We love our shutters that David W Keller selected for our new home! He came out to our house twice and helped us decide which window treatments would work best for our home. He was so professional, and we loved his ideas. We have received so many compliments on our shutters, and we highly recommend David for your window treatment needs!

I moved to Marin County 4 years ago and received great treatment when ordering blinds from David Keller for my entire 2 story home. What a project! David got my house comfortably outfitted with the woven blinds I needed and then years later, repaired a blind that had some wear and tear. I have since added blinds in small windows and advised on options for drapery, sliders, privacy fabrics, and installation needs for my future projects. David is efficient and a great person to have on the job. His work made my home comfortable and the styles and options we used are clean and modern designs – outfitted for my personal needs as well as great timeless blinds that will stay with the home after I leave. I will continue using his services and recommend him for great customized work and installations!

I first called budget blinds for my kids windows and found that they really had some great fabrics at really good prices. David came to my home and met with both my husband and I. We ended up purchasing coverings for our living room, dining room, master bathroom and the kids rooms! David was very professional, with a good eye for design and suggested things I would not have thought of. Our home looks gorgeous with the new coverings and stays much cooler with our selection of window coverings.
I would highly recommend David and his staff for their professionalism, on time delivery and friendly service with a great selection too!

I have been working with David Keller for about 5 years now as projects have come up in my home. I first met him when he worked for Karen at Budget Blinds and he has since purchased the business from her (⁵⁄₂₀₁₃).
He has always been responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. He has a great eye for design and I’ve never been disappointed with any decision we have made thus far. The quality of the blinds is excellent — I haven’t had one issue with any window treatment he’s done. Excellent service and value!

David Keller was professional, prompt and gave great direction with for decorating. Also, the selection he had was out of this world! He accommodated all my special windows and the prices where fair. I purchased a Living Social voucher for $ 250.00 towards Budget Blinds.
After several attempts at meeting David Keller, the owner, he reviewed my needs and promised an estimate the following Monday. David was nice and professional,
however he has never sent the estimate nor responded to my calls to his cell or his office. It makes no sense as we were not shopping around and did not have a bad
interaction during his site review.
As a business owner and contractor, I don’t understand how someone can spend time in setting up an in– home review, then no follow up.
I am sorry to say but this is my first and only bad Unilocal review for terrible service.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I really feel like I have to say something about what happened with Budget Blinds. The review a few down from this one sums it up perfectly. The company is not run well and David refuses to return messages. What a waste of time! Now I’m stuck with a $ 99 credit on Living Social because it’s been over a month with no response from him after he promised me my quote just days after his departure from my condo. They don’t want your business. It’s not important to them. I planned to buy window coverings for four rooms. Oh well. Time for me to move on to a company that I can depend on. For those of you reading this, don’t waste your time with Budget Blinds in Mill Valley.

I rarely give poor reviews, but I felt compelled to get on here. I gave them «2» stars because I like David (the sales agent). But honestly, the better price you get through this company isn’t worth the heartache. We had blinds installed and they are decent. However, we soon after updated our windows and the blinds needed to be cut to fit (something they assured me they could do for a cost). We called them (I am not exagerating) at least 10 times. We spoke to the receptionist — who is rarely there — and we called some woman who allegedly ran the place. Both said they would get back to us, but neither did despite repeated calls and messages. We even called David at least 3 times, and I actually resorted to begging him to call, even if it was just to tell me they weren’t going to help us! Nothing… we are now being forced to look for another Company that will cut the blinds for us.
The Company is really poorly run, and the folks there are really unreliable. I am pretty suprised by this since we spent thousands of dollars on blinds. Seriously frustrating, and I strongly encourage folks to look for other options.
