First time to this location and has much friendlier customer service than the mainland Wing Stops! We were promptly greeted and asked if we needed any help with the menu. Our order of boneless and original chicken in Hawaiian, garlic Parmesan and teriyaki sauce came out in 15 minutes. The flavors were good as well as the seasoned fries. There are TV screens in the restaurant so you can catch some games. I liked going here better than its competitor Buffalo Wild Wings since it’s more low key and the service was great. The manager checked on all the tables if everything was all right and if they needed anything else. Will be returning!

Hm. so after all the mixed reviews on here, we decided to give it a shot and see for ourselves. *Note that during this visit, there was a table of gentlemen that didn’t look local. Based on what we saw and heard, I believe they were Corporate Visitors. We went there today for lunch. FYI Wednesday’s is Military discount day so it was about half full around noon. Ordering: Two cashiers(guy and girl) We had the girl. I started my order with«15 piece Combo, half Garlic Parmesan and half Lemon Pepper» Girl stops. then says«oh are you ready to order?» I started over. then she says«oh did you want the Combo?» me «yes, 15 pieces with half Garlic Parm and half Lemon Pepper» girl«oh you can choose two flavors. what kind did you want?» so I repeated it for a 3rd time. (I’m not sure if it is a computer issue where they have to punch it in a «certain» way, or if she was just not able to follow what I was saying as she pushes the buttons) Then she asked what 2 dipping sauces we wanted. We ordered Bleu Cheese and Ranch She hit the wrong button so had to ask the guy for help on how to change the sauce flavor. He erased our entire order. so now we are ordering for a 4th time LOL We sat down and started debating if maybe the girl was a new employee. After observing her and how she interacted with the military guys there, it didn’t seem like she was new. She was touching one of their heads while she was carrying a food tray(with someone else’s food on it) Food came out(ordered at 12:31pm. food arrived about 12:53pm. 20+ minutes for a 15 wing combo) Lemon pepper is supposed to be their best flavor and it was good. Garlic Parm on the other hand was just fried chicken with parm on it… there was no seasoning or salt added. Brownie points is that the food was hot and fresh when we got it. Being that we’re pretty sure this was a corporate visit day… I’m assuming this is their best performance and impression. The cleanliness is much better than BWW but overall not a «go-to» spot.

Good chicken but stupid stupid lady at the counter cost me more money than what I was supposed to. I guess smart on her part but still not cool at all. 70 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday. I asked for 10 wings and a coleslaw with no sauce since they charge $ 1 for sauce. She said it was cheaper if I just bought the combo. Which was a lie cuz it ended up being $ 13.81 when I originally was supposed to pay like $ 9.50. Damn lady. Didn’t wanna cause a scene and have her re cancel everything since she already cancelled it to redo it to give me a «cheaper price.» Rip. Even if I did want the sauce and drink still would’ve been more expensive than the normal 70 cent special. Ay sus the education over there. Watch out for Jamaica. Trust your own math.

