Bought shoes from Roxy through Amazon Marketplace based on «Free Shipping» at this link.
When I received the shoes which didn’t fit, I contacted Amazon for return label. When received, the return label states I have to pay for return shipping — for something that doesn’t fit and I can’t use. Confused, I called the store directly and spoke with the manager Rosanne. Her comment when I explained the only reason I purchased the shoes was due to «Free Shipping» — was«It shouldn’t cost you more than $ 10 to ship back». Really?! I have to pay $ 10 for something your company mislead me into buying with an offer of «free shipping». $ 10 may be chump change to you Rosanne, but it’s not to me. That’s terrible customer service from a manager. When I asked you to reconsider — you said this is your policy and you don’t make exceptions. You also said because I didn’t know this(policy nowhere to be found on your ad) it was my fault. Nothing like making the customer wrong. People’s experience of your brick and mortar store may be great, but treatment of your online customers is appalling. Shame on you for disregarding your online customers concerns just because they are not in front of you in the store.

I can’t believe I haven’t Unilocaled Roxy yet. I’ve been shopping here since it opened and it is my go-to shoe and handbag store. The only problem is decided whether to buy one pair or three! The staff is the best — no rushing or hard selling. The variety is great, and I’ve found many new, cool shoe styles and makers here. Very inviting space and staff for taking your time trying on and walking in shoes. Love it!

I have just moved away from NJ and already miss Roxy Shoes. They have the best selection of comfortable yet stylish shoes/boots/sandals and i have always found the owner and sales help to be exceedingly accommodating and patient. I plan to stop in whenever i am back to visit NJ.

Every time I come into Roxy’s I always have a wonderful experience, I never leave the place without buying something there. I don’t know why the woman below had such a bad experience, but frankly, I wouldn’t put much stock in what she says, considering how she referred to the very friendly manager, Roseanne as a ‘blonde hag’. Very unprofessional. Roxy’s is one of my favorite shoe stores, selling fashionable and most importantly, comfortable shoes, I always recommend this place to my friends and have not heard one negative comment since.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been to Roxy last year, and had a very pleasant experience, but this year they must have hired some new people who are AWFUL. The blonde hag who assisted me asked me if I needed help and when I selected several styles of shoes, she indicated that«those are your size, if you like the way they look, I’ll bring out the other shoe». OK, are you just lazy, or am I supposed to know if I like a pair of shoes by trying on just one? Additionally,(and most importantly), I asked to try on this rockin’ pair of black shoes because they looked awesome on the display I loved they way they felt, but said that«I really don’t need another pair of black shoes». The hag replied«well, if you don’t need a pair of black shoes, why are you trying on black shoes?» and yanked them out of my hands. Now, a good salesperson would have said something like«well, you can never have too many pairs of black shoes», or «but they look so good on you» or something to that effect. I could have easily been talked into buying those shoes, trust me, I’m a shopaholic. But instead, I felt like a stupid imbecile being yelled at in grade school. Listen sales chick, take Sales 101, or better yet, get a job at the DMV. By the way, I just bought those shoes on Zappos. And I WON’T be patronizing your crappy establishment EVERAGAIN.
