Terrible, Shady, Disrespectful STAYAWAY from this place! I had my most terrible experience with Dynasty Jewelers. This is the kind of place you avoid at all costs. I purchased two diamond rings from this place a year ago(both EGL certified). The Jeweler promised me that he would give me the certificate along with the ring. He delivered the rings but not the certificates. I have visited the store at least 10 times for the certificate. At first he claimed that he lost the certificates and that he had to re-order it. Last week when i went into the store to request the certificate the Sales person(He Owns the store) started speaking to me very rudely with absolute disrespect!!! I was shocked with the way he was treating his customer, the guy doesn’t have minimum manners about how to talk to a lady. He started shouting at me, other customers in the store got scared with the way he was speaking to me. These Liars made me come back so many times and to top that they treated me so awfully. I would steer clear from this place and i would suggest everyone else to do the same. I am not even sure if they sold us the quality I have asked for.

Great experience at this location! Serena(?? –can’t remember her name) was super helpful. We received such great services and pricing on our wedding rings that we ended up getting our baby girl a pair of earrings as a wedding present. Will definitely be coming back here for any future jewelry needs.

THISPLACEISSHADYSHADYSHADY!!! My husband and I picked a ring here and asked that it be filled with rose gold. They sent it out and told us to come back on a certain day. We came back THREETIMES before we were able to pick up the ring. Fast forward to our wedding, when we actually looked at the ring in detail. These guys gave us the scratched up, dinged up display case ring! Needless to say, we are furious. So then we asked them to reorder a new ring and three weeks later they tell us to pick it up.(you’d think it would be common sense– who spends over $ 500 for a used ring???) Guess what? ITS A SIZETOOSMALLAND A SIZETHINNER. So now it’s 2 months after our wedding. And my husband still doesn’t have his ring. We demanded our money back and they won’t give it to us. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went to a handful of jewelers in the Great Mall including one where I bought a bracelet to see who could adjust the length and none of them would touch it until Chris at Dynasty Jewelers. I was pleasantly surprised how well Dynasty was able to remove a link in the bracelet quickly in the same day at a low cost and with less trouble than any other jeweler thought. Thanks Chris!

My husband had purchased my engagement ring from another Jeweler in LA, I was never happy with the ring set. The diamond sat too high on the prawns. Finally, after three years we took it in. I was really nervous about taking it in, because I was worried that something would happen to my ring. The prawns were not long enough to play around with. A Couple a days later I went to pick it up. I COULDNOTBELIEVEIT! It was perfect, better than I had ever expected it to be. Like I said, the prawns where not long enough in the first place, I don’t know how they were able to make the cuts, and make it seem like it was always like that. The meticulous workmanship was amazing! Now I look at my ring with amazement, so flawless! Thank you sooo much!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating, this place is a joke. we had THE most horrible experience with this place all over changing of a watch battery. we took a nice watch here about 2 months ago to have the battery replaced, the guy said to come back in an hour and it’d be done. so we come back and the watch is totally ruined! He broke the face open to get to the battery and broke off all of the number ticks,(even though the battery is in the BACK of the watch) so he says«i’ll send it to ‘my watch guy’ and call you tomorrow» of course tomorrow came and went and a then a week and still no call so we went back and the guy was clueless as to who we were and then was like OH right, yea its still with my watch guy. cut to two months later we still hadn’t gotten the watch back and we had been given the run-around for months so we said, enough already just give us our watch and we’ll take it to somebody who knows what they’re doing, so a few days later we come back for the watch and it’s completely wrecked, totally broken into pieces, and the guy is telling us «we won’t charge you for any work and we’ll give you this watch to replace yours» handing us an old p.o.s. yellow gold watch that nobody I know would even dare wear. all we asked is that the guy pay for the value of the watch since all we wanted was a new battery and instead we have a broken watch that cannot be fixed, he would not budge, insisted the watch he was trying to give us was worth the value. we basically walked out of there with nothing but a once perfectly good watch that is now in pieces. The service here is just unbelievable and i’m shocked they are even in business. If this is the way they treat a watch i would NEVER buy a piece of jewelry from these crooks. I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I hope these scumbags eventually go out of business. DONOT shop here if you are looking for quality service and merchandise.

I went here looking for a gift for my friends birthday. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for but I would know it if I found it. My friend likes anything having to do with turtles so I looked around… With help from the associate I found turtle earings for what I thought was a good price. The associate was helpful and patient as I had no idea what I was looking for. She ended up loving the gift and I was a happy client. If I’m in the need for another gift like that I will check back here.

To start, it really takes a lot for me to give a business a 1 star review. My boyfriend and I were starting to look for an engagement ring for me. Previously, I went shopping with my friends and we spotted a very pretty ring by their shop window. We went in, and was quoted a price for the ring. The salesperson name was Chris and he showed me the ring, which I tried on, and it was good. It was a beautiful ring, and after thinking it over thoroughly, I decided to bring my boyfriend there to seal the deal, so to speak. So two days later, we returned to the store, only to have him tell me that the price he had quoted me the previous time was for an inferior diamond, and that if I wanted to buy the ring I liked, it would cost a significant amount more. He was not apologetic at all that he misquoted the price, and although I could easily pay for the price increase, I walked out because he clearly did the bait and switch — get me emotionally attached to the ring, and then jack up the price. It’s dishonest to mislead someone that they’re looking at something at one price and jack it up because it’s a sentimental purchase. He ruined my entire evening and I’m still mad thinking about it. The ring was beautiful, but I’d rather go to another jeweler and give them my business. So be warned — they do pull the bait and switch. I’ve never seen such crooks in the jewelry business.