1÷29÷2016 — Review. I said I’ll be back and I was. Ordered the 10 pcs: Cajun and the parm. cheese. Yes I stick to stuff I like. Wow, service was 100x moe bettah. Cashier made eye contact, spoke so I could hear. Food again, totally excellent. Only thing that bugged is one tiny scoop of rice is $ 1.49. LOL yeah, I’m chang lil dat. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I’ll start with the negative first. The asian(?) cashier was so unhelpful. Petite(of course), with pale oversize glasses, maybe with an accent. This was my first time there, it was kinda obvious I was clueless. Cashier so not helpful, she preferred to talk to the cash register so she was muttering/mumbling. Obviously by the second time I’m going, ‘huh’ ‘what’ ‘what’, you’d get a clue but she continued to look at the register like it was featuring a first run movie. It’s kind of loud there, everything echoing off so muttering to the register DOESN’T HELP! Please note… it was not busy… there was no other customers behind me. I was the one and only. I knew what I wanted though and when she started rattling off my order to the register, I totally agreed with everything. I could’ve been ordering fresh moose with a side order of kangaroo with snake oil. I’m sure the cash register understood everything I wanted and guess that’s the main thing! So I thought away 1 point for crap service. Maybe more, but the food was really good. Which redeemed them. I ordered sides of potato salad and it was soupy when I first saw it, I was like sheet, this is potato soup. I saw the yellow and thought oh frick mustard too. I hate mustard and relish in my p. salad. But… but it didn’t have that awful pickled taste. It was good… the potato was el dente not mushy, very firm which I love. Cole slaw — more a 4 star, I prefer Popeyes which makes c. slaw better than I do and I get high praise for MY slaw all the time. I prefer a more vinegary slaw than theirs but it had a subtle taste of maybe pineapple… not overly sweet, but the slaw was nice and crispy, very very fresh(not the KFC soggy mess, that’s more pig feed IMO) I now come to my personal choice, totally picky. My salad veggies MUSTBE cold, I prefer ICECOLD salads. Which is a hassle when I get mac salad with my hot food. I frickin’ hate it, hate it, hate. It must be separate and it must be chilled. That’s it. No ifs ands or buts. Cold salad should be cold, not room temp, not warm, not with hot food. It should be chilled AND crisped. So getting off my high horse, I have to say this about WS, they have the most frickin’ coldest salad and vegetables I have ever(and I do mean EVER) had from any eating place, incld. 5-star joints. I brought the celery and carrot sticks out expecting the usually warm ones and I was shocked *shocked I tell you* to find them ice cold. Whaaatttttt. Followed by the c. slaw and p. salad and the ranch dressing. For the first time I was not disappointed. The ranch was chilled too. Hoo man their chill refrig must be awesome! I seriously wanted to thank the veggie gods for this… so rare that sides are served at the right temp. I also loved their ranch dressing… it was watery but hoo dat buggah was garlicky and so tasty. I had the hot wings(forget the name) and that was good… I personally loved the garlic parm. that was excellent. I want to eat it again… maybe tomorrow or the next day. And THAT is my highest recommend. Maybe by then the cashier and her register have broken off their relationship :D

The first 10 times we ate there, we were satisfied. Pricey but worth it. The last few times the potato salad was cut in HUGE chunks and potatoes were raw with no flavor. Employee said it was a different cook. Well this one is lazy and there is nothing worse than inconsistency. It used to be so yummy with small bite size pieces and flavored so well. Today was the WORST experience ever! Our blue cheese dip which is normally thick like yogurt and loaded with chunks of blue cheese was water! No chunks and literally watered down by at least 50%. All 7 of us were tripping that the quality has gone down so much for such a high price. So I went back and showed them but they said recipe hasn’t changed. I said I’m sure it hasn’t but you’ve added water to stretch it out and removed the blue cheese crumbles which is very bad business. Today they got our last $ 50.

This is my 2nd visit. The service was very good. Our order, I felt, didn’t take too long. But, the food was great! I’m not much of a wings person but, this place is worth returning to. The cost isn’t that bad either. When you’re in the area, stop by and see for yourself. I’m sure you’ll find something that’ll peak your interest! Have a great day!

