Came here today as we were in the Mililani area. We wanted just light bites and drinks… so looking for more of a happy-hour experience than dining. We got here about 3:30pm, and it was pretty empty. There was no one at the entrance or hostess podium to greet us and get us seated so we proceeded to the bar area to seat ourselves. There were just a few other patrons in the bar area. We were quite surprised at how small the happy-hour menu was. Our waitress came by and confirmed that what we were looking at were the only items on special for happy hour. She displaced our concern by letting us know that there were other«everyday specials» which was the reason for a small happy hour menu. Our waitress was friendly and patient with answering my questions when I was trying to decide on a drink, and even made suggestions on how they can tweak some drink options to make it to my tasting. I finally decided on a Sweet Tea Palmer… it was good, but on the sweet side. I’m not really a fan of sweet a alcoholic beverages; but it was okay because on my second round, I asked if they could dilute the lemonade or tea… not the alcohol of course… LOL! Now for the food… everything we ordered was pretty good. We got the Thai-phoon Shrimp which was really good. It kind of reminded me of the Firecracker Shrimp at PF Chang’s. We also got the Spinach Artichoke Dip, which was comparable to a lot of other places. We ordered the Bulgogi Fries. I don’t eat meat, so I requested that they put the meat more toward one side, which they did… thumbs up, since a lot of places forget these kind of requests. This dish had an aioli sauce on the fries and we also requested the Siracha sauce on the side. So I pretty much ate just the fries with an aioli sauce. This was okay, nothing spectacular, but maybe because I didn’t eat the Bulgogi with the fries. Another dish we ordered was the Thai Veggie Potstickers. This was good because it didn’t have meat so I could eat it. As far as the taste, it was okay. It tasted a little like vegetarian Thai curry but in a potsticker. Overall, it was a nice experience. Our waitress was friendly. I would come back again. I just wish they had a better happy hour menu.

Our normal«go to» restaurants for date nights. My BF likes their MAC& Cheese that’s why. & I love their salad bar :) The croutons are actually not croutons but baked«black» bread. so good! & Their sandwiches & baby back ribs will never let you down :)

We must have come on a good night because everything was perfect! Granted it was a week night and not crowded. I’m not a regular Unilocaler and only do so when a place makes an impact on me. I am all about service and this place was awesome. I think the friendly manager has a lot to do with the professionalism and courtesy of the workers. Everyone was very friendly and our waiter was great(sorry…I didn’t get his name). The manager comes around to make sure everything is okay. The food was delicious and everything came out in a timely manner. They even opened the doors for my parents who walk with canes. I could tell that the staff here is trained well. We’ll definitely be back!

The manager is so friendly. She is the reason why we keep coming back. I like the salad bar. It’s simple and not overrated. There are a handful of host/hostess that we like(I keep forgetting there names). The food is awesome. I love that the menu keeps changing. Service is fast and the restaurant is clean.

I’ve eaten here a few times since my friend and my Dad enjoys eating here. I will have to admit, that this is not one of my top picks of places to go. I don’t mind their food, but I’ll tend to pick other restaurants over RT. Their All You Can Eat salad bar is pretty good, but no one will beat the variety of how Sizzler’s salad bar was. Ruby Tuesday has a decent variety of things, but it would be nice to see avocados and other things offered. I’ve also tried their Chicken and Mushroom alfredo which is good. I think some extra sauce is needed since the noodles will soak up the sauce. Their Turkey burger is really good, though. I’ve had that twice with some avocado and fries. The turkey is not dry at all and well seasoned. Overall it’s a decent place to go and the food is pretty good. The wait on your food can take awhile depending on how crowded it is. If you’re really hungry that will be a problem.

Three and a half stars, not rounding up. About 90% of the time the service here is excellent. Food is awesome about 75% of the time. Appetizers are always great. Prices are expensive, that is Hawaii though. It’s like a standard out here. I always order something new unless I’m here for breakfast. They need to expand their breakfast options. More local grindz would also be welcomed in my book. I go here with the family out of hunger and convenience and decent food. The kids love the kids meals.

