Taco Bell

This Taco Bell tends to skimp on the portions, but even knowing this, I can’t resist Taco Bell and grateful to have one located in Mililani.
The drive through is kind of weird, sometimes the drive-​thru line is so long, it will cause traffic driving into the shopping center. Workers are usually friendly and professional.

Taco Bell in waipio I think is the worst for drive thru. Don’t know how I can be in my car for 10minutes, Waiting for 3 combo meals. It’s fast food for Christ sake. I never learned my lesson and went back for more torture. With all the waiting I’ve had to do, they still messed up my order and forgot some stuff. Tried parking car and order inside and I’m the only one in line, no one else, you would figure it should be quick but nope. Only thing they got right is giving me my missed item from last time I went. I’m not knocking on the other locations cause I had no problems with them. This place needs to have some kinda training program on how to put out food.

To the guy working the window tonight:
I know your job isn’t easy and handling customers all night can be annoying, but you being a complete JERK right off the back was totally unecessary. If you don’t like it dude, QUIT! I had one simple order. Sorry I asked for a fking lemon to go with my tea (as you sarcastically stated you don’t carry any). Sorry my card ran out of money and I had to hand you the 70 cents left over, which took a total of an extra 5 bloody seconds of your time. Sorry for making your taco bell job that much fkn harder than it already is. But seriously… NO TACO SAUCE to cherry top it all? That’s just wrong man. I take back when yelled «have a nice day!» Hope your day was just as shitty as your customer service skills.

Idiots. Say in drive through Saturday night for 10 minutes and only one car made it out the other side. Fire your management and your workers. You are all idiots

PROS:
–Convenient location
–Drive-​thru is generally fast & efficient
–Orders are relatively accurate. I’ve only had a handful of orders that were incorrect
CONS:
–The drive-​thru is in a weird location. If approaching from Makaimoimo Street and turning into the Mililani Town Center, you must immediately make a right turn. After that right, you have to immediately make another right turn into the drive-​thru. This is an awkward angle because most of the time the drive-​thru is backed up with a line of cars. This spills into the main driveway and often cars have to go around you. If approaching from within the Town Center, and you’re coming from Chili’s side, it’s often hard to make a left turn into the drive-​thru. And you’ll be holding up traffic as well.
That’s really the only CON of this Taco Bell. Basically you’re fine if you walk in and order or dine-​in.

Unilocal should have negative stars because I would definitely give this place negative billion stars.
Here is what happened!
Drive thru:
Taco Bell: do you want to try one of our meals?
Hubby: no… Can I get 2 cantina chicken bowls and 2 personal pan supreme pizzas.
TB: one chicken bowl?
Hubby: I said 2 and 2 personal pan supreme.
Screen: 1 chicken bowl and 1 pizza
Hubby: I SAID TWOOOO CHICKEN BOWLS AND TWOOOOO PIZZAS!
TB: okay. There will be a 5 minute wait for your pizza and you need to come in and get it.
ME: uh, no… You will be coming to my car. This is drive thru.
TB: we have new rules. We cannot leave the store.
Hubby: okay, we will come in.
Get to the cashier and he charges us for the bowls only. What happened to the pizzas? He said he thought we were coming in! OMG! I’m snapping!
Me: CAN YOU GUYS HEAR???
TB: huh???
Me: cracking up laughing!
This place is unreal. Second time I had to get out of my car to get pizzas! TAKE IF OFF YOUR DRIVE THRU MENU IF CUSTOMERS NEEDS TO GET OUT OF THEIR CAR! Drive thru means we don’t get out of our cars! WTF! Manager or someone somewhat in charge is explaining to me the supply and demand of pizzas. Do I look like I care? If you have it on your menu, you should have it readily available. Especially during peak lunch and dinner time! Have designated drive thru stalls right outside so staff don’t have to cross the busy intersection. SMH!

I come here to get the personal pan pizza deal (2 for $ 6.99) for my kids. But, if you come through the drive thru they tell you that it’s not going to be ready and you need to come in. Even McDonald’s will walk out your order if it’s not ready by the time you reach the window. I go through drive thru because I DON’T want to go in! It defeats the purpose if I have to get out! I will gladly park, but, at least bring my order out.