Chicken wangs were not always my favorite until I went to Hooters and now many years later my current fave, BWW. It might be bc they have more food options but if you care for fries and wings I would come here. Since my first visit, I feel as if Wing Stop has found its own rhythm. They have about ten flavors with Spicy Korean and Louisiana Rub as my current favorites! The last time I came here I ordered the Mango Habanero(which is okay but still spicy but I think BWW’s mango habanero tops Wing Stop) & lemon pepper(which is also very good. Since then I make my own wins with lemon pepper seasoning so thanks Wing Stop for the idea! Parking is not bad but it’s in a limited space and so weekends may be hard so carpooling with friends is suggested if it is not a weeknight. Bathrooms are outside down the walkway in between of Taps and Apps and needs no key. Prices are good for the quality of food. You can choose a combo with the number of wings with one side and a drink. They also do add on specials or upgrade of sizes for a reasonable fee. Drinks come with free refills! The only thing I would not drink is the raspberry iced tea. It tastes really syrupy. Portions are good and the main thing I like Wing Stop is that their chicken wings are consistent is size and flavor. The workers are friendly and attentive. If you dine in, I noticed that the avg wait time for your order with wings is about 15 min. However, you can order online and it seems like they focus on those orders first. Make sure to have some cash for tip! Napkins are non-existent but their is a paper towel roll where you rip off the amount you need by the utensils and when you are done eating you are told to keep your platter and rubbish on the tables.(There are no available trash cans) lol There are large HD TVs in each corner and keep sports on so you won’t miss that game! So it’s less in cost than Hooters and BWW with traditional(classic) and boneless wings which is awesome and food quality the same or maybe even better in flavor than BWW.

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Mililani on a whim and this is where we ended up for lunch. The only other wing place we’ve tried is bww, so this is what I will use for comparison. We got there around 11, when there was about 2 – 3 tables filled. Since there were people in front of us, we had a chance to check out the menu boards. On Monday and Tuesdays they have a special going on for $ 0.70 boneless chicken wings. We visited on a Tuesday, but we are more traditionalists, so we opted not to get any boneless. Also, with valid i.d., on Wednesdays military, police, and firefighters get 10% off their order. We both got the 8-piece combo that included seasoned fries or veggie sticks and a drink($ 11.49). We halved each order so that we can try a variety. Of course, we got the traditional wings, one wet and one dry. I got the garlic parmesean, and hickory smoked barbeque. My husband got the lemon pepper and the hawaiian. The verdict? I absolutely loved it! My fave was the garlic parmesean. There take on it was a dry rub and I loved the flavor. Compared to bww’s which is a wet rub and way too salty! The others were equally as delicious. All the wings disappeared in a matter of minutes, thats how good it was! The seasoned fries were good also… and they have flavored teas! Not just foundation drinks. The place is quiet small, but it does fill up quickly. On our visit, we came during lunch and it was filled up by the time we were done eating. We were actually the only ones in civilian clothes. Its safe to say that this is where most of the army and air force thats at the nearby base go for lunch, lol. The only thing that I found odd was that they had A SINGLE paper towel roll by the drinks instead of handing out napkins(or having a roll at each table) I almost missed it, thats how barely visible it was. Other than that, I enjoyed our visit there. I wished there were more wingstops closer to my neck of the woods so that I can enjoy their delectable chicken wings all the time!

I waited over 30 minutes for undercooked wings. Came in on a Monday, and mind you there was only one order in front of us. The wings were dry and the fries stale and soggy. The only thing decent about our visit was the guy at cash register who gave excellent customer service.

Maybe I’m just spoiled by another wing place, but oh man this place is TERRIBLE. This place is the type where to don’t get served. You purchase before you sit. Which is totally fine with me. The workers seemed to be happy for someone working a Friday night. But one employee that I really thought could use some tips on how customer service works was in the front. I asked her if there was a restroom I could use, she said yes *hands me the key* says«it’s outside». She continued asking about our order and I said«outside? Where? Left? Right?». Seriously did she expect me to go in the rain hunting for the bathroom door? I just felt like she wanted to take our orders and move on. Kind of rude if you ask me. But hey, she smiled at least. We ordered take out. 20 pieces plus a dip(that we had to add on) came out to 15 bucks. I felt that was a good price. We got flavors garlic Parmesan, mango habanero and lemon pepper. The food took about 10 – 15 minutes considering they were busy, I’m not going to judge how long it took when the food came out very poorly. The food, was so under seasoned. I mean really the garlic Parmesan was literally OILYPARMESAN. No flavor after you bite the skin. Barely any flavor on the skin. Super disappointing. The lemon pepper smelled amazing. Same disappointment, no flavor after the first bite, barely flavor on the first bite. Mango habanero, I really thought as I picked that piece up «Please be the one that’s the best of all 3 that we picked». It was spicy, not too bad as the flame indication says. And I liked the spice. But the mango? No no no. That was more like sweet chili sauce. Nothing like mango habanero that I’ve had. Big thumbs down and I’m only being honest. You’d THINK they would throw in ONE choice of dip for free too after purchasing 20 wings. They don’t FYI. On the bright side, the food was nice and hot from the drive there back home. The price was decent. Future note to self, not worth the drive and not worth the wait. Terrible wings and with the name Wing Stop? I would not stop there for wings anymore. Sorry but not sorry. Improving needed!

