The Good: The wings, menu options, plenty of seating The Bad: Service on busy nights Quaker Steak and Lube is your typical wing-type sports bar, specializing in garage and racing décor. The menu has the typical bar food favorites such as burgers, heavy appetizers, loaded salads, sandwiches, and of course wings. There are a handful beers on tap and a wide selection of bottles and cans. The wings were good but nothing you couldn’t get at any other sports bar. But they do offer about 25 wing sauces to choose from so that provides you more variety than a typical sports bar. Almost everyone at our table enjoyed their food which included burgers, wraps, chicken fingers, and wings. Our waitress for the evening was great and did a good job handling our large group, that also included three children. The main reason I didn’t rate this place one star higher was a member of our party ordered a well done, plain hamburger. But when it came out it had pickles, onion, tomato, and lettuce on it. He sent it back but when a new burger was delivered, it was the same burger patty just on a new bun. So the juices from the pickle and tomato were still evident on the burger. This was brought to the waitress’s attention and she comped that part of the bill. This was more of a kitchen issue than a reflection on our waitress. Quaker Steak and Lube is a good place for bar food and draft beer in a garage atmosphere. The only downside is that good service is hard to come by on their busy nights. But if you are in the area, their wings are worth a try.

This place is pretty awful. The bartender gave my sister a red concoction of who knows what when she ordered an old fashioned. The Mac and cheese fries were just a pile of overly salted fries with bacon bits, cloves, and a lack of cheese. The wings weren’t terrible, but definitely didn’t live up to the hype. We could only finish a quarter of the Mediterranean chicken wrap because it tasted like biting into a garlic clove. As we were paying for our meal, we realized our server didn’t even pre-bus our table. We still had the appetizer plate in front of us when we left. The server did drop a few Twizzlers on the table with our check. It’s a bit weird and doesn’t play into the vibe of the place, but they were fresh. The bottom line is that this place has a cool feel as a beer bar, but I wouldn’t recommend coming for anything other than that.

Havent been here for years. Family getaway. Good amount of menu items but limited vegetarian options for my daughter. All salads have meat. Ordered a strawberry fields one with chicken on side. My son had a burger and was happy with it. My wife and I had chicken sandwiches with a side of apples. Very filling. Loved the giant appertizer as shown. They have rotating drink specials.

This place is just okay. A lot of office park people go here. The wings are good but nothing to write home about. I’d write more but I have to go take a huge dump after eating there.

We have been eating here for years and have stopped going numerous times because of bad service. But we try to come back and give it a second, third, fourth shot. We are done. Prices are always going up and food quality and volume go down. I have a feeling they make most of their money in beer sales so they don’t care about restaurant patrons.

I have been here for lunch and dinner. Dirty. Dirty, dirty, dirty. It could be Jesus serving the food and I wouldn’t go back.

Noisy so unbelievably loud, food so poor, even a hamburger is not good, didn’t even eat it. Fries are quite good. Nothing on the menu would tempt. Would never go back

Best wings in town. All 3 locations rock. Onion rings and burgers are also a favorite of mine.

I should have learned my lesson the first handful of times I have dined here. My wife and I have only come here on the«all you can eat wings» nights about 4 times and every time has been the same. Mediocre food with sub par service. This last time was the kicker for me. Came for all you can eat wings, took 30 minutes for a waitress to take our order, another 30 to bring it out and then 30 minutes later asked if I wanted more wings after my wife was already done eating and we had to leave. Huge waste of money, I could have saved $ 10 by just ordering a normal sized meal(which is all I ate anyways). I won’t be back. I’ve learned my lesson.

If it’s wings you want, then this is absolutely the place to go. They’re so good! The place is huge, so usually not a problem getting in. Their takeout window makes picking your food up so easy.

Today for the first time ive visited this sad establishment. My only reasoning for going was because my babe suggested it. But i dont know if because it was 2hrs to closing or because they are racist but service was terrible. First if i walk in at 10:56p and your sign says«kitchen closes at midnight» and your telling me to hurry up and order because it closes at 11 then either change your sign or stop lying and tell me the truth im a big boy. Second if i never really see my waitress to bring me a refill on my drink and can barely finish my dry burger than please by all means bring me an adequate amount of «lube» to finish my food. 3rd bringing me my check without seeing you a couple more times is just plain rude… I hope you will understand why you get a dollar tip.

Spend many Wednesday nights there for biker night. I always order the supercharged wings they’re hot and consistently good. Beer on draft always comes out cold and the staff is always friendly. Bands are usually southern rock or rockabilly in nature but there are good quality and it’s a fun night.

Ended up at Quaker Steak in Milford last night with a group of friends. I cringed when someone suggested we go there but I went with the flow. They didn’t disappoint. All you can eat wings night means you can only eat what they bring out. Our server must have been the low women on the totem pole as they only brought out two at a time and we never got our original order of 8. Those who didn’t order wings got a tray for cold food. Apparently someone forget to bring to our table or so we were told. No apologies, no comp, nothing. The food here is marginal at best. Bike Night(Wednesday) is the only reason to go and eat before you get there. Service is pretty decent most times, but they print money from the Clermont County crowd(you know what I mean) so they don’t care. Don’t expect anything special except greasy over priced bar food.

Darn it! We got the«worst» seat in the house! This means that we get 10% off our meal!(by the way, it isn’t literally the worst seat in the house it is just called that). Great restaurant! AMAZING wings!

