I come often in the mornings before work and they always help me right away. They got new card readers for people who pay with debit/credit cards and I was trying to use mine but I guess it was getting rejected multiple times. The cashier looked at what card and said their new card readers were refusing that specific bank cards so it was a defect in their new card readers. She ended up giving me the drink for free since it was refusing to take my card. They are always really nice too!

It was my first time at this Starbucks. I came here because of its convenient location inside the locally-known Great Mall. I’ve been experimenting with ordering the same thing at various Starbucks, to check for quality control. My usual, being a short, nonfat, hot chocolate, at this location was lukewarm, not hot or even warm. The strange thing is that they gave me two cups. Excuse me, but it the drink’s not even warm, there’s no need for another cup. Another thing that I noticed was how they ignored a lady waiting for her drinks. The woman was overweight, and had three drinks to carry. Hello? Seeing that she was struggling, I got the woman a tray, and gave the barista a dirty look. What is up with the service, people? Note that this review is for the Starbucks kiosk inside the mall.

Asked for tall but charged for grande. Asked water but never came out. Asked again for water, but was still ignored. Then I left after long waiting…

CUSTOMERSERVICEONPOINT. As soon as I went inside I was immediately greeted by an employee. It was late at night so there was no long line(thank god). For a Starbucks in a popular mall you would think it would be dirty, but the store was surprisingly really clean. It was spotless. Not a straw wrapper in sight. I ordered my usual of green tea frap with a chocolate wall and of course topped with fluffy whip cream(or as Stewie would say HWIP cream). If you have time go next door to Jollibees and get a mamon(looks like the sponge cake from Alice in Wonderland). Eat this with your coffee or frap. It’s like heaven in your mouth, trust me. My drink was made quickly and the employee who gave it to me was really sweet and wished me a good night. Like you know how you can usually tell when people are fake, this actually felt genuine. Kaboom. I know. Mind blowing, right. Props to the employees who closed tonight, you guys are the true MVPs. You made yah homegirl’s night after a stressful day.(-: I’ll be back again fosho during happy hour for half off on a s’mores frap that I’ve yet to try! Hell, I might even buy 2 fraps since I’m soooo thirsty these days(cough cough) c;

This review is for the awesome staff inside of the mall! …I love them all! Always giving the best of them with a big smile… every time they make my drink is always on point, great tasting and the store is really organized. If you are looking for a good drink well made you have to come to this location.

This booth/store is great inside the Great Mall. Unfortunately they have not have one! They should one on either side ;)! After walking around the mall we came to this spot. They had a huge line and had enough staff to keep the drinks coming out on the bar as fast as the customers were ordering. Which did not deter me from ordering. Usually long lines do, because I don’t like waiting in line to order equal to receive my drink. So, behind the store theirs a small little area with tables and chairs to sit down and relax with you drink. My husband loved the chairs and tables because after walking around the entire entire great mall his feet were exhausted! Plus I promised him a treat from holding all my shopping bags! Lol Anyways, this is not hard to miss and it’s located near the Steve Madden and Victoria Secret.

I got the molten chocolate latte with very light chocolate whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. New trainee at cash, 2 people making drinks. The one making drinks was not nice but knows how to make it very well. Yummy on what I had. But the barista put very light whip cream like a tiny dollop. Great drink for the Valentine’s season.

Great guys that work there with awesome customer service. They answered all my questions I needed to know regarding the Starbucks rewards program and also a refill cup that I purchase elsewhere. They told me about the refill discount price. Have no clue about this information and they told me all about it with Starbucks pride. Definitely going back again…

Unsatisfied with my drink. I ordered a grande iced green tea latte and my sister ordered a venti green tea frappé. The green tea frappé tasted normal as usual, but my drink tastes DISGUSTING. Did I really just paid $ 5 for a cup of milk? There was no taste in my drink at all. It was literally just an iced cup of milk. The color of the drink should be a nice green, but it was more of a SUPERSUPER light green. This was not what I paid for, and I don’t see myself ordering this drink here ever again.

Busy as expected, the one by the Home Depot parking area entrance is always poppin. Good thing they added another coffee source outlet for Starbuck’s on the other side of the Mayflower and Victoria’s Secret’s/ Burlington and Bouncerama side(Not to mention coffees from McD’s in the food court Sear’s entrance and the Food/Snack Stop by the Bed Bath & Beyond entrance also accessible through Dave & Buster’s). So this last visit there were lots of people and my order took oddly long enough to get correct. But alas, the coffee cuff was miss read. At least I had a taste of another selection. I returned it right away to get what I did order. Nice to know they don’t mind ‘fixing’ a mistake. So don’t take advantage of it for the rest of us :).

Although lines here tend to get long, they move pretty quickly with the knowledgeable staff and the fact there’s now a Starbucks kiosk on the other side of the mall. This is one of the cleaner Starbucks I usually go to so it’s about a 3.5 star rating for me. However, the wait times are kind of inconsistent depending on the day and time.

