It’s no surprise that Jeff has so many positive reviews. We have been working with him recently on the purchase of a home, and we cannot be more pleased. He is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented. One simply can’t ask for more in a realtor. I’m sure we would not be in the great house we have today if not for Jeff. My wife and I have a 1 year old son and we wanted to stay in Marin. Jeff was our buying agent on our first home purchase.
He worked closely with us to find properties that fit our budget, and met our priorities. His extensive contacts made the closing process much easier, and we were very satisfied with everyone he recommended. He is very honest, clear, and was a great partner with us during what could have been a stressful time. I recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a house :)

After working with Jeff for the better part of 14 months, I would characterize him as professional, patient, and tenacious. In the current housing market I found that having a Realtor with patience was truly a virtue. The journey began with Jeff showing us a number of homes (virtually and in-​person) to learn our preferences. After a few months we stumbled upon a great home at a great price and decided to put in an offer. Despite everything one hears about the short-​sale process (and Jeff’s warning), I never imagined that it was going to end up being a 9 month negotiation, between 3 parties, that would ultimately never draw to a conclusion. Throughout this grueling process, Jeff stayed on top of the selling agent and pushed hard for results. Although, during this time Jeff also stayed on top of the market, watching for other homes that fit our preferences. We ultimately found the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, although beyond our price range. Jeff did his diligence, learned about the seller and his motivation for moving. It turned out that he had taken a new job out of state and needed to move his family within weeks. Jeff negotiated hard for us and was able to get the price down to a point that we could all live with. We closed within 30 days and the process was as smooth as could be imagined. We couldn’t be happier in our new home. I strongly recommend Jeff!
