Extremely rude. I brought in glasses I had purchased online and asked to see if they could loosen them for me as they were giving me headaches. When I said I didn’t buy them from her she responded by saying «goodbye» and walking away. I understand she did not have to help me since I didn’t purchase the glasses from her but a simple favor and a little compassion to someone who needed help would have been appreciated, instead you get a 1 star review.