I agree that the new add on’s at this location have helped to enhance the atmosphere. I came here on a lunch date and we were very pleased with the time in which the meal arrived, and the quality of the meal was o. k thus why I gave four stars. To be honest, I felt that the food was lacking. My company is not hard to please, so they were happy with the Smokehouse Burger – I was surprised by the size of this burger – a lot of USDA beef. I enjoyed the sliced sirloin with a fresh salad. Of course I kept my meal simple. The waitress had a great personality, and left a good tip. Great for lunch wasn’t that busy.

Last night, we had reservations for our large birthday party, about 18 people. Luckily, when we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty. We waited for most of our party to come to be sat. We had 2 servers for our party & we’re thankful that they were so patient w/us. After we placed our orders, the food came out exceptionally fast! We all enjoyed our food. My boyfriend & I ordered the fish & chips and the whole rack baby back ribs and shared both. Both plates were delicious! The baby back ribs meat just fell off the bone just how I like it. My boyfriend ordered a strawberry sundae dessert which I couldn’t help him with because I was tooooo full off of our meal. Our servers checked on us consistently & did a very good job(again, considering we had such a big, loud party). This was only my second time at Ruby Tuesdays but first time dining in. I must say, I have no regrets! The next time I’m craving ribs, I know where I’m going! Everything about this visit was perfect. From the managers & hostess greeting us(They even opened the doors for us), servers that helped us, AND the food was great!

We love the breakfast here! My son gets the side of 3 pancakes, we get Loco moco and the ATM eggs Benedict and we all share. Who would have thought ruby tuesday has great hollandaise sauce? We’ve never been for dinner but will be back for breakfast.

I like the new renovations, it no longer reeks the smell of mildew. The hostess was prompt and friendly. Our waitress was sweet and brought everything in a timely manner. Food: 1) Spinach Artichoke Dip– we eat this everywhere they have it. It was pretty good except for the huge pieces of artichoke– it’s better when blended smaller. 2) Keiki Ruby Mini’s– my son said the burger was dry. 3) Chicken dinner with broccoli — hubs said not bad. 4) Sonora Pasta with Chicken– lived the black beans and sauce in the pasta– chicken was dry and somewhat fatty. 5) steak and lobster tail– $ 30 bucks for a mini steak and mini lobster– lol! My 12 year old ordered that. She lived the lobster as always. Overall, a little better than before but could work on food — lots of dry meats tonight. But staff was great!

Food selection here is always very yummy and I love pairing my meals with the salad bar. Alcoholic beverages are always perfect. Down side is that I have been here about three times and two times I’ve had hair in my food. That has made me nauseous, management both times comped my meals. The third time, there was actually a piece of a kitchen rag that was fried with food. When we found it it terrified us Because of course my mind instantly thought a dead rodent. After investigation we found it was the kitchen rag, which made it seem a little better. Management comped our meal and I felt they were terribly sorry. I commend them for their sincerity However, I have not been back since. I do hope that this establishment had managed to keep hair out of the dishes so that other guests can enjoy. Although three strikes for me. I don’t see myself going back.

Merressa was a great server. They really made sure that their customers were happy. I believe it was the manager walking around making sure everything was good and everyone was happy. Overall pretty good food and the Mud Pie was delightful. Would come back

Friday night and where to go for dinner? Why not Ruby Tuesday’s. I have to say that normally this would not be a choice in options but it was hubbys decision so I rolled with it. Got here during peak dinner time 630ish. Wait was about 30 – 45 minutes for 3 of us. Parking was pretty full as is. 720ish and we were called to be sat. Looking over the menu prior to being sat we already knew what we were ordeing. NEWITEM: Bulgogi cheese fries Petite sirloin & lobster tail Triple play: Half rack rib, crispy shrimp & chicken tenders. Keiki chicken tenders & good ol’ salad bar! The fries were on point and I would highly reccommend!!! Petite sirloin took on the word petite in all seriousness so did the lobster tail Triple play was mediocre to me, my ribs were cold and the shrimp and chicken was okay. My baby enjoyed her chicken tenders, she wasn’t complaining! Salad bar never dissapoints! They had a new system that the servers were ringing up orders on, seemed like a mini ipad. What happened to traditional pen and paper? Anywho the server seemed to be struggling and took her about 5 – 7 minutes to take our order and input it. All in all I never cared for Ruby Tuesday’s and just went because the husband wanted it, tonight just made it clearer on why we don’t go there!

