Should have read the reviews before purchasing here. I bought a Chocolate Fanatic and it was disgusting. It was basically a scoop of chocolate ice cream in coffee topped with whip cream. It didn’t even have the chocolate morsels as indicated on the menu. Customer service wasn’t great. Someone was training a new employee and making her look bad in front of the customers.

Worst place
Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie.
The lady took the order and went to make the smoothie.
She came out in 2minutes saying shes out of bananas.
Later added mango. The smoothie was so sweet it literally tasted like sugar syrup.
I could hardly drink ¼th cup and had to trash the rest.
In simple words, avoid this place.

Most Horrible coffee place I have ever been to!!!
The service is the worst, the people taking orders have absolutely no clue as to who is in line and who isn’t.
Finally I got my turn and they didn’t have milk. it’s a coffee place with no milk. I’d give it negative or zero if possible!

The worst coffee I have ever had. It’s just really horrible.
They use some weird syrup and use a coffee machine to make coffee. They do not seem to be trained at all even to use this machine. They put chai syrup and espresso in my chai ! So it ended up tasting so bad I put straight in the bin.
Never ever go here for coffee even if Starbucks right across has long lines !

Iceed coffee: watered down… Saw it myself! He filled. up the cup with hella ice. Then poured the coffee in THEN topped it off. with WATER! WTF?! seriously! Who does that. Coffee is cheap enough to make and you have to skimp out on it?!

How does this place stay in business? I bought my daughter some cookies here this weekend and they were tough as shoe leather. Seriously– is it that hard to NOT overcook a cookie? The chocolate chip cookies were so dry they didn’t even taste like cookies. Is the food at this mall factory seconds, too?

The cookies are hella noms, but someone tell me why the employees have no personality and seem like they hate life? You work at a cookie place, your life should be sweet (ha ha…)!

I love their cookies here! I think I like them even better than Mrs. Field’s. Nice and chewy!
They are more expensive though. I got 12 mini cookies for $ 4.99. Their mini cookies are larger though so maybe not. Their chocolate chip is a classic must try. I also enjoyed the white chocolate chip and macadamia nut as well as surprised by their sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles. I wish there was one closer to me in Cupertino.
The lady there did not have good customer service. She seemed to be in a bad mood and just assumed I wanted only chocolate chip cookies for some reason.

Unacceptable. My bf was thirsty so he decided to stop by here to get a drink while I was shopping. I took a sip and was instantly disappointed — yuck was my reaction! It was supposed to be a turtle mocha freeze, but tasted like a super watered down frozen drink with traces of coffee flavor. I usually get my drinks with either low/​no sugar, but this was even nasty to me. And they charged $ 5!!! I was going to take it back to complain, but the bf was too nice and just kept drinking it. We are not coming back, especially with so many other options around this huge mall!

Nestle cookies are only good if they are cooked in your own oven, any store that sells baked cookies are crap. It’s like buying Chips Ahoy, but not good.
The cookies are sooo overcooked and too crispy on the sides.
The ice cream well… is ice cream, Dreyers.
DO NOT get the chocolate covered strawberries it’s old on top of old.
DO NOT get the tapioca drinks the pearls are harder than rocks.
Only get the ice cream and macaroons.
