I went to Whale of a Wash while on vacation recently in Mill Valley. I stopped in early on a Friday morning and found the place, open and very clean. There were clear instructions on how to use the machines, which I appreciated, and there was a box to leave your contact info in the event that you had a problem with a machine. If I’m ever doing laundry in Mill Valley again, this is where I’ll be!!!
