Just went to the GREATMALL location in milpitas California. It was 8:05pm. «Nini» served the two in front of us then told us that was it! We drove 20 minutes and explained that to her. She was rude and condescending! Asked for the manager and she said, «I’m the manager.» My fiancé asked what they were doing with the buns that we were looking at in front of our face. She replied, «donating them.» HOWRUDE! Horrible customer service! They had 3 boxes full of product that appeared to be going home with them. Hate complaining but this is due. Calling corporate for sure.

Yes, this location is kind of gross. Yes, I did have the sweats being in a cramped food court. But were the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls DELICIOUS? Heck. Yes. Listen, you’re shopping at an outlet mall. You probably came for great deals, not ambiance. Don’t forget that this is one of three Cinnabon locations in the entire Bay Area. So get one for now, and a half dozen to go. Don’t buy the«little sweeties»(little puff balls) — they aren’t worth it. Go bun, and go home.

One of the few remaining of a dying species. I really love this Cinnabon because I come here for a Cinnabon… I really enjoy their cinnamon rolls here. They’re just a big guilty pleasure for me when I visit the Great Mall. They’re always great and full of things I would probably rather not know, but who cares, they’re delicious right?

Wow!!! Arrived 5 minutes before closing and the employee said they are closed. And the person in front of me got to buy something. Poor customer service

Why did I come here? My hubs and I agreed to share a regular sized Cinnabon and this fool switches it up on me after we ordered and asked the cashier to add a second one to the order. Lord knows I did not need the sugar or calories considering we haven’t had lunch yet. I already knew it just went from eating half, to eating an entire Cinnabon. I realized why he added to the order because they were still warm from the oven. I noticed a significant change in the taste and quality. Something about the dough is off, and when I saw an employee placing a sheet of prepackaged dough through a machine, it made sense. I had to give Cinnabon 3 stars because you can’t sell a good product, get fans, and then lower the quality while increasing the price. Hell, if I wanted pre packaged dough, I can go to Krogers, Heb, or Randalls in Houston and pick up a can with the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls for less than $ 2 a can if I wanted a lesser quality, I’m just saying!

Super yummy. get the pecan one. Amazing but like a thousand calories. I can only have it once a year otherwise my waistline would be super huge. I just pass by and enjoy the smell.

Cinnabon. You can never go wrong with a good ol warm classic Cinnabon. The warm cinnamony bread with the generous amount of glaze. Yum. The perfect type of snack or dessert. Thank you Cinnabon for being so good.

I absolutely love cinnamon rolls, and Cinnabon is the place to go when I have my cinnamon roll cravings. There’s just no where else that can replicate this goodness. With the warm gooey center and icing, it’s practically perfect. Only downside would be the calories and stuff, but everything in moderation! I’ve tried some of the«just the center» ones, and while they’re good too, they’re just not the same as getting a classic cinnabon(mostly cause they just pour icing over them then microwave it; not fresh). So my suggestion is just stay with the classics!

It’s National Nurses Week and Cinnabon is celebrating! Get a FREE Cinnabon Classic Roll or Minibon roll while supplies last May 6, 2014 — May 12, 2014. Nurses, just show them your ID badge or License, and it’s yours. Cinnabon is located inside the Food Court in the Great Mall, the closest entrance is Entrance #4. I came in last night and Vhen was there to greet us. He was very friendly in explaining that you can only get a free Cinnabon once in this location during the week. I wanted the Minibon Roll, but he told me I can only get the Classic Roll. It’s okay, the Classic Roll was really good! It was warm, fresh, and perfect. Thank You Cinnabon!

I love cinnabons but I don’t plan on returning to this location again. We traveled from the northbay to shop in the southbay. We got a little hungry so we ordered a cinnamon roll & asked for water, since we don’t like drinking coffee or soda in the morning. The lady responds with, sorry but I don’t have water. Which makes no sense because you have a soda fountain machine & there is a water button!

I am always paranoid about getting a Cinnabon because I’ve gotten old ones before!!! I came here today and asked when was it made and she said… I forgot if she said it was still fresh or it was made today… one of those… but I wanted a specific time! But I took a chance and decided to order one. I ordered the mini ones where there’s like 6 lined up. It was about $ 5. One bite and yum it was good! Not an old one! Overall I like Cinnabon because they are usually soft and sweet. Last year I ordered the oreo shake and OMG it was SOOOO nasty. DONOTORDERTHEOREOSHAKE. It’s either nasty or the lady didn’t know how to make it and it came out hella nasty. I haven’t ordered any drinks since then and wouldn’t dare to! In conclusion, always ask them when was it made so you get a fresh one!

Love making a stop at Cinnabon at any mall I go to. The cinnamon rolls are always fresh, fluffy, and drenched in icing which I love!

Since the Valleyfair Cinnabon closed a while back, Great Mall location will have to do. The employees who work here are really nice. Especially when I order my cinnabons I always ask for extra frosting. I’m usually lucky when it comes to getting the cinnabons. They’re always warm and fresh out of the oven.

this place will always be special for me because i used to love coming here when i was young. and on my most recent cinnabon adventure, i felt as though i was transported to my childhood — it was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet! i ended up buying the mini bun but seriously wish i got the regular one. they get 4 stars because its too expensive… they need to reduce the price a bit.

just a tip: get the Pecanbon, I feel like a lot of people don’t know about this.(unless you’re allergic to nuts that is) Cinnabon sticks and regular Cinnabons are also good.

I love Cinnabon products but this particular location is a turn off. I went there the other day during the weekend and noticed that it must have been a relative of the owner working there, but this particular Asian girl was making the cinnabons with her long hair not tied back. Her hair was swong all to the front waiting for it to dangle into the product. The reason I say it must have been a relative because if it was a worker they would or should have said something as it’s againts the health rules to not tie up long hair. I think this is just common sense. The other Asian guy with short hair had a visor on, but the girl had nothing to stop her hair from falling or touching the food.

I love fresh made commercial cinnamon rolls! I actually like these cinnamon rolls better than any other ones I’ve tasted mainly because of the amount of chocolate cinnamon goo they place in the middle and the globs of frosting on top. My favorite will always be the pecan, because it’s not too sweet and has some crunch to it. Unilocal!

I don’t eat Cinnabon very often but when I do, I love it! Tonight, I had almost a half-a-bun and it was warm and gooey, just the way I like it. The other half, I took home to my boyfriend.(Aren’t I nice?) I was going to order the pecan bun but it didn’t look as fresh as the traditional… I guess it’s all timing. This particular location, in the Great Mall, has a cute little Asian girl that squeaks CINNABON as you walk past. Who can resist that?
