Horrible!!! These guys sit outside Millbrae Caltrain and refuse to drive you if it’s a $ 10 – 15 ride! The other night I was coming home late from work in the city and the driver refused to drive me because it wasn’t worth his time. I told him I had no other way of getting home and it was dangerous to walk by myself that late. He went into his cab, shut the door and windows to block me out. What a horrible human being!
