This place is the epitomy of all that is good service. Even though its totally small, it manages to have an ambiance all its own and the people who work there are total sweethearts! I go here about once a week, and am always greeted immediately and always given a free snack to munch on while my order is being taken. Now I havent ordered much more than their crepes a few of their drinks, nutella toast, and green tea ice cream but let me tell you those items have been as good as they get, especially considering the price! I mean, crepes do get pretty expensive these days. Anyway I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

So… I had the worst Starbucks drink on Sunday, which reminded me of the absolute worst boba I ever had… so I had to help save my fellow Unilocalers for basically throwing money away The Friday before Mother’s day, my df and I were looking for a boba place since we had some time to kill before dinner. We remembered Verde Tea Café with the nice lady who ran it, but we were disappointed to find it was closed and now called Yummy café. I was hesitant at first, but df said he was«OK with it.» Well, how ironic, cuz that boba I had… which was either Green milk tea with boba or Jasmine milk tea with boba was downright awful!!! There was no Yummy there!!! DF’s thai tea was also very bad. Although if I were to chose the lesser of two evils, it would be his drink. The guy who helped us was nice(hence the extra star), but I barely touched my drink. It tasted so weird that I thought it was like expired or something. I didn’t want to have an upset stomach so I took a sip or two then stopped. I didn’t have the heart to throw it out in front of the nice dude that made our drinks, so I threw out the whole thing in the garbage in front of the liquor store next door. NEVERAGAIN. But who knows, may be they are new and have some growing pains or may be it was just a bad«barista» that day.
