Ninja Sushi located in the Town Center of Mililani. Short walking distance to the movie theater. My first time visit here at this location was with my sister. We were greeted a few minutes after approaching the counter. My sister ordered the shrimp tempura bento child size. I ordered the chicken bento child size. We both got a fountain drink as well. We received our fountain drink cups. I noticed a small refrigerator next to the fountain machine. The refrigerator had bottles of sodas, juice, and water. We received our mini bentos and opted to sit at the high counter even though there were tables that seats four. I took notice there were shoyu bottles placed at different tables for customers to use. Interior of the establishment was really nice and clean. I noticed there was a big portable air conditioner in the restaurant to help cool down the area. After having the light lunch I took notice there was a small note to customers from the establishment on the trash bin. It says«Please do not remove trays or shoyu bottles from the restaurant.» 95⁄200

Absolutely disgusted and outraged at this sushi restaurant. First thing I step on walking into the restaurant was the biggest roach I swear I have ever seen, then my husband and father were getting sushi(trying to stay brave and see if it was any good) and my husband had a bowl with unclean fish with all the bones still in it. Then on top of that, rotting mush that looked like cat food. I will more than likely be calling the health department and telling as many people as I can to not go there. The only reason I give this a start was because the girl that took the orders was extremely nice and well spoken and immediately cleaned up the roach.

Quality is decent. 2 stars because the stay is super friendly. But definitely stay away from any of their poke bowls. They should change the name to rice bowl. When you only get 10 – 11 small cubes of fish it should be called a mini poke bowl. Total waste of money and I will never go back. The first time I ordered a few months ago I thought it was a fluke. Ordered it again tonight and same disappointment.

My order was done and sitting there. Dumb worker calls my number but I didn’t quite hear it. I sat there waiting for nothing. All other places call it out at least twice or until the customer comes. Train your workers better. Dumb minimum wage workers

I work in the town center so this is one of the many food places to go to during a shift. I like the selection and the quality of food. Just the prices seem too high for what you get. I normally order two or three items and still pay about the same price of a plate lunch at any other place in the area. And what I eat normally just feels like a snack compared to a satisfying meal. The parking is good, very close and lots of it. The inside is nice except for some of the booth seating… duct tape, really? They have a portable ac unit inside which surprisingly does the job. Staff are normally friendly but not the happiest of people in life. Overall, I just come back because it’s good food and exactly where I need it… close by

Got the tiger maki and sakura bento for my mom and i like it. On the sakura bento i alway exchange the spicy ahi for ikura. Superman is alway good. I like the rice they use i believe its the tamaki brand.

Go here ALOT and have been pretty happy with what I order, except this time-First time ordering this– Ordered Ninja pack 1&2. Ordered to go. Got home and what a disappointment! The salad was like 8 pieces of lettuce covered in dressing so it was soggy. More rice then anything and the fish was old and dried out! It was like $ 9.50! So not worth it! Check your food before you leave if you order to go would be my suggestion. I would have gave it back to them! I ordered this after seeing a movie about 9pm. So it was late already to go take it back by the time I got home. It was nasty. Ended up throwing it away! WASTEOFMONEY!

Not the best sushi, not the worst. Fast and friendly service, and if I’m craving sushi and don’t want to go to a nice sit down sushi place then I stop here and I’ll grab something.

I love sushi, but I don’t know a whole lot about sushi. I know mostly what looks good and tastes good. That’s the extent to my knowledge. I’ve been to Japan had their sushi/sashimi and decided I liked American sushi better! Don’t judge me! With that said, I liked ninja sushi because it combined Japanese and American style. I ordered the tornado roll and my wife ordered the volcano roll. We also got some of their little gyoza also. It was small but that’s not too bad. Our food came out fast which was good because we were hungry. We wolfed down everything because it was really good. Everything was priced normally. The place is like a combination between a fast food restaurant and regular sushi restaurant. I like that, because they’re not pretending to be a fancy place by putting in table cloths and such. The way it’s designed is perfect for the area and the regular clientele.

This was my first time eating at a Ninja Sushi. I can say after my first time here i will not be coming back. I had the spicy poke don and it was not good at all. I didn’t even finished my blow and it made me not to order anything else from here.

As a former loyal customer, I was completely turned off to our last encounter at Ninja. It was obviously crowded and there were more workers in the front than there usually were in the past. As soon as we walked in, the guy tells us «just to let you know, it’s a 30 – 45 minute wait» with a tone implying«we can’t serve you tonight.» But I told him that’s totally fine because I knew they were busy anyway. I knew exactly what we were getting because we always order the same thing, so as I walked to the register I ask my husband, «just the platter right?» The same guy behind the counter let out an obvious sigh of grief and turned around to the other workers and started complaining. I ignored it and continued to approach the register. I said«can I get the O — -» and couldn’t even finish before he said«umm we’re not doing any more platters tonight!» So we thanked them and walked out. It was 3 hours before closing. He didn’t offer any suggestions or at least a simple apology. Yes, it was a Friday night. But knowing this place is poppin every single weekend, wouldn’t you be prepared for more traffic? And what are all those workers doing squished in the front when they can be helping the labor in the back? I’m pretty bummed because there’s a lady that looks like the manager that was so so nice, but I recently saw her at the Ala Moana location. And we gave these guys some consistent business. Sad.

