Starbucks

Love that they have this Starbucks right down the hill from where I live. The Drive Thru here at the Mililani Mauka can get somewhat busy at times and traffic can be a problem at times.
But the Drive Thru here is pretty fast and the order takers and Barista’s here are very friendly and the one person that really shines and makes me a return customer is because of the employee named Ryan.
He’s always cordial and very friendly when taking orders and his customer service is over the top and he always says hello and remembers me every time I go to the Drive thru.
It’s customer service like that from Ryan that keeps me coming to this particular location but in actuality everyone here who takes orders at the Drive Thru are over the top friendly and on the spot.
I just want to let the upper management here at Starbucks Mililani Mauka know that Ryan and staff deserve all the credit in the world for always starting my day off to a great start.
Give them all a raise!!!

Starbucks is Starbucks. Not the best coffee or pastries but consistent and convenient; well, usually convenient. This Starbucks is in a convenient location BUT the parking situation and drive thru set up is atrocious! The drive thru doesn’t have its own designated area so the drive thru patrons often block parking stalls and lanes AND is extremely slow. Since there are several other stores and restaurants at the mini mall, parking can be hard to come by OR is too tight for my wide soccer mom mini van.
Yesterday I was DESPERATE for caffeine and short on time. The drive thru line was insane and not moving so luckily I had my baby daddy’s car and zipped into a stall [which would’ve been too small for my soccer mom van], stepped up to the counter which had NO line, and was helped by a cheerful friendly cashier. There were several people waiting for their names to be called so I expected to wait a few minutes but next thing I knew, my name was called and my iced latte was in my hand! My lucky day!
Maybe it’s time to buy a small car just so I can go back to this location!

Starbucks is the best coffee that is accessible. It may not be the Stumptown drip coffee, but then again I can’t just go to Portland for that. This coffee has the most caffeine compared to McDonalds or Coffee Bean, so more bang for your buck, pricey, but the quality is there. My go to drink is the caramel macchiato. But if I ever want an iced drink, it’s gotta be any of the ice blended at coffee bean.

The line wasn’t long this time very polite and prompt service. The new waffle cone FRAP is wonderful. My son likes the cake pops.

My go-​to Starbucks. Close to home and efficient, even when ordering via app and picking up.
Their store is always clean and there is space to sit and work or catch up with people.
Baristas and staff are friendly and knowledgable.
Minus ½ a star because of the traffic the drive thru causes in the parking lot. There could be a better traffic flow — so watch out for folks trying to edge into the line during peak hours. Folks, walking inside is just as fast. :)

It’s so much better than it use to be. The crew is fantastic. They are friendly, polite, helpful. Great staff

The idea of a drive-​thru Starbucks is heaven sent, especially in Mililani where I live and work. I’ve been eyeing this place out since its construction phase & couldn’t wait until it was done.
Situated in between two business buildings, a McDonald’s, longs & a gas station, I guess you could say this place gets a bit congested (that’s an understatement) the parking lot is so poorly situated that there is almost always congestion of traffic. You never know if cars are waiting in the drive thru line or if it’s just the normal traffic waiting to turn out of the building onto the main road.
Apart from those frustrations, our drinks are almost always made to our liking & service is decent. More than once I’ve witnessed many customers paying it forward (or backwards) and paying for the car behind them, which I love & willingly participate in. It’s situated in a great community but I wish the congestion would let up.

This place is always busy. The way the drive-​thru is situated, it sometimes causes a traffic mess. However, with that said, I still love my Starbucks!

I love this location! It’s a good alternative to the Starbucks on Schofield Barracks base because it’s just a couple exits away, and they have a drive thru! The drive thru can get busy but it’s not one of the worst ones. I can usually hit the drive thru without a wait around 2 – 4 p.m.
Baristas are friendly here and the store is generally clean and good for getting work done or readings

went this morning to buy a whole bunch of gift cards, and was helped by a gal name Jessica she was so sweet and helpful just a happy person, also was helped by Meghan another sweet and helpful girl
then went back this evening to buy more gifts and was helped by another nice girl Michelle
this place must be the happiest place in mililani
these three girls are terrific workers they are such an asset to this company

I have to respond to Len A. A few months ago I was at the Kahala drive through and same thing… they wouldn’t take my trash… the empty SBUX cup from my morning fix… and I asked them why «People are FedExing live Anthrax spores across the US, but you can’t take my empty coffee cup?» The answer was NO. It’s actually a Department of Health code thing. They can’t bring rubbish into the restaurant. Give Megan @

