake jewelry in the front of the store instead of clothing that will make them money. This Kmart location is not going to last long in Milford.

It gets 2 stars since there wasn’t an armed robber/shootout/store lock down(see my review of the Hyannis store). Other than that, I’d skip it altogether. You’ve got Target ½ mile up the road, where the employees don’t wear B.U.M. sweatshirts as a uniform, ESP when their bodies are under NO management whatsoever… I went in out of sheer laziness, it was closer than Target and the parking lot was empty(go figure)… I bought Jack his Kibbles ‘n Bits at the aforementioned store one half mile up the road. This store reminded me of a well-lit Spags, with a few no-name plasma TV’s and hunting rifles thrown in. I remember it being so different when I was a kid. It’s unrecognizable, and I wonder what they’ll put in its place when it’s 86’d…

It’s very difficult for me to shop at K-Mart because I can’t STAND the music they play(loudly) in the store. It seems to be geared to an urban, jazzy/hip hoppy crowd. What’s with that? I would expect that music at a teenagers/twenty-something’s clothing store but K-Mart? It is THAT annoying that I am writing a review on it. I’ll go there only in dire emergency because the music is awful and you can’t escape it.
