Starbucks

This starbucks is on my top list. I loce that its not too crowded around 10 am and i got a parking im the front. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted and the environment was so laid back. I wanted to try something different and right away was asked a few questions and rung up for less than $ 5.00.
He was very polite and helpful and I feel bad I didn’t catch his name.
The drink itself was a venti flat white iced latte with an extra shot which definitely hit the spot. Not too much ice and mixed well so the flavor was evened out.

The other morning I had ordered a hot, Venti Thai Latte through the drive-​thru & on my way to work, I took a few sips of it only to notice that it tasted like hot milk. My Venti didn’t have any espresso/​coffee in it at all. I’m really surprised by this because other locations make it perfectly fine. It also disappoints me that I paid just about $ 6 for hot milk! I would’ve gone back to have it fixed but didn’t have the time. I recorded a video as proof on what I was served that day. Other than that mistake, I have no complaints. The employees are respectable & friendly. Drive-​Thru was quick.
UPDATE: I was offered a complimentary drink, and would just like to say thank you!

Second review of this place and seriously they get better and better. I feel like Norm from cheers when I walk in. What a great way to start my morning off. I hope the crew knows how much it helps when I shuffle in groggy and half dead every morning and they’re like «Good Morning Burgundy! The usual?» And it’s perfect every time… even when they’re training someone the «old timers» will kinda watch to make sure my drink is right.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks very frequently over the past three years as I work very close by. Everyone that works here is super friendly and my drink is made perfectly every time.
The store is very cleaned and organized. It’s a very popular location so be prepared for a bit of a line no matter what time of day it is.

The baristas here are awesome. Megan, Chloe, Ki’Le, Raven, Mel, and Charly are the best. They are very friendly, courteous, and great at suggestions from their menu

It’s Starbucks. Let’s not pretend they aren’t the best at what they do. I know some locations can drop the ball, but Mililani locations always produce. Not quite as efficient as the Ward location, but still awesome. Today, Venti iced mocha light on the ice. And it came out on point. Cashier Chris was chill and nice. Barista was quick.

I like coming to this Starbucks sometimes before work. I notice that before 7:00am it is not that busy. But after 7:00am the line can get very long but service is good, and there’s barely a wait.

I was surfing Unilocal and landed on Starbucks Mililani for some reason. This is not a review, but Joe S. can’t take a joke and clearly is in a low in his life that he has to insult a Starbucks employee. Nobody’s going to look at you and say «Oh, better not make a joke because this guy looks like he served 20 years in the Navy» Haha. And I’m sorry to the «morbidly obese young caucasian woman» that you had to deal with such an ass. (Sorry, did that offend you because you’re a 20 year retired Navy man?)
P.S: Good thing you kept your $ 3 tip. Maybe you should put that towards buying a Keurig so you don’t have to deal with such «terrible service» :)

Terrible service. Manager Tyler… I wish you were here now. 4:20 pm, Sunday, 6 Sep, 2015: a morbidly obese young Caucasian woman was at register #2 taking orders.
I approached and she said, «Hi, how’s your day going?», or words to that effect. I stated all’s well aside from the increasing prices here (Starbucks). She stated, «Welcome to America».
I’m a 20 year retired Navy Man. I did not take well to that and replied «i think i’ve been here longer than you.»
She went on to state with her worldly experience that «it’s that way everywhere» in a tone that angered me. I made my final reply of, «No, it’s not. Japan is less expensive.» Then I left with Black Card and usual $ 3 tip in hand.
You had better lose this attitude fast. I’m pushing 50 years old and will NOT be treated that way by … anyone in the customer service industry. Where did «Sir» or «Ma’am» go? Are we, or this Town Center branch, in such an informal, rude way that I should pay $ 5 for a coffee and receive no gratitude or respect ??
Management: look into this.

I prefer this location out of all the starbucks in Mililani. Staff is always friendly.

I’ll always love this place. I remember when it was being built, my friends and I were so excited talking about how we’ll have to go there after school. And we did just that, went there everyday, before AND after school. I was all about the frapps.
I don’t go there as often any more, but when I do, I’m always getting a passion tea lemonade with raspberry and Thai walls. Yum. The staff are always friendly and fast.

It is always a hit or miss with customer service or the drink itself. Whenever I get good service, my drink sucks. Whenever my drink is good, I get bad service. I’ll stick to getting Starbucks in the aiea area, because they seem to be on point with service and drink making every time.

I live in Mililani, but, work in town. My go to Starbucks is at Kamehameha Shopping Center. Love them! Every time I come to the Town Center location, I find something to dislike. Today, it was the rudest cashier. I was using a reward. But, I wasn’t sure if she heard me because she was busy talking story with another barista. So, I repeated myself and she gave me THE look and said, «YES, I KNOOOOW.» Well, it would help if you actually looked at me while I was ordering instead of whispering to your co-​worker.

I like scramble a it is so awesome here at Starbucks Chris was very good and helpful all the products are usually the bomb ice coffees and good and you can get a refill or a 50 something sense that makes sense

You can’t beat the convenience of a drive thru, let alone a drive thru Starbucks. However they can’t seem to quite get it right. There are 3 places to stop and scoot to the side to avoid creating traffic. Luckily most commuters understand the dilemma.
The baristas are great: friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.
I once had the wrong order and it was partly my fault because I didn’t realize the drink came as hot or cold. The barista helped me no questions asked and even gave me a free drink coupon.
I give it 4 stars only because of the drive thru itself.

First off, let me tell you that I love Starbucks. I get coffee here at least three times a week. On my last visit, I was so disgusted with the way I was treated, that I decided to write my first Unilocal review. I went into the store and headed straight to the bathroom. The employees must have assumed that I was only in there to use the bathroom, because one of them stopped me right when I walked in and said «I’m restocking, if you don’t mind,» in a sassy tone. There were clearly enough paper towels in the bathroom for her to restock them after I used it. So after I came out of the bathroom, I overheard the same girl & another worker saying something like «She’s using the bathroom and not even buying anything.» How rude! I most certainly didn’t buy any coffee after they treated me like that! How unprofessional! I would never treat any customer like this.
I didn’t get their names, but they were two girls at the Mililani Town Center Starbucks on April 16, at around 4:00pm. Hopefully a manager is reading this and will take the necessary steps to improve their service.
Starbucks is good, but if I keep getting bad service, I’m going to stick with my Keurig.

Starbucks is always a great way to get a kick start to your day.
This store is no different from the others. You can easily get in order and have your magical cup in less than a minute!

If you know me personally, you know that I’m a coffee-​holic. It is an absolute must every morning BEFORE I do anything else. If I don’t, I’m a total mess! Lol. I used to frequent the Waipio location, because it was the most convenient location on the way to work, but since changing jobs, this has been my go-​to location on the way to my new job. It’s literally right across the street, so very convenient.
I really like this location because the staff is always so friendly and very efficient. I’ve opted to drive to this location rather than the closer location to my home on the weekends and on days off, because of the better service. I don’t enjoy waiting for my coffee for more than 15 minutes… that’s just unacceptable. This location has no more than a 5 minute wait time, no matter how busy it is… and if you’re a regular here, you know that this place gets really busy at times, with a line going out the door.
