Be aware of falsely display sales tags! Yesterday for the first time I went into this store for some Clarks shoes. Decided on a couple pairs that were marked on sale. At the register, the lady told me that they were NOT because someone in the store mislabeled them. And she refused to honor the prices. Situations like this in another shop or even at my local Safeway store, the labeled price would be honored because it is NOT the customer’s fault. Since I didn’t feel like being cheated on a Wednesday, the store got to keep those shoes. Clarks’ shoes are great. Next time I will shop online instead.

I had to pick up a order here. This place is super crowded with customers trying on shoes, blocking aisles, bumping in to you and generally stinking up the place. Yes the place did stink. The staff is a bunch of young guys who look like they wax their eyebrows and spend more time looking in to the mirror at themselves while driving, then at the road if you know what I mean. No one asked if I needed help then took forever to ring me up.

I love Clark shoes, but this place has poor customer service and the employees all have an attitude while helping(may be because they are so young)…I’m going to spend my money elsewhere.

By far this is the best place to shop for shoes. They have a great selection of dress shoes and causal shoes. They always have great deals when you buy 2 pairs. Also the socks have LIFETIMEGUARANTEE!!! They have Men’s foot wear and Women’s foot wear. Everyone that works there is so friendly. I recommend this place to everybody.

A 3.5 rounded to a 4 star. Mom and I loves Clarks, our closet is filled with shoe boxes from Clarks. They are comfortable, have some great looks, and are pretty affordable when you buy from the outlet stores, especially when they have events going on. Shoes are organized by size, which makes shopping a lot easier. They still have a few rows towards the front of the store where they display the newer(I guess) styles and you have to sift through the boxes looking for your style and size, but that’s not such a huge problem. Service is friendly, everyone is always willing to help you find a different size, or a different color. The only imperfection to me is that they won’t find you a new pair in their storeroom if there is nothing majorly wrong with the one you have in your hand. So if you think the pair they have on the shelf is a little too worn out, or if you are a perfectionist and don’t like how the seams are uneven on the two shoes… sorry, buy it or leave it.

First, I like how they setup their store. Instead of having all shoe’s on top of the counters and then you have to sift thru the boxes for your size, the store is organized by shoe size. I can directly go to my shoe size area and then go from there. Customer service was also very helpful and friendly plus the discounts were better than most of the other shoe stores in the mall. Will definitely shop here again.