I enjoy going through the drive-​thru at the Mililani location, they are friendly and precise with whatever I order and believe me, my order is a toughie. So anyone who can get my Taco Bell Burrito Supreme order accurately gets big kudos from me!
I usually order two Burrito Supremes — hold the onions, lettuce and tomatoes, and add sour cream and extra cheese. (Sounds unhealthy, but hey that’s my fave here!!) with of course 3 Mild Sauce.
This location never lets me down! I will always come back to order and then some.
The people are always so welcoming and friendly through the telecom.

Bunch of idiots work here I said no sour crème and what do they do? Put it inside. How hard is it to work at Taco Bell? Looked at my receipt and it even said it on there.

I seriously wouldn’t suggest going through drive they this place sucks and takes forever to get a taco! And even worse the customer service is horrible!

@ Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut. Got the 2x pepperoni pizzas for $ 6.00 deal for our first dinner at our new apartment. BIG MISTAKE! Most disgusting pieces of bread with toppings I have EVER experienced in 32 years. We REALLY felt bad in our new apartment. «Felt like I was eating very, very salted salted soup bread is the only way to describe it» was words from my significant other. We rather have eaten spoiled pizza from third world dumpster cans! Never EVER buying «pizza» here again!

Not sure if managers or owners read reviews off Unilocal; but I went through the drive thru today and didn’t really feel like it was all that friendly. I mean customer service is a big deal right? When I pulled up to order all I got was «thanks for choosing taco bell» I wasn’t told anything after that so I waited to at least get a «can I take your order» or something. Didn’t get that so I ended up just ordering. Just that messed up my whole experience. Maybe its just me but I mean it would be nice to hear something other than «thanks for choosing taco bell’

Anytime you order at a drive thru and have to go back inside because your order is wrong is a huge negative for any establishment, but not only did I have to park and walk inside after a good 10 minute wait but I had to listen to what appeared to be an assistant manager and the drive thru worker yell back and forth as the worker said that I didnt order what I said I did. Which by the way I was short one soft taco a whole $ 1.19. I proceeded to explain that I would be happy to pay for it if I had not already but that I would need a receipt since I was only provided my credit card slip. The cashier whom I approached to get my soft taco did not even acknowledge me afer that.
Please choose any other fast food establishment In this area as there are many others to choose from.

This is one of the best taco bells on the island — clean inside– workers are always polite and quick– go here often and it never disappoints — never get cold food or old yucky meat lol

The food was good! The only thing that brought my rating down was the service. The cashier was such a Debbie downer.
My advice: «when you don’t want to be there, customers can tell.»

This was my go-​to place after high school, amongst other various restaurants in the immediate area. Now that I live in California, I find it sad that Hawaii doesn’t have any decent Mexican restaurants but considers Taco Bell «authentic».
This location is clean and what you expect of Taco Bell. I think they collaborated with Pizza Hut now, so you can get personal pan pizzas. Service is nice and friendly. They recently (I think?) renovated the restaurant so it looks more spacious, or maybe it’s because I’ve been gone for too long.

Always eat the nacho grande and fiesta taco salad, no beans. Also love the beefy burrito.

Always been satified by this particular Taco Bell. Always the correct order, correct change, correct sauce, correct asking if I want to eat something I really don’t want to eat but it made me think for a little bit, and just a good, straight up, Taco Bell.
What more or less do you want from a Taco Bell people, it is what it is, A TACO BELL!
Thank you for providing me with choice outside of a burgernuggetsandwich land that I usually have to eat.

Me: Which one is it, $ 1.49, $ 1.59 or $ 1.69?

WTF, don’t they know how much their food is???

Eh, it’s Taco Bell. What’s pathetic is that this is the most authentic Mexican I’ve had since living on the island.
It’s cheap, quick and has all that dirty tastiness that you expect from Taco Bell.
It’s like a one-​night stand!
I mean… so I’ve heard… not that I would know anything about that sort of thing…
