Staff are always friendly. Your order is prepared quickly. The phở is consistently hot and good. If you eat inside, you can help yourself to water. Also, someone does come around to refill your water. You can takeout the phở, and they pack it for you really well. They put the noodles in one container, and the soup in another, and the veggies in a bag. When you take it home, the soup is still nice and hot.

I always love the spicy shrimp soup at Ba-Le! Prices are low, workers are very nice and helpful and I’ve never had a problem with ordering there. I go daily and I love it every time! I would recommend this for anyone and everyone.

My regular order is lemongrass chicken sandwich on croissant. Lemongrass chicken and rib plate. Or lemongrass seafood soup with phở. I’m a person of habit and never really try anything new. Even tho this place isn’t known for their phở that lemongrass seasoning makes their phở so much better. I always go here.

Ba-Le is a perfect quick meal which doesn’t break the bank. I jump between dishes I regularly get but if you’re feeling a little rainy like the weather there are good soups, or if you like sandwiches like me their sandwiches are super yummy! Any Ba-Le you go to has a different feel to it but each of them are clean and have good service from my experience. The great food is just a perk ! Enjoy!

I came here to get my husband some banh bi since he has been missing OC, thought I would surprise him today. I ordered him the chicken banh bi, and the French roll was very fresh, and the chicken was flavorful and moist. The veggies were fresh, and the sandwich was an ideal portion, so much so that he had some leftover for late night snack. I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other dishes on the menu.

I guess this review is long overdue. I’ve been eating here for years. I always order take out and it’s always quick friendly service. The phở here is my comfort food! I prefer my phở plain and simple… so my standard order is #90(Phở-beef noodle soup) no meatball. I usually order a teriyaki chicken sandwich on crossaint(no mayo and no cilantro) to eat the next day. The noodles are cooked perfectly and the beef broth is flavorful! Even though I always take out, the broth is always really hot when I get home to eat. On a cold day or if I’m feeling under the weather the phở here always hits the spot! Update: My current go to meal is the lemon grass chicken with vermecelli noodles(no sprouts, and an extra sauce)! Maybe because it’s summer time and it’s a little too hot for phở. Confession: It’s so quick, convenient, and inexpensive that I’ve been eating here almost every week… sometimes twice a week! You know you eat at a place too much when you call in your order and they already know who you are! :)

We love coming here to eat and enjoy each others company. We don’t always eat out, but when we do, this is one of the places we come too. Awesome food and reasonable prices…

In the mood for soup because of the cold weather and my sore throat, I picked up take out for the BF and I. I ordered a beef phở and tofu phở, both without onions, and the order was prepared quickly. The menu is clear and straight forward, and the staff here is very friendly. I added on a sweet potato tapioca, and let me just say YUMMMM! It has chunks of sweet potato throughout giving it a unique texture. For under $ 20, we got two meals and a dessert. Not a bad deal! Don’t forget to ask for containers for your sauces, you can fill them on your way out!

Great vietnamese style food. Affordable prices and good portion sizes. Definitely gets busy here during lunch and dinner time. They have dine in or take out. If you’re eating in you order, seat yourself and someone will bring your food to you. But you get your own water which isn’t horrible… at least there isn’t someone annoyingly refilling your water with every sip you take(which always happens to me). All in all, they have the foods I want, drinks I believe are in cans and they give you a cup of ice with it, yummy desserts, and they’ll even sell you pickled veggies if you’re into that stuff!

I live in wahiawa with two known phở places, and when I want phở I will definitely drive past this two restaurants and go to this one instead, the soup base is always so favorable and they give such a huge portion, I always order beef combo phở, and they give so much meat, the noodles are always cooked to perfection never over cooked! They are really quick with service and always so kind, definitely my go to when I need phở!

