The Vanilla and Chocolate puffs don’t disappoint. I was happy with the service.

Been here a bunch of times. It’s a Japanese chain store in a Filipino plaza. Go figure. I also get Vietnamese desserts at the other side while I wait for my puffs to be filled. There’s also a store in San Mateo. The mini puffs seemed a bit over done last two times, but the cream is still great. They always have vanilla and chocolate, but each week is a different third flavor. I’ve had strawberry, dulce de leche, caramel, green tea, coffee, and mango. My favorite is strawberry — you can taste the real strawberries mixed in! I wish it was a regular flavor! They also have crunchy puffs, with little crunchy bits all over the puffs. And then there’re cheesecake sticks and little chocolate lava cakes. The sign above still shows «mango ice,» but it’s always said unavailable as long as I’ve been going here. They should really just take it off or post over it. It’s disappointing to see there’s something yummy-​looking that’s never available.

Soooooo… I was wanting to get some breakfast. first of all I had to tell my new friend that works there congrats on winning Miss Universe paegant, cause the real winner won. Filipino’s are awesome and can come as often as they want to.
So.I order a cheesecake stick, I think that’s what it is called. Filipino’s are awesome and so is Filipino food. I really like this place a whole lot, no surprise cause Miss Universe works here.

Creampuffs are bomb af here. I like the ice cream taste and it doesn’t taste frozen! Service is pretty good too.

Really yummy cream puffs! I just wish they rotated different flavors more often. It seems every time I go there, it’s the same flavors. That being said, my favorite is the standard vanilla, but also the caramel one! I still haven’t tried the green tea one yet, but I have also tried chocolate, strawberry, and mango. Not really a tart-​loving person, I wasn’t a fan of strawberry and mango. Chocolate was a bit too sweet for me. But these are huge cream puffs! They’re always a hit at parties.

I guess maybe Saturday at 5:30p is not a good time? Maybe just today… Service wasn’t great. The two girls looked miserable to be there and they had loud rap playing. Both worked on one order instead of one on one and the other for another customer, then when I ordered they got annoyed because I ordered separately from people in my party. They don’t have dulce de leche. Sad.

Vanilla cream puff: The puff is filled with your choice of flavors. The sweetness of the cream balances well with the not-​so-​sweet puff. Each puff is $ 2.25. The vanilla was really good. It left me wanting more. ⁴⁄₅

They have other stuff like cookie crunch puff, eclairs, and lava cake. I’ll be back to try them all. lol.

Drove from Hayward cause I was craving cream puffs. Remember how they were in LA i had to have them. It was 30 mins to closing and the girls were friendly and nice. There was only 3 flavors available. Chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. My favorite atm has to be the caramel! Omg its to die for! I usually go safe and get vanilla but i got all three flavors. I defin always enjoy the vanilla but the caramel trumped it. Its not too sweet and just perfect. The chocolate i honestly didnt care for so i probably wont get it again. I am on the search for strawberry though! Gimmmeeeeeeee nom nom nom!

While Beard Papa is always delicious, this location is just ok. The wait time can be kind of long since they only have one person working, and the puffs can get a little harder than other places. Overall, I’d still come here if it’s closest to me, but maybe don’t come here if it’s your first time trying them. Also, I recommend the mini puffs! They’re easier to eat and fun to share.

This location is allways great. Its hidden away in a minature mall in supermarket.
They fill there’s up to capacity with the filling so when i bit into it it squeezes out everywhere which is good.

How have I never written a review for this place?! The girls here are always so nice and because I’m OCD I appreciate that they place the cream puffs neatly into the bag/​box.
There isn’t much else to say. If you don’t like cream puffs, eclairs, or cheesecake bites– don’t go here. You’ll be unhappy.
They feature a different special flavor each week (mango, green tea, etc.). Strawberry is my favorite. They also feature puffs with a crunchy top or you c an get a thin chocolate shell on it too.
I’m saving my strawberry filled cream puffs for after dinner so I’m feeling super happy right now. But as soon as they’re gone I’m going to be a nervous wreck and cry myself to sleep. Until I eat them again.

