Dr. Ashraf is everything we were looking for in an orthodontist. She’s conservative in her approach (never pushes for treatment if a «wait & see» approach can be employed), she’s kind, she’s efficient, and her office staff is fantastic. She’s wonderful with young children. Our daughter started in first grade, and the whole office staff made her feel comfortable with the process. She doesn’t use gimmicks like videos to keep the kids at ease. Just good, old-​fashioned human kindness does the trick. We are happy with the payment plan, and so far the results have been quick and very impressive.

My daughter just got her braces off – she has a beautiful smile. Gorgeous. The team at this office is efficient and excellent. They are extremely kind, helpful and wonderful to work with Truly! I love the people in the office and the orthodontists are the very best. The best. Can not say enough good things about this Ortho group. Some friends have complained about the price – but as I told them – you get what you pay for! They will also work with people on payments. They go beyond the call of duty to be honest and complete in their service. Love them!

I have to say the people who work there are awesome! I’m from NC and a band came off my bracket. When I called they told me to come on in. I don’t remember names but they were super nice!!! They even cut to wires for me!!! They didn’t even charge me. Excellent costumer service!!! If I lived out here I would defently go here!!!

We have been more than happy with the professional service and honesty of Dr. Falkow. She held off on the ortho work for some time because she felt it would not be productive until a certain age and growth of my child. Other orthodontists are getting the kids in young so they can get the biz before another doctor gets them. She was honest and held off. She is not the least expensive. We did look around. I am a firm believer in: you get what you pay for. I have had to have braces twice in my life and as an adult still have them so I think if you get the braces done right – Once is enough. My daughter is getting great treatment. The staff and doctor are beyond belief great and uplifting, fun and professional. They have gone out of their way to make things work smooth even if there has been a bump in the road as there always will be, things break, etc – they make good on all roads! We love Dr. Falkow and her staff!
