Worst customer service ever. Never answer the full questions on how much things cost until they ring you up. Misrepresent prices so be careful while shopping and using your cash cards. Short and unapologetic. Hate going to this specific loft but go here due to pure convenience. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend.

I am a loyal Loft customer, I love their sales, I love their clothes and the quality is great. I had a great experience with the saleswoman in the fitting room. She was helpful and pleasant. On the other hand, when I went to pay for my purchases, there was no one to be found, no one. Then from somewhere in the store I hear a person say ‘are you ready to check out?’ I was standing at the register with a armful of clothing, why else would I be standing there? But I forgave them, why because I love the store. The inventory is great, the sales are great, but they need to step up their game when it comes to customer service.

I am appalled at the experience I had at the Ann Taylor store yesterday in Short Hills Mall. I had to return a pair of pants and was treated like a criminal. I was interrogated if the pants were worn even after I said no they weren’t. The pants are white, with tags still attached, if they were worn you would know! The two sales associates were rude and condescending, you have a job because I am shopping there. I have worked retail for many years and I’m embarrassed by employees who give us a bad name.