Do not get the shrimp tempura bowl. I can’t even comment on that it’s so bad. the sushi is ok so that’s why they get two stars.

This is a place to go if there no other option out there is the last resort. Sushi didn’t have no flavor or was any good. Personnel really didn’t seem to care too much about the customer they were like in a «what ever» attitude.

I always get the same thing whenever I come here, the spicy ahi bento. The portion may look small but it actually fills me up for a meal. What I love most is their spicy ahi because it’s soft and tasteful, topped with some of their spicy sauce on top. I love that their service is always so quick whether you call in an order or order when you get there. You will never have to wait long for your food. I’ve also had their udon, which they have a variety of tempura, Kim Chee, or beef. I usually get this if I’m not in the mood for sushi. However, the only thing is that they don’t have soup spoon. They serve regular spoons as their soup spoon which makes it difficult it eat the soup, but other than that everything tastes great.

This is, quite literally, the most flavorless sushi I think I’ve ever had in my life. I mean, it looks dull and lifeless, so I don’t know what I was expecting when I actually tasted it. Nice establishment, pretty pictures… But good grief, the texture of the ahi isn’t even right. As far as service, the guy that took our order acted as if we were inconveniencing him. There was one person behind us, and they were off to the side, still looking the menu over. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness. We will not be back, and I mourn the $ 40 we wasted on flavorless sushi.

My boyfriend and I came here for a late dinner and we left satisfied. Customer service was superb and the restaurant was clean. The food was great. The seating was good, except for the chairs with the cushions, which was damaged and had duct tape on. My boyfriend sat there and he said he didn’t mind. Now for our food, my boyfriend got their special sushi for that day, Salmon Crunch(I think that’s what it was called) –a sushi roll with mayo, salmon, and tempura flakes. He also got a Hawaiian Maki which has avocado, ahi, cucumbers, unagi, and mayo dressing on top. I loved the Salmon Crunch roll because of that crunchy texture that the tempura flakes gave. My boyfriend on the other hand loved the Hawaiian Maki because it had almost all his favorite seafood – unagi and ahi. I got a poke donburi and was extremely satisfied. The cashier said you could have it either spicy or shoyu based, I chose the shoyu based because I can’t handle the heat.lol. Even though it was shoyu-based poke, it was a little spicy because they had tiny pepper flakes in the poke as seasoning. Despite that, the poke was well-seasoned, there was chopped onions, shoyu, and chili flakes. The poke was fresh, but the amount was disappointing compared to the $ 8.99/$ 9 price tag. There was a lot more rice than poke, but it was a delicious dish. Overall, I would visit Ninja Sushi in the future especially since they have Tako Yaki!

I love this place for the variety and reasonable pricing. I’m here right now. The music is always too loud. Wondering when they plan to invest in reupholstering their booths. They have them patched with ugly, dirty duct tape that clothing sticks to. If they fixed these things, they would get a 5 star rating from me. I just asked if they could turn down the music slightly. She said it’s a management decision to block out the noise from the kitchen. Seems to me they could accommodate a customer and lower it slightly. At least it’s decent music. Have to talk loud to simply be heard. Perhaps they don’t want customers to linger and enjoy the environment. At least they have a clean bathroom.

Great place to come for cheap sushi and enough that will leave you satisfied! I love their maki and hand tools here! They also serve nigiri as well as udon and spicy ahi bowls here too. I love their Tiger Roll and Superman Roll! They have quite an impressive selection here!

The portion sizes were ridiculously small for what they charged us. I understand it’s sushi, and I’ve had my years of genki and ninja sushi. This was the first time we ordered an actual meal from ninja in mililani. We spent $ 20 and got about $ 10 worth of sushi. No go li dat.

So far this has been my favorite Ninja Sushi. I will drive out of my way to come to this one versus the Waipio one. Pros: — Lots of seating — Clean restaurant — Modern and casual ambience — Food is prepared quickly — They haven’t messed up on my take-out order yet — Food is always presentable and yummy Cons: — Little more pricey for a sushi place — They don’t have it written what’s in their rolls(and expect you to be able to know just from looking at a picture of it…) — The friendliness of their cashier is always a hit or miss. Favorites: — Green Dragon Roll — Superman Roll — Crunchy Maki — Spicy Ahi Inari — Kalbi Hand Roll
