Looked around to find a place to eat and found this gem. The burritos here are — absolutely delicious. I recommend the«Spicy Jalisco» burrito!

Just discovered this place around the corner. Great Mexican for the price. Food nicely seasoned — definitely ordering the barbacoa beef again.

Authentic flavor, nice salsa but very small portions for a Mexican place. Misses the wow that was awesome factor

We just found this place! Thrilled that there is a Mexican place close by. Traditional choices with fresh ingredients. We had nachos supreme, a chicken burrito, and a beef burrito. Tasty and reasonable. This will be a regular for us for take out.

A good selection of burritos usually made with marinated chicken, beef, or slow-roasted pork, and mild or spicy salsa. Ingredients are fresh and the space is clean. They also often have a small selection of Latin desserts next to the cashier, usually tres leches cake or flan. Something like that.

FINALLY! I am originally from San Diego, California and travel extensively throughout Mexico. Since moving to the East Coast I have yet to find delicious, home style, Mexican food. UNTILNOW! This past weekend I only had a couple of minutes for a late lunch and thought I’d give the Avocado Café a try and I was sooooo happy I did. I ordered a chicken taco and a pork taco and a coke. The Tacos were absolutely perfectly simple and delicious. No frills. Didn’t want any! Just tortilla, salsa, and amazing meat. The bill: $ 4! I usually in Manhattan and I cannot wait to get back up to Millerton so I can have some more food at the Avocado Café!!!