Yesterday we decided to go out to Ruby Tuesday during Happy Hour(at around 5pm) because we received some gift cards. The last time I ate at any Ruby Tuesday restaurant was about a year ago. I remember not caring for the food but since it’s been so long, I went with an open mind. We ordered the Thai veggie potstickers, which were not great, about $ 1 per piece. I got the a side of chicken tortilla soup and a mini burgers and fries with the unlimited garden bar and my boyfriend got the crab cakes with the unlimited garden bar. When I describe it above, it seems like a lot of food but the quality of food is not great. We only ate less than half the meal because it wasn’t satisfying. I regret not taking any pictures of the food but I did take a picture of the bill because everything came out to a whopping $ 50! Totally not worth it at all! We also got the Oreo mud pie to bring our bill over the $ 50 threshold since we had some gift cards to burn which was probably the second best thing there that we ate(1st being the garden bar). On a side note, the service was better than I expected! Our waiter Nick was very cheerful and made the horrible price/food experience a little better. If you live in mililani, you know that there aren’t many places to eat, so the convenience of Ruby Tuesday’s location is great, but not the food for the amount that you are paying.

Overview: *Locations: Ruby Tuesday is very hard to miss, it’s in the corner of the Town Center and when you’re turning into the Town Center or at the intersection before the Town Center, you can see it. *Hours: I think it’s opened as early as 8 am. We went at 2 pm on Saturday and it was kind of empty since lunch time ended. *Customer Service: Excellent. We were seated quickly, waters was filled, and our waitress kept asking us how we’re doing. She served our food promptly too which was a plus. *Menu: They have a new menu that showcases the flavors of Hawaii and they got rid of some menu items, but added more so it’s a really fun experience to try something new. They’re also opened for breakfast. Food: Appetizers: 1) Furikake Fries($ 10.99): These potato wedges were twisted, but did not resemble curly fries, they were much thicker. They were garnished with furikake, mayo, garlic, and olive oil which greatly enhanced the flavor of these crunchy french fries. My boyfriend and I received quite a lot of french fries, but was pleased with our appetizer. I would rate this 3.5÷5 stars. 2) Crab Cakes($ 13-$ 14): It was a disappointing experience for my boyfriend and I because of the lack of crunchy texture. There was two large crab cakes with fresh and moist crab meat on the inside with a slightly crunchy crust. It was garnished with green onion and parsley and served with a good sweet-savory hot sauce that added flavor to the bland and tended crab cake. I would rate this a 2⁄5 stars. Entrees: 1) Baby Back Ribs(Cajun Sauce) with hand breaded shrimp and mashed potato: The mashed potato was an add-on that my boyfriend had to pay $ 1 extra for, but it was so worth it. He gave me a bite and it tasted amazing! The mashed potato was topped with sour cream and bacon. On the inside, there were melted cheddar cheese so it was essentially a flavor bomb. I would rate it 4⁄5 stars. The hand breaded shrimp was rather disappointing. The batter was too thick for the shrimp and was more on the bland side. The sauce was tomato-based so I couldn’t taste it. I would rate it 3⁄5 stars. The Baby Back Ribs with the Cajun Sauce was tender, but had a nice kick to it. There was enough heat in the sauce and the baby back ribs were so tender and moist. I would rate it 5⁄5 stars. 2) Bourbon Salmon: Normally it comes with grilled squash and zucchini, but I was able to swap that out for fresh steamed broccoli and green string beans for no charge. The Salmon was very moist, but crispy. I deeply enjoyed the sweet, but semi spicy sauce which complimented the salmon very well. Dessert: 1) Blondies with Ice Cream($ 9-$ 10): The blondie had a nice mixture between crunchy and sweet. With chunks of chocolate inside and a nice crunchy crust and top, it was a perfect dessert despite the pricey price tag. On the side, they had ice cream and drizzled both the ice cream and blondies with chocolate. I would rate this dessert 5⁄5 stars. 2) Strawberries and Cream($ 6-$ 7): This was a rather disappointing experience because the biscuit was cooked too much so it was really tough instead of tender. It was topped with whipped cream, ice cream, and sliced strawberries. The strawberries weren’t sweet and not ripe so it was very bitter to eat. I didn’t enjoy my dessert that much, I wished the biscuit was tender and the strawberries more ripe so it would be sweeter. I would rate this 2⁄5 stars. Overall, Ruby Tuesday has potential and we would probably come back again to try this place since there was a lot of dishes we wanted to try and the customer service was excellent.

