Make sure to have them brake down of the price before having them take you in the back or letting them work on you. I was happy with their work on me but, when I brought my mother-in-law it was another story. Long story short dentist only wants what he think is best not what you think or want. Just go to a dentist that will listen to your need.

Gotta admit, this place is pretty bad. The dentist had me come in 4 different times for 15 minutes each so he could work on removing cavities from 4 of my teeth. He simply could have done them all at once in less than an hour but had me come in 4 separate times!(presumably cause he can charge the insurance agency more!!).

This is the worst dentist experience I have ever had. They insisted on me giving my social security number over the phone to book my first appointment. After several weeks of miscommunication, they finally booked an appointment. When I arrived, the office was noisy and there was no one at the front desk. The assistant took half an hour to ‘verify my insurance’ only to come back and say the insurance office is closed. After an hour of waiting, I was about to walk out and they finally took me in. The dentist was rough and made me bleed; at one point he pulled out a part of my filling to demonstrate its weak point. He kept talking through his mask with a heavy accent so I didn’t understand him. They said they will call me to schedule a next appointment but they never called. It took over a month for them to give me a paper copy of my records(they refused to send it to me or the new dentist via email). Needless to say, never coming back.

DONOTGOHERE! I was a new patient, arrived on time, waited over 30 minutes and they still hadn’t start my x-rays. I’ve never written a Unilocal review, but I am so mad about wasting my time waiting there without any service that I decided to write this. No one called or told me in the waiting room that they were behind schedule(the receptionists didn’t even ask how I was doing). When I asked to speak to the dentist, I told him«I’m a new patient and I had a 2 pm appointment and its already past 2:30 and there still hasn’t been any service. I have work; I can’t be waiting here all day. Will it always be like this when I come here in the future?» He responded«It happens.» I said«I’m leaving» and I walked out the door. A dentist who can’t make the first appointment in a timely manner will never make their appointments on time.
