We are painting a large apartment building in SF and needed some inspiration. Staff was helpful in explaining the SW-​visual color app. where we were able to upload a picture of the property/​room/​etc. and virtually paint!
Also, we are very happy that they sell booklets of color swatches. We can now review all the colors in the office and take the booklet to properties to review with our property Owners; which will definitely will help save some time during the turn-​over process.

Everyone at this location is super friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely chose them over Home Depot or osh for paint and other supplies. I almost wanted to come back just to hang out! Love how customer oriented they were. Can’t wait to look for paints again. Makes me want to find different thing to paint all the time just to go back!

I visited SW back in May of 2014 and I’m finally writing a review. They are awesome there. Idk if kelly is still there but she was awesome and the manager was really nice young man. They are very friendly there an willing to spend the time with you. The paint is great quality. I wouldn’t recommend the low quality grade I liked the emerald brand. Good luck

I’ve been a Kelly Moore faithful until last Sunday afternoon. I needed some custom stain to stain some tile. KM rudely told me to come back Monday and they would take a look. The «custom» guy was not around. Really?
So we decided to walk down to Sherwin-​Williams and were met with a totally different experience.
— Fantastic service. They took the time to explain deep base stain, transparent stain etc.
— Free coffee and hot chocolate (huge bonus when you have kiddos with you)
— have a great little scanner that scans the color you want to match. Awesome. With one «Beep!» we knew what we needed.
In 15 minutes I was headed home with custom stain that matched perfect.
Glad KM was rude. Glad Sherwin-​Williams is one block down. This is a nice new and clean location.
Nice work guys.
See you next time we need paint.