The best bale on the isle! Friendly fast service with delicious food. I must have tried at least half the menu and there are many choices for many tastes. Love the noodles under $ 10 bucks, delicious, good quality and portion get a great deal for your money here. Never left hungry here. When you walk in go straight to the back check out the extensive menu from sandwiches to phở to mix plates. There are some vegetarian choices too. When ready, order by number… there are drinks and dessert too! Try the banana or taro tapioca.(You won’t regret it) If your eating in they will give you a number and you can sit on any empty table. There is ice water service and they will bring out your food as its made. If you prefer to get take out I suggest you call your order in as this place gets busy at certain times of the day. Tonight we tried the shrimp phở(tomato paste soup with round noodle) and chicken phở(same as the beef but just with shredded chicken) I love their broth! Plenty of flavor you won’t even need the sauces on the side.(Maybe only the siriacha sauce for spice) Food coma coming on… nap time!

Convenient place in Mililani if your in the mood for phở. Some times the broth is very tasty and other times it’s ok. If you need phở and don’t want to go to far from Mililani then Bale is the place. It would be five stars if they offered more variety for the phở. Sandwiches are always good!

I love the chicken sandwich at Bale, but as we all know, different locations are slightly better than others. This is my first time to this location and it’s automatically my favorite Bale on the island. It has good a/c which is a must this hot summer, it’s very clean, and this is the best Bale lemon chicken sandwich! The bread was super crunchy and perfectly golden brown. I asked for extra cilantro and I was not disappointed. The pickled veggies were very fresh and crunchy too. My bf got the teri chicken summer rolls. The chicken as tender, juicy and flavored well. I wish this location was closer to home, but I’ll be back if I’m in the area again.

With the selection of many vegetables in meals from sandwiches to plates to soups, with Vietnamese restaurant isn’t a let down! The fast service doesn’t hurt either! Although I didn’t quite enjoy the chicken summer rolls, I have loved their sandwiches(especially lemongrass chicken) and plates. They’re connected with la tour café which is very different, but also amazing! Make sure to get their puddings, too(sweet potato). Overall, nice, easy, and quick place to fulfill your appetite!

I honestly love eating here. The service is always fast & the food is always delicious. I either get the #5 which is 3 spring rolls on a bed of noodles with veggies, the beef phở or an order of shrimp summer rolls. Whenever I order from here I always feel like I’m eating clean & healthy. If you plan on using your credit card there is a $ 10 minimum. This location is located in the Mililani shopping center(the one with foodland &24) next to t mobile. Parking is usually easy to find unless you’re going around dinner or on the weekends when there is either a game or fight playing at the Mill next door.

Came here after a long workout at 24 hr fitness! The meal really hit the spot. I had the spring roll wraps and the combo Bahn Mi! You have to order and pay at the register and then someone beings the food to your table when it’s ready. The spring roll was standard. Looked more like a lumpia than the usual spring roll that I’m used to. I usually place my spring roll in the lettuce and add the mint leaves, pickled veggies, cucumbers, rice noodles, and bean sprouts all together before wrapping it into a nice taco shape. Then I’ll dip everything into the clear peanut sauce before devouring it whole! The Bahn Mi was also very nice! It came with Ham, Pâté, and Head Cheese! I just learned about head cheese from my friend who is a chef. Apparently head cheese is not cheese! It’s a type of «fancy pork» made from the head of the boar. Anyhow if you want a truly authentic experience get the combo Bahn mi! The flavors all worked together and made the dish pop! The French roll that it came it was fresh and crunchy on the outside. Add a little sriracha if you was some heat. Otherwise the sandwich is great as is! Looking forward to my next workout so I can eat another one if these sandwiches!

Ok, here it is. The food is acceptable and sometimes down right good. Outstanding? I don’t think so. They also have branches in the Waipahu Donkey and Sports Authority on Ward Ave. I’ve been to them all and must say that, although I LOVE Vietnamese food(especially Phở), this is only average. Not«bad», just average. I personally find the«Phở 777» Restaurant at McCully Shopping Center(2 °F on the right of the building above the 7 – 11) to be the best Phở on Island. If in the area, go here. You won’t regret it and have a point of reference to compare other Phở restaurants to. If you’re hungry, in the area, and don’t want something else, then visit, enjoy, and get the Phở. You can’t go wrong with that. Phở to the Vietnamese is what Ramen is to the Japanese. Get their Phở. It really is OK for Mililani.