Free parking, free WiFi, and free refills! In the words of my sister, «chicken wings is my favorite food group.» I too share the love for chicken wings so Wingstop is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is nice and the variety of flavors keeps things interesting but I easily find my favorite combination since I can get two flavors in one order. Really awesome for the times I’m indecisive. As much I love the season fries, I am thankful for the addition of veggie sticks of carrots and celery. I usually get all carrot sticks. The music wasn’t as loud as it usually is so the experience was a lot better and I like watching the football games. It is loud only when its busy which I think is mostly Wednesdays since they have a 10& discount to military, cops, and firemen. The food does take a while to finish. About the time it takes to drive from Schofield to Mauka. Be sure to use the Wingstop app so it will be ready by the time you get there or else you’ll have quite the wait.

We actually were thinking of going to the taco del mar next door, but once I saw the wing stop, I instantly wanted wings lol. There wasn’t a long line and the staff were eager to take our order. We got the 15 bone out with fries, two drinks(one was substituted for a blue moon), and added on five wings with bone in. Grand total was 29 ish. Not to bad of a price for all of that. The flavors we picked were hickory smoked bbq, Hawaiian and five plain. It took about 10 minutes for our order to come out. They were hot and fresh! The fries were very good and not over seasoned. I would say the best flavor we picked was the hickory smoked bbq. Dipped in ranch they were delicious! The Hawaiian flavor didn’t have much left to be desired, it was not a flavor I would pick again and felt lacking. The plain were the worst, however. I was thinking they would be crispy and flavorful, but they were greasy and tasteless. It was not a choice I would pick ever in the future. Overall, this Is still a great location for wings if you don’t want to drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff, fries and hickory smoked bbq wings are enough for us to come back to enjoy another meal at the Wing stop.

Ordered takeout, the workers are friendly and helpful. The place seemed kinda big with lots of tables, not sure if it’s because it was empty? I pass by here everyday, and it’s the first time were giving it a try because we haven’t heard anything positive about this place. They have a lot of different ways to order wings and it comes with different sauces, we got the original sauce, the wings are small and okay tasting. We prefer the wings from Domino’s cheaper and bigger. What I did like about this place was the sides, they have a large variety. We got the fresh baked rolls which was huge and served hot, also got the cole slaw which was good, my son got the mac and cheese, his usual response is it’s okay. Wings are cheaper at Domino’s, since its walking distance from Wingstop, next time I’ll just get my sides from there and go to Domino’s for my wings. I’ll be surprised if this place remains in business for another couple of years. I don’t see the crowd like when it first opened.

Craving wings and not wanting to spend an arm and a leg? This is the place for you! Having eaten here 3 times I can tell you the service and food are consistently good. My friend had been telling me for a while this place was legit, much better than that other wing chain I usually went to. At that other place I would spend $ 20 – 30 on a meal, here I can order a 8 piece boneless combo for around $ 12! A combo comes with a 22oz drink a side of fries, my girlfriend substituted rice our second time there(the fries were too salty for her). I ordered an 8 piece boneless combo that had 2 flavor choices, I picked Original Hot and the Lemon Pepper. I love wings and I can tell you I’ll probably always get Lemon Pepper as one of my choices here. My girlfriend got the Hawaiian BBQ(pineapple BBQ) and the Teriyaki. The cashier said it would be about 16 minutes, we sat down and checked in on Unilocal… And guess what? 16 minutes later our food was done! Amazing speed and service! The other two times it’s been just as fast, never that busy when we go but that’s a good thing! Definitely will make the trip out to Mililani for some wings, you can even order online or using the Wingstop App. Might have to try that out for a party or the next UH tailgate we go to.