Been here a few times lately, for two farewell luncheons for two my co-workers and dinner dates with boyfriend and best friend. I like to try different dishes at each of my visits. Dishes that I have tried(as well as my dinner dates have tried) are: — Spaghetti Squash Marinara: For a vegetarian dish, this is really delicious and filling! I only ate two-thirds of it. It is topped with zucchini and smothered in tomato sauce, which I love. — California Chicken Crispy Bread: Very tasty and refreshing! A healthier take on pizza, it’s got color and flavor. — Turkey Burger: This is my first time eating turkey burger ever, and I thought it was good, nothing spectacular. I added ketchup for more flavor. It’s not the same as a beef burger, but it’s a good alternative if you’re trying to eat healthy. — Parmesan Chicken Pasta: The type of pasta was penne, tossed in a parmesan cream sauce, then it’s topped with marinara sauce and Swiss cheese. I love marinara sauce but it seems that there was a little bit of it, as the cream sauce is overpowering. I’m not a big fan a cream sauce, but I’ve been wanting to try this dish anyway because I love chicken parmesan. At least now I can say that I did! The chicken was tasty and the presentation of the dish was nice. — Half-Rack Baby-Back Ribs(classic barbecue): Finger lickin’ good! Tender, fall of the bone. My boyfriend ordered this dish; I couldn’t stop eating it that he offered me the last piece. — Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites: Ooey gooey with cheese-ness! Very comforting. It came with a creamy tomato sauce. — Unlimited Salad Bar: I started going to the salad bar ever since one of co-workers recommended it to me. The croutons are delicious, it’s a must try! Also, I love the combination of the cottage cheese and dried cranberries, you get the sweet and savory together. There are four choices of greens and a variety of veggies, dressings, other salads and fruits. I usually add the salad bar to my meal for $ 6.59. It’s not so bad considering that it is all-you-can-eat. — Flavored Iced Teas and Lemonade: I loved their flavored drinks. So far, I tried the mango iced tea and raspberry lemonade. Their drinks can be too sweet, you may want to add some water and lemon to balance it out. All in all, this place has a nice ambiance, good customer service, and a variety of food, both healthy and indulgent. I’ve had a good experience during my visits so far. It’s a great place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner dates and gatherings. I’ve never tried their breakfast menu, but I will someday!

Unilocal 100 Review Challenge 2015: 116⁄100 If I could give 6 stars for service I would! I usually don’t name-drop but Solomon was a wonderful server and sure made my mother’s birthday dinner memorable. Unfortunately they don’t take reservations but luckily we only had to wait about 30 minutes, which ended up being more like 20, for a table for 5 adults on a Sunday evening. We were given a choice between a bar area table or a booth and opted for the bar area since the Dallas vs. Eagles game was on. The tables had 6, high-top chairs which are tricky to maneuver in and out of but still comfy. Both our hostess and server broke down the menu explaining the specials and offerings such as extra sauce on any dish! We ordered a round of waters and after much contemplation, was finally ready to order. I ordered the Shrimp Parmesan Pasta which was perfectly creamy, not overwhelming, with a little kick since the shrimp was topped with some spice. My sister ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tacos which were two tacos that were indeed, spicy. We also enjoyed their extensive salad bar and when we mentioned it was my mother’s birthday to Solomon, he kindly offered any dessert of my mother’s choice — on the house! AND he offered to take our photo(using my phone) which came out awesome, thanks! She got the mud pie which we all shared and enjoyed. Food portions are just perfect here and they are very flexible in modifying any order to your liking. I was impressed as most big franchises have stereotypes such as bad teenage workers with attitudes or pre-frozen, or should I say, STILL frozen food but not this Ruby Tuesdays! And their recruiting manager is doing an excellent job in recruiting awesome employees like Solomon!