Well the food is good service could be a bit more attentive but over all friendly. It’s good for kids and large groups. It’s just a sports bar type restaurant so don’t go and expect golden service and food but it’s good for what it is

Feeling very sad that I am taking 2 whole stars away from Quaker Steak. We’ve been coming here for a while now and their service is racing down hill quickly. First off, it was like pulling teeth to get our waitress to our table. I noticed the last couple times we’ve been there that they have done away with the cute egg shell cartons with the Spinster order. That’s fine. I’m sure that’s a money saving move. But today when I had to flag down my waitress to point out that I was shorted a wing and she responded with, «only it only comes with 5 now.» Really? That’s clearly a price increase. And after paying I had to ask for wet wipes. Hello? We ordered wings; we shouldn’t have to ask for wet wipes. My cup was sticky. STICKY. Yea, just not a good experience at all. Hopefully we’ll get it another try and they’ll redeem theirselves:(Not good, Quaker.

For years, I worked in the area and used to frequent QS&L for happy hours. The food was always marginal. Today I met a long time friend for lunch. Ordered the salad based on the waitresses recommendation. When she brought our food out, my plate was a wrap. I asked, «didn’t I order a salad?». Her response at first was no you ordered a wrap. When she looked at her written ticket, she said oh yeah you did order a salad. She said keep the wrap and I will tell my manager. When she came back in a few minutes, she said, «I need to take your plate». She again came by in a few min. and said they are making your salad now and it will be out in two minutes. 15 min later, my friend finished his burger/fries and I told the waitress to cancel my salad and bring me the check and manager. The manager(Mike) finally came over and I explained the right thing to do would have been to let the customer keep the wrap while the salad was being made. He talked in circles and the waitress brought my check. They could have at the very least comped the soda’s, apps or my friends meal. Don’t waste your money eating here. It has gone downhill greatly over the last few years.

This is a MUSTGO for any real wing eaters! Every time I visit Ohio, Quaker is a necessary stop! The closest one to Chicago is about an hour away in Indiana, but this one in Ohio is the best(they always have the bendy straws, silly I know). The atmosphere is completely unique! There are cars and motorcycles hanging from the ceiling, tv’s everywhere; in a surprisingly un-intrusive way, and plenty of beer options. In all of our visits, we have eventually found the perfect wing combo: Buckeye Barbecue and Arizona Ranch. The ultimate balance of barbecue spice from the Buckeye and cooling ranch from the Arizona. The wings are so great we never get any other entrees! I did not remotely enjoy eating wings before this place. Now I am a die hard Quaker wing addict! The wings have the same crunchy texture as the original buffalo wings, that’s right: just as crunchy and juicy as 100% authentic, New Buffalo’s very first, Buffalo Wings. With countless more delicious flavor options! We’ll sometimes get an appetizer when with a really hungry bunch and the fried pickles(cut lengthwise, great touch!) are delicious, along with the mozzarella sticks, and/or onion rings. Three deep fried appetizers that would be pretty difficult to mess up anywhere. It should come as no surprise that Quaker gets these right. Something a little more difficult that is even better: the AMAZING artichoke dip! The artichoke dip is the kind of appetizer no one wants to share. Some small details about Quaker that bring the experience over the top are the warm, disposable, towelettes you get after the wings are all gone(trust me, they will be all gone). We also can’t forget that every drink comes with a colorful bendy straw! What a pleasant surprise for the kids or inner six-year-old in everyone. Finally, **SPOILERALERT** everyone gets a Twizzler at the end of it all«Ta-Da!».

If you have not dined at Quaker Steak & Lube you are missing out! As a chicken wing connoisseur, I consider myself pretty knowledgeable on sauces, wing structures and cooking techniques. It is obvious that this Lube prides themselves on their food quality and outstanding service! My favorite Wings: 1st&2nd: I personally order two sprinters of all Drums each time I go. My go-to sauces are dusted chipotle BBQ and Buckeye BBQ. The contrast of these«sauces» truly bring out the beauty that BBQ flavors have. The dusted BBQ brings a mild-blaze of smokey flavor to the tip of your taste buds that will not be outdone. The Buckeye BBQ on the other hand reminds you of the creaminess that a spicy tasteful sauce should carry and it feels as though it is perfectly glazed over each wind. 3rd Runner Up: Arizona Ranch. If you are interested in a wing that is sure to impress everyone at your table, check out this indulgent creamy sauce! This wing sauce is the perfect balance between sweet and salty as the ranch blends skillfully. Atmosphere: Sure, your mouth is in for a treat once you decide to dine at this establishment. Although, Quaker Steak & Lube strives to appeal to all of your senses. If you are into motorcycles, fast cars, Nascar, classic cars or corvettes do not miss your chance to tour the whole restaurant. With three different themed rooms, this restaurant is sure to please everyone! Service: The servers here are well-trained, intelligent and obviously enjoy their jobs. My bartender Felicia was awesome and fun to chat with. She can make a great margarita and looks great doing it! Prices: Comparable with Applebee’s or Roadhouse. Although the food is much better, the service isn’t even comparable and the quantity never disappoints. Booze wise, I had 5 margarita and two beers and my bill was only $ 40. Who Comes here??: Everyone! This is a terrific place to watch a game, catch up with friends, bring the family or meet new singles at the bar. I personally wouldn’t be offended if a guy brought me here on a date! The desserts are shareable and the music rocks! Don’t forget to buy a t-shirt and a few Lube Sauces before you leave! I personally use the Lube Dusted BBQ spices on everything in my kitchen including egg whites, burgers, meatloaf, french fries, deviled eggs and pretty much everything else you typically use seasoning salt for. It is much healthier because it contains less sodium and is tastes AMAZING! The best $ 6.99 I ever spent because it last a little over a year in my kitchen and I use it constantly!