Wings for a reasonable price! :D Last night, my boyfriend and I ate dinner here and it was pretty empty with only a couple other people eating.(We went around 9). It was my first time here so the boyfriend had to explain how to order. I ordered the combo with 6 wings, fries, and a drink. It comes with 2 flavors and since I do not like spicy foods I got the safest flavors: Hawaiian(pineapple BBQ) and Teriyaki. He ordered the 8 piece combo(Original Hot & Lemon Pepper) with fries and a drink. Our total came out to $ 22! Not bad for 2 full meals! I was pleasantly surprised when we got more wings than we ordered. I had 8 and he had 10! Not sure if it was because we ordered the boneless or if they do that with all the orders. The flavors I ordered were good but wayyy too salty! After eating 3 of each, I couldn’t eat anymore. I wiped some of the sauce off after I ate 2 of each because it was just too much. The boyfriend liked the 2 flavors he ordered so no complaints there. I think it helped that he ordered one wet sauce(Original Hot) and one drier rub(Lemon Pepper). Now, on the the fries: their portions are huge! We each had one basket of fries each! But they were also wayyyy too salty for my taste. I ate maybe half of them. The boyfriend ate most of his fries and did say they were salty but he loves salty. Therefore, if you’re craving salty foods or just love really salty foods, you should come here! Overall, not exactly my favorite place but I’d come back if the boyfriend or our friends really wanted to.

I wouldn’t give it a 3 star, yet a 4 either so I will call it a 3.5. We made sure we waited to try this place after the crowd for the newly opening business to die down. It can get busy in the evening, hard to say the hit and miss times, it really does fluctuate. The wings they sell are so tiny to me. It’s more like chicken bones then chicken wings. As far as freshness goes, they are on point with that. Wings are made to order so you aren’t getting those under the lamp old stale wings, I can appreciate that! We have even taken it to go, got home, and they are still hot and crisp. Flavors that we prefer are the lemon pepper and the buffalo. The service has been good the times that we have come here, so that too is a plus. I like that they work as a team to service the customer as well. Price is average, a little more than some places that serve a bit better wings and larger portions. The location is awesome, Mililani area needs more spots to eat! :)

[Location & Parking] Wingstop is located in the Mililani Mauka Shopping Center. It’s located almost in the corner of the shopping center right near the freeway entrance. Parking is free and there are various stalls you can park at. [Interior & Ambience] As soon as you enter, it feels like you entered the WWI/WWII era because you see blueprints of airplanes all over the walls and tables(hence the name wingstop). If you have a party larger than 4 people, good luck because there’s only 1 table there that sits 8(not sure if you’re allowed to move the tables around). Other than that, there are at least 8 or so tables that sit 4 people. Warning: The tables are really close to eachother so you can hear other people’s conversation or others can hear your conversation. [Food] I ordered the 6 boneless wing combo which was about $ 10. It came with a drink, choice of side(I chose fries), dipping sauce(I chose ranch). The great thing about wingstop is that you’re allowed to mix and match the types of chicken you want. So for this combo, I got 3 lemon pepper and 3 garlic parmesan wings. The lemon pepper had a very strong lemon pepper taste. I was a little disappointed with the garlic parmesan because I was expecting it to be «saucy» or liquid. Fortunately, they gave me an extra piece and they doused it with the parmesan. I liked the taste of their fries. I believe they you real potatoes and it’s made fresh to order. They were hot and crispy. They taste even better when you dip it into the ranch sauce. [Service] As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by the people at the counter. They were really nice and helpful to explain the different types of chicken sauces. The service was fast as compared to other Unilocal reviews. I think it’s because I came here on weekday instead of night or during the weekend. I got my order in about 5 – 10 mins. Don’t be surprised if you don’t have any napkins with your order. They don’t have a napkin dispenser. It’s just a paper towel roll near the front of the register. Also don’t look for a trashcan because there isn’t. Once you’re done with your food, just leave your trash on the table and someone will take care of that for you. [Overall] I’d have to come here again to taste the different chicken wing flavors to give my final verdict. This is a great restaurant for people who live in Mililani or nearby to come for more flavorful chicken wing options(in addition to the KFC and Popeyes).

