I didn’t feel that Olga had my best interests at heart. She managed my prescription and nothing more. I met with three different people when seeing her practice and they turned over during my visits. She didn’t accept my insurance so everything for me was out of pocket. She lost track of my situation and it seemed that I had to re-educate her on my condition every time I saw her. In one instance, I paid for blood work that her team requested and it was never reviewed or used for my care. She simply indicated that the person who recommended it was not with her anymore. When I tried to describe my anxieties and situations with her, she told me to see a therapist. That is why I was seeing her.
