Oh this Dicks is fancy!
This location is really big so each section has lots of breathing room. There were a ton of great sale shelves right at the front as well.
I was impressed with the selection of Philly sports teams apparel. I’m always on the lookout for things I like — I live in CA now, so I don’t always get the best pick — and this location had a LOT to choose from. I grabbed a couple of nice knit hats for my husband and me.
The staff was great. We were greeted when we entered the store, and had a quick and efficient check out at the end.
Huge parking lot, and 3.5% sales tax! Sign me up. Definitely coming to this location next time I visit.

There’s not much to appreciate here. Overpriced sporting goods can be had lots of places. I keep thinking I should like this store, but everything I seek doesn’t quite meet my desires.
I wanted a vest to wear while kayaking. Nothing here was flexible enough. Kayaks themselves are cheap and plastic here. The camping gear is slim and expensive.
Every time in I seek a hat that will keep the sun off my neck. Nada.
We purchased Beetle’s cleats here. That’s about all I can think of. Oh, and I purchased a pair of farmer johns several years ago.
