Subway

Guess what happen today? I rescued the farewell office party — due to poor planning by my fellow employees. On June 28, 2016 — I walked into this Subway and asked if they could put together not one –but two of those jumbo platters to go. Normally the Subway people would like 24 hours notice on an order of that magnitude — but not the undaunted Nikki and Helen — who jumped into action –and in a blink of an eye had two platters ready –complete with the fixins’ and napkins. A performance like this –is something people talk about — and before you know it– this Subway is high on everyone’s list!!!
I certainly hope the owner recognizes the people performing stellar work at their establishment! I don’t know the workers there — and it’s the first time I ever walked into the place– but let me tell you these people ROCK!!! And the sandwiches were fantastic!!! Thank you Nikki and Helen — great customer service!!!

Guess I subway for me today. Walked in and nobody was at the counter. I could hear people in the back and actually seen someone behind a tinted window. I waited for a few minutes and nobody came out so I left.

I gotta say, they’ve really done a lot to keep this store clean. That’s the best part about this subway.

Sandwiches out of this location are pretty good, they aren’t really generous with vegetables here though and sometimes the staff needs to pay better attention to what you’re saying. You kind of get the feeling that they are ignoring you sometimes.
When it’s all said and done it’s a pretty underwhelming location just like all the Mililani shops, it’s almost like they’re all run by the same person.

Service can be slow sometimes, but the workers here get the job done.

Don’t let Dani make your sandwich. Unless you like a couple pieces of onions, your sandwich falling out of your bag, and it not even cut in half. Talk about half ass!

Seem to have new workers who aren’t as fast or as good at making a sandwich as the usual employees. They are friendly but it’s frustrating to watch someone slowly make an unattractive sandwich. I wouldn’t have bothered to post this but this is my third visit with the same experience. Positive side: very clean store.

Pros:

— Awesome party platters that can be ordered in advance
— Quick service
— Ample parking
— Restrooms located outside but still near the store
— Usually friendly workers
Cons:
— Their veggies don’t always seem «fresh» (especially the lettuce)
— I’ve gotten my sandwich a little TOO toasted
— Raising prices. Why does Hawaii not honor the $ 5 footlong?!

I love subway. I swear I could be Jared in another life. I love this location close to my work and home. They are sometimes busy but for the most part they are good to go. My only downfall is they sometimes toast my sub to short and by the time I get home it is Cold otherwise pretty good. I wish they still had their gingerbread cookies oh subway your the best.

I eat here very often and it’s always clean and the service is great! Ciara and the morning manager are so friendly!

It’s a Subway. You’ve been here before. Maybe not «here» though somewhere. It’s the same. A delicious sammy made your way. My wife and I ALWAYS get the Veggie Delight. I go all out on the Peperoncini and Tomatoes. They are accommodating, friendly, and I like the location. Something I’ll do again when in the area. I do like a good sammy for lunch :-)

First time there and the workers there are super friendly And nice. Bread was fresh an store was clean good over all experience

I don’t know why people are unhappy with the service here??? Staff is always friendly, fast service, and very clean. It seems unfair to write such negative reviews on one experience with one staff member. I have never had a negative experience here.

For my first time at this location, I am very impressed!
My boyfriend and I were craving for Subway and headed heading towards Mililani. He asked if there was a Subway near by, and I told him about the new location at Mililani Mauka. We were promptly greeted right a way with a cheerful «Welcome to Subway!» when we walked in.
We had ordered the foot long Philly Cheesesteak and split it in half. I had asked for (and usually get on our sandwiches) extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, green bell peppers, banana peppers and jalepenos… when I say extra, they really do put extra! To the point where our sandwiches start falling a part and get messy. It was very filling. Also, they pack their foot longs separately without being asked to! Usually we would order a foot long and split it in half with the paper wrap, but it’s nice to have it separately so we have our own sandwiches and it’s less messy since we have our own paper wrap. And yay for free refills!
Will be coming back again if I’m around the area craving for Subway; it’s a convenient location, next to the Wahiawa one!

Worst customer service ever!!! If I say don’t put something in my food, STOP putting it on! Sassy worker named amber, or something like that SHOULD GET FIRED for her shitty attitude!
All that was asked was to substitute the bell peppers for spinach, she told me that they can’t do that, (but, all the other subways can!) and she then went on her way to making my food, and she still put the peppers on, mind you now, I was sick and couldn’t talk much, so I was tapping the counter to tell her to stop! I DONT LIKE BELL PEPPERS! she then proceeded to PUT BELL PEPPERS ON MY FLATIZZA! Until her coworker told her I could get spinach instead. Her coworker then asked her if she wanted her to take over, because this amber girl was obviously irritated that I could get spinach, she told her coworker no, finished making my food, then threw my food down in such a sassy and disrespectful way!
I would have walked out, had I not already paid! I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

This is the slowest subway i have ever been to. 4 workers on the floor and only one of the workers that came from the back decides to help me. Not only do they cut their breads open so slow they also put toppngs on it like i have all the time in the world. and how many times do i have ti repeat myself on what i want if you are not ready to memorize my toppings then dont ask me only to ask me again. The environment is clean tho

This Subway deserves 5 stars because…
— It smells amazing in there!
— Although I didn’t eat in, the place looked clean and well stocked.
— The employees greet you upon entering and are very nice and friendly throughout the whole transaction.
And unlike other Subways…
— They give a generous portion of veggies, which is quite awesome. I wasn’t sure my sandwich was gonna close!
— They are the only location to automatically wrap a foot long separately! This is important because I always feel bad about asking them to wrap it separately, but it was done before I even mentioned it.
— Because I feel bad about asking to wrap my sandwiches separately, I always leave a tip. However, at this location, I left a tip because I was truly a satisfied customer rather than feeling like I ask too much of them.
— Umm, their bag of Cheetos tasted fresh?! I’m serious… But now you probably think I’m crazy.
Why I can’t give them 5 stars…
— The meatball tasted different than ones I’ve had at other Subways. It didn’t taste better, but it wasn’t completely awful.
— And the main reason I can’t give them 5 stars: I had a stomach ache after eating the first half of the sub. And then I had another stomach ache after eating the second half. Sad, but I’ll still totally come back and give this place another try. Hopefully it won’t end with a sore stomach and I can change the rating to 5 stars.

I go to this location to pick up sandwiches quite often, since it’s near my home, and service so far has been very good. On this particular visit, I just wanted to share that the Sandwich Artists in training Shanel and Heather did a great job on my order and Ciera did a wonderfully on making sure they were doing it right, and helping them out. I hope I got their names right! They were all very friendly and efficient.
I ordered 3 different sandwiches with all different things inside. They payed attention and double checked if they heard it right before putting it in. I know every Subway restaurant is supposed to be the same, but I think this one gives more veggies! Or it could just be me, but the sandwiches I get are huge!
I was so pleased with my service, I actually tipped them and I don’t do it often with fast food restaurants. I just wanted to let all the workers and the owner know they are doing a great job and I really appreciate the service they exhibit and the food they put out!

I was so happy when a subway opened closer to my home. Great subway! Very clean and good costumer service!
