I come here for only one thing, the COCONUTNAPLES! OMG they are amaze-balls! I don’t eat carbs a lot, but I will definitely eat these. The pastry is so flaky and oh so delicious… mmmmmmm… I usually order coffee and eat the coconut naple. Their coffee is good too. I’m so happy that there are tons and tons of Napolean Bakeries around the island, so whenever my coconut naple hits me, I don’t have to go far. They do have other pastries here also that are delicious, like various donuts, cookies, brownies, and cakes, but by far my coconut naple will always be #1 for me here. Darn… Now I want one =)

We visited the Napoleon Bakery in the Zippy’s restaurant. We bought 2 Malasadas. My wife loved them, though said they are a bit chewy in the middle and not like Leonard’s Malasadas. This is just an opinion. I’m 100% sure they have super items abound there, we just happened to have a chewy Malasada. The display is nice and the viewing glass was clean. The employee was friendly and attentive. She asked if I could wait a little for a fresh Malasada to come out of the kitchen. We did. The cakes are inexpensive in my opinion. You can get sweets for under a $ 2. That’s rare these days. I highly recommend that if you happen to be in Long’s or Times looking for a pastry, walk behind the stores to the Napoleon’s Bakery and get them there. You will be surprised at the cost and freshness. I love this place!
