I have been going to this GameStop for about four years and it recently closed for a very good reason. I questioned myself every time i walked into this GameStop asking myself«why do i come here», and the reason why was because it was close to where i lived. For starters the management was horrendous, and i mean horrendous. Every time i was at the store either buying or trading in a game at the store the manager would give me a hard time either by giving fraudulent statements. The store is closed now and now i have to travel a extra 10 minutes to my other GameStop but it is well worth it.

I wish there was a way for me to use 0 stars to truly acknowledge the customer service provided by the management of this store. Now my rating isn’t based on my experiences with the store representatives but the store manager himself. As a former Gamestop employee long ago I’ve been completely offended. Someone like this guy should not be in retail let alone management for anything involving customer service. I would not have gone out of my way to comment on a single experience but because it has been multiple incidents, I have been forced to acknowledge the failure in management. The first time I walked in i purchased a used nintendo 3ds. When i brought the device home i opened the box to realize that the device had an unreasonable amount of scratches and dents. I decided to take the device back requesting an exchange. The manager at that time chose to give me an attitude stating«just so you know by returning you’re making it so I can’t sell this to anybody else». I asked after if I can inspect the next device because traveling 3 times in one day would be extremely inconvient. He continued giving me attitude until i finally decided to purchase a new one. Upon the new purchase he decided to tell me that by purchasing a new one i was ruining his conversion rates. One year later i came in to preorder the new batman arkham knight game. After preordering my brother decided to purchase a xbox one controller on a separate transaction. The same manager responded by saying«you shouldve told me you were purchasing something else now you are ruining my sales numbers for the day». The manager has a major attitude problem and attacks customers verbally. he should be removed from the store because he is clearly mentally unstable and unfit for his job.