There are 2 Starbucks stores located inside Great Mall & this review is for the one located at Entrance 1, near Jollibee. I’ve visited this place few times before(not really regular here), and today had to drop by as I was heading out from the mall in a hurry, walking right next to this brew and so thought of grabbing something hot very quickly. Well, it appeared to be like a very normal day inside the place, with minimal crowd, not having any big line too. The person at the till was friendly and took my order Hot Chai Latte & Croissant in a swift and also served my Croissant warm, which I din’t expect, but was rather pleased to receive it warm for the rainy & cold weather outside. I had no problem until now. The situation really got on my nerves when I had to wait for a regular hot drink for nearly 15 mins. Really!!! Then I had to verify it with one of the baristas, who initially said it’s still getting ready, asking me to wait for another 5 mins. Then again, he said there was a confusion in the order and that he had made a different drink. I wonder how worser it could’ve been if it was a busy day. Finally got my drink, which was more like a flavored Hot water. I also noticed other customers, who were waiting for long for their drinks like me and getting vexed. I’m giving 2 stars only for the initial decent service I got, otherwise, can’t appreciate their service overall.

Clean location with a knowledgeable staff. I was training at an outlet store for my new job, and kept my caffeine levels high with this neighborhood Starbucks. I’d imagine that the mall staff is 50% of their profit. Lines move quickly, though they are particular about where you queue. Natural inclination is to line out into the lobby, but then the line blocks the mall exit(going against fire code), so they ask you to redirect into the café seating area. My first visit, I ordered a white choc mocha frap and received a regular mocha frap. The barista quickly apologized and made me a new one. I’m from Alabama, and in Alabama, our Starbucks serve soup. Don’t ask for soup in California. They look at you like you’re crazy. My one complaint about the location was on visit #4 — an employee was wiping down the counters and left the water running for 2 minutes straight between visits to the sink to re-wet the rag. That’s an insane amount of wasted water, made exponentially higher given our California location.

The staff is very friendly and if you ask nicely they totally hook you up. I finally tried the Toasted Graham skinny latte and it’s Christmas in a cup! Hubby ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte, and half way done asked for extra whip cream and the barista totally hooked his sweet tooth up! The pumpkin spice frapp is definitely chilly fall in a cup!

I know there’s 2 Starbucks locations in the Great Mall, but the one I want to review is the actual store near Jollibee and Red Ribbon. This location is by far, the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to! In fact, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly, there was no line and didn’t seem too busy. I walked in, placed my order, and waited for about 15 minutes for 2 drinks that arrived 5 minutes from each other! There were 2 baristas, but they were slow as hell and didn’t care that they had about 10 people waiting for drinks. I thought I was the only one who thought the wait was long, but the person next to me said she had been waiting for a tea for about 20 minutes. I noticed that they would start my order, do something else, come back to my order — seriously? By the time I came back, my sister had already finished her meal. Never again!

Tiny Starbucks standing in the middle of a busy outlet mall on Mothers Day weekend with 8 tall male baristas crammed in there banging out espressos for a long line of customers. PROPS. SERVICE// My barista was super patient and quick! Baristas were willing to answer questions and had great attitudes even though there was a ton of people! AMBIANCE// Middle of an outlet mall, can’t expect much. There was very little seating to begin with but what was there was completely packed. Don’t expect to get to sit and sip your coffee. FOOD// Warm cheese danish. MMM. Can’t complain! And no dirty looks for ordering hot water(I might as well be a middle aged chinese mommy). Good job, Starbucks. Thanks for making shopping in a crazy crowd just a little less hectic!

This is a must whenever I come to visit my girl who works in the mall– she sure loves her iced caramel macchiatos so i try to come through with a little treat every now and then. Luckily, this spot is located just around the corner from her store so i’m not forced to walk very far. Located right in the middle of the mall in a kiosk-type booth, the lines can get pretty long out of nowhere. Traffic coming from both directions does not help the situation. I’ve never had an issue with the baristas and my drinks are relatively right. Depending on who is making your drinks, they can skimp you on the EXTRA caramel or EXTRA whipped cream that you requested but i should definitely do without it anyhow. LOL. ** just be aware that your drinks will most likely get mixed up when there is a huge crowd. Baristas should speak up a bit louder and people should pay attention to what is being called out. If you didn’t order an iced white mocha. why the heck would you grab for it? COMMONSENSEMAN!!!

Whenever I am at Great Mall, I always make an effort to come here just because it’s coffee. This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to just because of how crowded this place always is. Yes, I get that it is at a mall. But still! The line is always long, which leads to a long wait for your drink. I especially dislike it when everyone is crowding around the counter waiting for their drinks. I mean, the store is already small, so it’s not very efficient. I am glad that they opened a kiosk inside the mall though. I forgot where it was near, but that would loosen up the stress the employees may have and that it will spread out the huge crowd! Overall, it is what it is. It is at a mall so it’s bound to suck a little more than other Starbucks locations. I do applaud them for getting your orders quickly, making them right, and delivering them out on the counter.
