Upon entering, there was no greeting. no warm welcome. None of the sales associates approached us asking if we needed assistance after roaming through the store twice. Two associates were standing at the side talking to each other and not paying attention to the customers. After 10 minutes, my bf asked this one employee to help us take measurements. For some reason, this fat bastard with long curly slicked-back hair took measurements just of the neck. I’m like, what happened to the arm length??? He then goes to the back to get a shirt with the 15.5 collar size. I then ask, «aren’t you going to measure the arm?» He measures and then coincidentally the shirt was his arm length. He goes«Oh, this shirt was made for you.» Yeah, you’re full of shit. Next, my bf goes to try on his shirt. The associate doesn’t even bother to check up on him to assure the fit… he was busy bullshitting with his coworkers and standing around looking outside. So I looked at him after my bf got out of the dressing room and said ‚“oh ok, we’re done…” He walks us to the register and rings up our item. It’s taking every fiber of my being to not scream at him or complain about how terrible the service is at this establishment. Thomas Pink is a high end shop… you’re paying up the ass for a shirt… so you expect the best service. You expect someone who is courteous, attentive, and competent. I’ve gotten better service at Guess or Express. I’m not sure if it was just this particular sales associate who doesn’t give two shits about customer service… but we will NOT be returning to this location.