I’ve been to Wing Stop three times since they opened. They’ve gotten progressively better with service and efficiency. When I went there when they first opened, I made an order through their app. When I arrived at the restaurant, the girl at the front somehow didn’t see the order print out in their system(even though it literally prints out right next to the register she stands in front of). It then took another half an hour to cook the order after we were already there. I didn’t come back for a long time after that horrible experience, and I waited to write a review to give them a chance to redeem themselves(and they have). I really like that Wing Stop is different than Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s really a more«no frills» version. If you dine in, you order at the counter then get your food and seat yourself. If you take out, everything is really nicely packaged, and they have yet to screw up packaging one of my takeout orders(missing sauces, wrong order, etc.). Since there’s tons of parking, it’s really convenient to come here and get food on the go. The meal combos are the best deal. My favorite is the garlic parmesan. I love the lemon pepper too, but the lemon pepper is a lot more greasy. I think it’s pretty cool that you can also pay(I believe $ 1.50 extra) for all drumsticks in your order. The ranch and bleu cheese dressings are awesome, and so are their freshly baked cookies. They’re also open really late(I believe until midnight), so if you’re in need of a really unhealthy midnight snack, Wing Stop is the place to go!

When I envision eating Chicken Wings, I expect to bite into a crunchy, juicy, Chicken Wing with the right amount of seasoning that makes me want to eat more, but after eating just one Chicken Wing here at Wing Stop where they are supposed to specialize in Chicken Wings, it falls flat on their face when it comes to delicious and lip smacking Chicken Wings. I was just wondering if they got their Chicken’s from Ethiopia or got these Chickens that are as skinny as the Japanese tourists I see walking around Waikiki. These wings looked like they were left in the fryer from opening to closing sapping all the life out of these poor Chicken Wings. Is it due to the fact that there is an Army base not too far from Mililani Mauka and these Military People like things cooked Well Done? Not only were the wings so lean and overlooked, it was so dry I thought my Chicken Wings had the consistency of eating Dried Cuttlefish and I was gasping for air from this dehydrated chicken wing. Do they brush it with suntan lotion and let it sun tan on the roof of this restaurant so it gets shriveled up like a raisin and then you give it to your customers? I’ve had way better Chicken Wings at The Shack down the street and even the Mai Tai Bar in Ala Moana has excellent Wings, you should be taking lessons from these two places that don’t even specialize in making great wings. Sorry Wing Stop, but your Chicken Wings don’t FLY with me and with all these flavors you have available for these so called wings, it ain’t going to mask the fact that your wings are not even close to being tasty and juicy like a great chicken wing should be. When I have a craving for Chicken Wings, this is definitely the last STOP I’ll make, but if I’m looking for Deep Fried Chicken Bones, then this will be my first STOP.

Is it just me or that hot roll reminds you of pandesal? It’s so soft fluffy warm and buttery yum. Anyway, back to the chicken. My boyfriend and I always order that meal for two special. 15 pieces is a lot and the plus is that you can mix and match. My favorite is the garlic parmesan, it’s a dry rub so it’s not as heavy. For what we get it’s a great price because it comes with two sauces and two drinks too. Service is efficient, fast. Plenty of parking. The only shitty thing is that they don’t have a bathroom/wash station or even WETNAPS! Killing me!
