If you want down-​to-​earth, customer service without all the pushing of sales, this place is it. If you are in the market for a new phone and want to make the most informed decision before purchasing one, check out this place. I called to check and see if they had the Droid Incredible 2 in stock so I could come in and play with it. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t get it in until a day later.
Instead, I spoke to Hung over the phone who was super knowledgeable and patient as I picked his brain for the differences in a few different phones like Samsung Fascinate, Droid Incredible 2, Droid 2 Global, Thunderbolt and my current iPhone. This was, by far, better and easier than using Verizon’s website and «compare» features because I could also ask his opinion of what was better suited for a particular function. I even asked about bloatware installed on certain phones and what the whole controversy was with the Samsung Fascinate. Hung was honest and informed me about the «politics» of Verizon and Microsoft’s partnership and informed me of customers’ mixed reviews.
All in all, if you want facts and a personalized experience apart from the other thousands of Verizon Wireless stores out there, call or go in to this store! :)

On a word-​of-​mouth recommendation we came to this store to get new equipment for our existing Verizon family plan, which now has 5 lines. Ryan helped us with different models’ features, and once we picked the model, prepared all the rebate forms + envelope so my work is minimal in sending it in. He also helped us with making the best use of our equipment credit, which our previous Verizon store did not bother with. The legendary Verizon customer service has only now been surpassed by this store’s dedication to service, service, service!
Go to them for your Verizon help. I only wished I found them sooner.

The guys at the store are very knowledge on what type of phone suits your lifestyle needs. I was upgraded to a Blackberry Curve (which I love). If you know Blackberry, it is a very complicated FPM (fine piece of machinery) and me being the guy that I am, never read the instruction manual. Hung was very meticulous about going through with me all the functions it had to offer. You can really tell when someone wants to help you vs. someone who just wants to sell you a phone.
All in all, great experience with KIT. Definitely recommended!

I’ve officially joined the world of crackberry, and it’s some serious crack indeed:) Anyway, shopping for a phone is definitely not one of my favorite pastimes as it can easily stress me out. Yes, new gadgets are fantastic, but researching phones, pricing, plans, and what not is not. fun…[insert Keep In Touch Wireless] Pretty much within the first few minutes of talking with Ryan, my mind was put at ease and the possibility of any imminent headaches were squashed. Ryan was professional and the most helpful wireless salesperson I’ve come across. Not once did I get the «pushy salesperson» impression, or feel pressured to buy something I was unsure of. As another Unilocaler mentioned, Ryan couldn’t have made the rebate process any easier as he included an envelope with the address already printed and stamp attached. I walked out of the store with a great deal, a great phone, and a fat smile.

I came here at the recommendation from my brother. Ryan helped us and was not only attentive, knowledgeable, but was also very helpful. He assisted me in choosing the 3 phones I needed for my husband and mom and provided us with all the instructions and helpful hints.
He prepared all the rebate materials and even put a stamp in each of the envelopes with instructions on when we’re to mail them. Ryan also plans to call me before my free month of vcast ends to see if I want to continue or not.

Definitely the spot to get a verizon service or phone accessories. The guys here are really cool and they’ll help you out in any way they can. even if you’re not looking to buy a phone, they’ll show you what your best available options are and work with you to get what you need or want. Also, this ain’t no typical asian phone store. They really got it legit and also have a wide selection of the most current and popular phones on the market.
