Harbor Point Apartments

I’ve been a tenant at the Harbor Point Apartments for almost a year. There isn’t a day that goes by when I don’t count my lucky stars for calling this place home. This place has it all — breathtaking views of Richardson Bay, six tennis courts, a state-​of-​the-​art gym, Olympic-​size pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant/​bar. This is truly «resort living» at its finest. I honestly can’t think of a better place to live in the entire Bay Area.
I more or less grew up at this club. I learned how to swim in their kiddie pool. I hit my first tennis ball on their courts. I enjoyed my first legal margarita in their bar (after I turned 21). Needless to say, this place and I have a long history together.
So after years of living in San Francisco’s urban jungle, it’s nice to come back to a more relaxed lifestyle (and Harbor Point offers that in spades). Don’t get me wrong, I still love SF. But it’s nice to know that the city is just 20 minutes/​a few freeway exits away. It’s like getting the best of both worlds.
The management of Harbor Point Apartments is top-​notch. The tennis and exercise facilities are among the finest in Marin County. The Clubhouse restaurant (aka Nourish Grill) has never been better. I love that I can now charge food/​drinks/​balls/​etc. now to my account. So you can essentially walk around the club without carrying a wallet.
My neighbors are all super friendly and considerate. There’s plenty of free parking. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and the bay side views are beyond compare. I wake up every morning to sun shining through my windows and the sound of birds chirping. Seriously — what’s not to love about this place?!
Harbor Point has been very good to me. I look forward to more great years here in this fabulous community.

Mere minutes from San Francisco and a world away. Impeccable grounds, the staff– from the office to the superlative engineering staff to the wonderful guys who maintain the facility-​all — consistently– professional and cordial. Apartments are very well appointed, parking, pool, gym, and the location is unlike any other in the Bay Area. Tons of storage– another bonus. It always feels wonderful to come home to Harbor Point.
Have never been so impressed. Quiet, and unique.
