Great pizza place. Been going here for years. The chef Charlie is excellent. Pizza is always great and consistent. They offer a lot more than pizza that is all outstanding. They have live music on Friday & Saturdays. Great wine selection. They did an expansion so more seating. Fondue is excellent! Can’t go wrong here.

First of all — when they get the order right — the food is GREAT! Love their specialty pizza — buffalo chicken, bacon chicken ranch and salad pizzas. Pastas are good and so are the calzones(which are a bit smaller than average). The atmosphere is nice. However, 8 out of 10 orders they get something wrong.

I ordered a special margarite pizza and a cheese calzone. The pizza was not edible for human consumption. the dough was stale, tasteless and the bottom crust was mush. The water from the raw tomato leaked through the dough to create this form of mush. The calzone was more of the same bad dough, sprinkled with a minuscule amount of mozzarella cheese. The ricotta cheeses was last seen in the cooks Bain marie. He was more interested with his cell phone, as witnessed. I have known the owner for over 12 years, a nice guy, an have supported his different local business ventures. However this is not my first disappointing experience, but will be the last… R.I.P. Been going for years(almost every Friday) and recently(last 6 pies) it been lacking. I even called and said if the next pie isn’t better we’re not coming back and it wasn’t better.

I stopped in to get lunch for the kids and noticed there is a new owner. So I stopped and chat like I always do, good luck on your new venture! Tomorrow I’m told, there are $ 5 pizza(yes 8 slices) all day long for Halloween. Pretty good pizza for this area.
