The only reason I’m giving two stars was because the first visit was really good. Tonight was not good. First we ordered the Italian salad. The menu stated that it came with a lemon dressing so we asked the waiter about the dressing. He said it was ok and would put it on the side. The salad came drenched in the dressing and it had to be the worst dressing I ever tasted in my life. It was an extremely bitter lemon mixed with some olive oil. We left a whole $ 9 salad on the table. We ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza and it came with only sausage. There was a large amount of crumbled sausage which made the pizza extremely soggy and absolutely no mushrooms. I usually remove the sausage and only eat the mushrooms. I could barely eat one slice after trying to scrape off the sausage. Our waiter never came back after taking our order. The food was delivered by the bus boy and when I inquired about the salad and the missing mushroom pizza he said he Did not take the order so he could not help us. He said he would get the waiter. The waiter never came back, not even to bring the check which was dropped off by the bus boy. I really had high hopes for this place and was looking forward to bringing friends and family here. Which will not happen now.

Excellent. Great pizzas. Apps are great too. Best in Millburn, easy parking across street and liquor store right there too. Friendly staff and accommodating.

I just enjoyed a great meal here. We started with a small margarita pizza. Everything about the pizza is delicious. The crust the sauce the cheese all excellent, perfectly cooked. I ordered a chicken Marsala which I enjoyed. The sauce and mushrooms were very good also. Service was good also considering they got increasingly busy right after we arrived. I would give it a 4.5 stars if that was allowed.

Really great pizza! We’ve found our spot finally! I had the spinaci pizza and it was so flavorful! my husband had the sorrentina which he loved. We also started with the burrata salad appetizer which was very creamy and flavorful! I only wish they cut the slices smaller, one individual pizza was cut in four slices but could easily have been 8 slices. We will be back!!!

Why doesn’t this restaurant have a website that works? Hard to place an order because of this.

This is our Friday go to place. Never disappointed… Quality has been great and folks there are always pleasant. Parking is a bit of a hassle but that is always the case is Milburn unfortunately.

I was not a big fan of their pizza after their initial opening; hard to beat the similar style of Arturos in Maplewood. But other items on the menu were very good. I cannot say enough about how great the gravy/sauce is. Also, a really good execution of Linguini and Clams and the Alfredo.

I’m in love with this place. We had the best meal ever here on Sunday. We ordered the calamari with balsamic dressing, sausage, and hot cherry peppers and that was amazing. We also got a mixed green salad which was surprisingly delicious and so big for $ 6. The best part of the meal was the pizza though. We ordered the vodka pie and the burrata pie. They were both some of the best pizza I have ever had. I strongly recommend both pies and I can’t decide which one was better. Our waiter was awesome too. Definitely try this place if you like brick oven pizza! It’s a BYOB too :)

Came because of all the great reviews & it was the closest to the paper mill playhouse… did not disappoint! We ordered the calamari fiamma & a large vodka pie. The fried calamari was lightly battered & very fresh, not tough or chewy. The balsamic glaze is very tangy(which we loved). The pizza was perfectly cooked, the only negative is that the sauce was a little too salty. Overall, for a very crowded place, the service was fast & the wait staff very attentive.

Great Pizza! We’re Arturo’s fans for life, but this comes the closest and they deliver quickly. The reason I’m taking a star off is because their sauces and marinara are sometimes way too salty.

Yes, I’ve been back several times now and it’s been better each time. The pizza is consistently good – and a good deal for lunch too($ 10). They serve it with a small house salad and a small bowl of marinara sauce that you can finish your crusts in. Everything is tasty and there’s nothing like a fresh pizza, especially from a wood fired oven. Keep up the good work.

The food here is good! But we ordered a salad an appetizer and a pizza. The pizza came first?? ? When we were done eating our salad the pizza was cold! Gordon Ramsey needs to come teach them how to expedite! ! !

Yum nomnomnom! Back down in the area for business and had always wanted to try Fiamma and finally got the chance to! Went for dinner on Saturday evening; packs up quickly! We ordered the caprese salad and a margarita pie, both were delicious! We enjoyed our time there. I wouldn’t call this a formal sit down so I wouldn’t expect 5 star quality sit down service. The food though is absolutely 5 star! It was so good I came back during the week for their lunch special and was surprised and individual sized pie also came with a house salad and drink! Great deal for around $ 12?! definitely check this place out

Went early on a Friday to meet friends — wanted to avoid any Friday night rush and have kids so wanted it to be an early night. The restaurant definitely filled up around 6:45 — 7ish, so glad we were able to snag a large table. We sat in the back by the open kitchen/brick oven. The waitstaff was attentive and very accommodating. The pizza was delicious — the crust was light and airy — it was thin and held up nicely — wasn’t soggy at all. The pasta with bolognese was also excellent, very filling and very easy to share. Would definitely go back soon.

Pizza is very good. I like the pesto pizza, vodka pie, eggplant pizza and the salad pizza. Customer service is average. Location is good– the restaurant is by the corner with a good street view. Ambiance is neat. Tables are a little cramped up.

Since Arturo’s had a 1.5 hour wait, we tried Fiamma’s and luckily grabbed a table on a Friday night. We started with the balsamic calamari, which was okay… The sauce was a bit much and overpowers the palate. I literally had to drink water with every bite because the balsamic glaze was too acidic and sharp(maybe due to over reduction?). Then came our Vodka pie, which was pretty good. Not the best I’ve had, but good enough that I would come back. Not too much sauce and the sauce was good. It did take fairly long for our pizza, over an hour… and we even waited after most tables had left. Service was nothing memorable. We were not greeted upon entering and nobody ever checked up on us. They took our empty carafe away, but did not replace it with a full carafe of water. It then took a long time for our bill to come.

Loved it. Wandered in on a late Saturday night, the owners were kind enough to stay open for us until 10:30(way past closing time). The pizza was outstanding. We ordered the Wood Fired Tomato Pie w/crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and I added soppressata. This is not a 90 second Napoletana pie, it is crispier and cooked longer in the wood oven. Loved it. Such nice hospitality and service as well as excellent pizza at Fiamma . Looking forward to going back to try the eggplant rollatini and a salad with the pizzas. Delicious!
