We’ve had Insight out a couple times. Recently Logan Brindley was here and he was very knowledgable, great with our kids, and worked quickly. Thanks for your help.

Today Chase Anderson provided service, he is polite, make sure customer know everything, and do his job well. I saw some bad reviews below, It is true that INSIGHT ask at least four services in a roll to gurantee the price. However, for me, i think it is reasonable, they are pretty professional and the sales person make sure you understand it.

DONOT sign up for one of Insights service agreements. I attempted to cancel my service agreement — only wanted treatment in the Spring. Thought I might consider it for all 12 months when I first agreed but then decided against it. When I attempted to do this then then applied a $ 140 back charge. Indicated that since my initial treatment was discounted from $ 250 to $ 109 based on 4 treatments that I owed this money. I made it clear when I signed up that I would probably not go with all 4 treatments and was never told this. I am sure it is somewhere in the fine print. Folks, you can find much cheaper treatments with other pest control folks. My experience is that an individual treatment costs only about $ 90. I decided to give this company a try only because they came door-to-door. Big mistake.

I signed up for Insight in July specifically to treat an exterior ant problem. They have been back 2 additional times because the ants continue to be problematic. I have called 3 times to cancel service. Each time I am told I need to speak to a specific person; this person still has not called back and it has been over a week. I did get a call from an individual this morning saying that since the ants are not in the house, I am not able to cancel the contract. This totally contradicts what I was told by the last person I spoke to. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different pest control company since Insight seems more interested in lining their pockets than following through with what is told to customers.
