Michelle responded to a question about stocking at Home Depot. I was given the answer promptly and she gave me much more information than needed. So happy to see customer service thrives with our local businesses!

I saw they have the Tuff Stuff tubs at Home Depot, but the largest they had was a 75gal. I was lookin for a larger one for my arowana fish cause she’s outgrowing her 55gal tank. I found them on FB and PM’d them if they had the 140 gallon tank I saw on the Tuff Stuff website. I got a quick reply by Michelle saying she didn’t have it, but said that Aquaponics Place in Waimanalo stocks that brand. I immediately called and they did! I was in such disbelief that I asked the guy 3x making sure. He started to laugh and reassured me he had it. OMG! Totally scored! Come to find out it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than if I ordered it from the mainland! Michelle’s quick response and referral to Aquaponics Place saved me nearly $ 250! I totally recommend them! well first review. so here goes i called i think the guys name was chris? ii felt like i called the wrong number but he asked what i needed, i told him. and he knew what i was looking for and didnt have it so he suggested other stores that may carry what i was looking for in specific. and he was really into it. he took time out of his day to give me some really great advise so my rating is % stars great customer relations. mahalos
