we made the appointment twice and never shows up on time, first time we had two hours period and nerver shows up and we call them back to find out what is going on and they just said we so busy and can’t make it on time have to wait two hours more may be. then we rescheduled for the next day. then it happen again, no one shows up, and every time i call back, they will say they are on the way, and they are getting rude because we call them back just to check our appointment?, after a hour we just wasted on waiting for them to shows up, this is crazy, if you can’t make it on the appointment time, you have to let the customer know, or just don’t make any appointment, very disappointed with all those time we just wasted on waiting. we have much more important things to do then waiting.

Awful company. My pilot kept turning off in the hot water heater. They would come and say else need parts to be replaced. What a scam