Fastest service I have EVER experienced at starbucks. I’ve been coming here every so often since they opened but my customer service was so accurate, speedy, and quick I HAD to leave a review. I went through drive thru because it’s VERY convenient as for location (right on and off the freeway to drop off my son to my mom and heading to work). Total drive thru time today was under 2 – 3 minutes. There was no line but service they had today maybe that’s why! Haha. I ordered something kinda simple. Grande vanilla iced coffee sweetened with milk and a ice water. Usually 50% of the time starbucks usually forgets either the regular sweetener or the milk but this one was perfect. 6 stars for you guys today! Thanks for the smile, greeting, and thank you at the window as well lady who helped me. :)

Been coming here since this place opened.
Seen it go through its growing pains and last year was when they really had it down. Service was quick and efficient.
Currently they have had a lot and I mean a lot of turnover here at this store. It seems as if they do training here, get good and leave to another store.
However u still come here to get my morning fix lol.
I would have given it 5 stars but the parking is poorly situated where the drive through is and too much turnover (it was so awesome when I walked in and they knew exactly what I was getting), but I still go more days of the week than not.

First time I’ve been at this drive-​thru Starbucks. Located in Mililani Mauka by Longs Drugs.
The guy at the drive-​thru window was very friendly & seems to love his job which I admired. Quick service! I’m coming back!

Workers there are not so friendly, so often my drink is wrong. Once the barista took a sip of my special order drink (w the leftover) and had an ugly reaction on his face! That was so rude and embarrasing. I love Starbucks and this location is walking distance near my home so I put up with it when I’m desperate.

Not sure if this is a policy at starbucks, but I want to give a shoutout to the great service we had yesterday.
As the barista made the caramel ribbon crunch frappé I ordered, she knocked the drink over as she put the caramel sauce bottle down. Luckily not all of it spilled. She quickly wiped up the mess, salvaged the rest of it and added the whip cream and crunch topping. THEN she crafted up a whole new drink (which looked like a model for all caramel crunch frappes) and gave both with an apology and an explanation of what happened.
May not sound like much, but the barista was very professional about it (no attitude or anything) and I liked how she saved the drink and gave it to us for free, rather than throwing it away.

Nothing super special about this starbucks besides it being one of the few drive-​thru starbucks on the island. Super convenient location but in the mornings, the drive-​thru line wraps around the building and causes a little traffic jam. It’s seriously not that hard to walk-​in people. Especially when there’s a lot of parking all around you.
The baristas for the most part are pretty nice but I have experienced the grumpy ones in their bad days. They usually get my orders right. There was a time I ordered a peppermint mocha and when I finally drank it at home, it tasted horrible! However, they were super nice about it when I took it back and asked for a new one. I think it’s a hit or miss whether they make your drink good or not.
Pretty neatly kept and clean. I also like that they have free coffee grounds for customers to take and use in their gardens :)

I always frequent their drivethru and it is always busy but very worth the wait. The employees are very upbeat and cheerful and always greeting you and starting a convo with you :) it’s nice and love to visit this location.
You can tell people love their jobs here, since they provide such an awesome experience for their customers!
I visit here least once or twice a week for my faves like: salted caramel or caramel frappucino.
This starbucks is situated in the perfect area surrounded by Food places, Gas station, florist, and more!

I can’t relate to any of the reviews on here about bad service, bad drinks, etc. I have always come to this location between 5 and 6 am (aka «BUSY HOURS») and have never had any issues. If a business can operate under pressure like that, then I have pretty good faith that they must know what they’re doing. My drinks have always been delicious, food always warm. I’ve never gotten a wrong order here… always been pleased with the food and the service.
The drive-​thru is another story. The Starbucks in Waipio near Costco has a better drive-​thru than this, and theirs isn’t even that good. This one requires you to block an exit from the shopping center and/​or sit in the middle of the roadway to turn in. It’s frustrating, especially when there are usually about five cars in front of you and five others trying to come in behind you. Not a good scenario when I’m waiting for my coffee. It doesn’t even phase me once I have my coffee in hand and am leaving (LOL)…but the anticipation to get the coffee… yikes!
Another huge qualm is that the speaker box to order comes BEFORE the menu board… so you had better know what you want. If you’re trying to see the menu, you won’t have much luck. If you drift any more forward to get a look at it, you’d have to turn backwards out of your window and shout your order back into the speaker. Not convenient at all… if I weren’t a Starbucks regular and didn’t know what I always wanted, I would probably drop a few more stars for the absolutely idiotic engineering of this drive-​thru.

This place is terrible. First off, whoever designed the drive thru was not thinking! Second, the menu doesn’t show everything and you are at the speaker by the time you can see the menu.
Third, I am not a regular at Starbucks but I went there about 5 times and each time I went they did not have something I ordered. Today for example, I ordered 2 sausage croissants and when I got to the window she tells me they only have 1– lol!!! This is not the first time that has happened either.
Just the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever encountered!
