So bad.
I took my twins boys here, had their feet measured and let them choose shoes. $ 150 later they were stoked to walk out w some rad kicks. 30 seconds outside the store one was already saying it was the wrong size. We ran back and I asked for the next size up (also a different style). They handed me a box we threw them on him and ran out again. I probably should have checked that they sized it up but by the time we hit the car it was clear they hadn’t.
And now they won’t exchange or credit or return them because he wore them out the store. He clearly wasn’t measured correctly, AND they didn’t size up our return. So I’m out the $ w nothing but a «Sorry!» K. Zappos I’m back with you for life.
