Service is excellent and the salespeople/​staff are extremely well versed in the virtues of their shoes which I swear by. They are expensive but they are so well made that they last forever. It’s not a store but a shrine to fantastic shoes made in the USA. Also after you make a purchase you can always send your shoes to be recrafted if damaged and get a brand new pair of shoes for less than a new pair would cost. Highly recommend.