Hidden treasure now found. Come here my lovely! Can’t wait to try an éclair on my next visit.

Small little store located inside Seafood City. Came here and they had a sign that said will be back in 10 minutes or something. I wanted to try the green tea flavor, but I guess some of their flavors are weekly/​monthly — so I just got a vanilla cream puff. It was alright, wasn’t too sweet, so I liked it, but it’s kind of small. Eh it’s okay, nothing special. Friend’s bought like a dozen before, but we didn’t even finish it.

A+ for customer service the cashier that help was pretty nice and very helpful especially its my first time coming here.

Yum! One of my co-​workers ordered these for a meeting, and they’re quite delicious! She ordered vanilla and chocolate ones, and they were both really good. The filling is almost like ice cream, and it’s perfectly sweetened. The chocolate one didn’t have much chocolate flavor though, and by the looks of it, they’re pretty expensive too. The outside is somewhat crispy, although the bottom of the puff tastes pretty matted. The entire cream puff is really light though, so it’s perfect for a snack!

I’ve had many of their cream puffs before and they’re great. I love all the flavors and the different puff options. This review is based on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My last visit was less than expected. The young lady helping me was incredibly rude. She saw me standing at the window for at least 5 minutes while she was doing other stuff. Didn’t greet me, didn’t let me know it’ll be a few minutes. I had to call out to her, till then she turned around and told me they only had one type of puff left with either vanilla or chocolate. I still didn’t get any type of welcoming from her. She proceeded to fill my puff and ring me up without saying a word.
When I started eating my puff in the car. I noticed that she over stuffed the inside with an incredibly overwhelming amount. I took one bite and the back end began pouring out all over my hands and clothes. I had to slurp a lot of the cream before I could actually eat it right.
The staff needs some customer service skills and a retraining course on how to fill.

Perfect cream puffs– not overly sweet and always fresh. HEAVEN!!!
Personally, i am strictly a fan of the vanilla and strawberry. I went out of my box and opted to try the mango and boy was that a huge mistake. Strange aftertaste and if I could describe the mango flavor in one word: artificial. This makes me semi paranoid to venture and try anything new :/​
I’ve never had a problem with service but then again, it always seems dead when I come. Score for no lines!

This was so disappointing I was looking forward to this place. I bought a vanilla cream puff thinking it was going to be the best cream puff I ever had. Yet I received disappointing results.
The cream puff was salty and the vanilla custard had a weird aftertaste on top of that I found a couple of tiny hairs in it which did not come from me. I had also found a piece of paper which did not come from the napkin they gave.
So all in all maybe next time i won’t get my hopes set up too high and I’ll stick to Paris baguettes cream puffs.

Not as good as some of their other locations. I was really bummed when I came here because they didn’t have the flavors that I wanted. The day I went they advertised as Mango being the flavor of the month along with the usual Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. I absolutely love Mango and actually visited here just for that flavor after seeing it on Facebook, I had a deal for 40% off so decided to get 6 for the weekend.
Me: Hi! Can I get 3 Mango and 3 Strawberry Please.
Server: We don’t have Mango.
Me: Oh ok, 3 Vanilla and 3 Strawberry then please.
Server: We don’t have Strawberry either.
Of course, I was a little annoyed at this point. What sort of place doesn’t have half of their flavors? I’m not a huge fan of Chocolate desserts but decided that getting all Vanilla was boring so went for 3 of each anyway.
The puffs are all filled to order but I didn’t like seeing that all of the shells are just piled on the counter not covered. Not very sanitary. After the discount the price was pretty good though, A little over $ 8 for the 6 which I think is actually about the price they should be.
As for the Puffs, they were alright. Neither myself nor Hubby were really keen on the Chocolate ones but the Vanilla are good. Probably won’t go back to this location.
