One of the worst hotel stays of my life, DONOT stay here. I got stuck here because everything else was full. They have basically one person on property, that person is trying to do everything. In my first room, the smoke alarm was chirping… but it was a wall-wired one, not the kind that runs on batteries, so we couldn’t just pull it down. Second room had ANIMALFECES in it. I’m not kidding, somebody’s dog or cat pooped in the room and the maids somehow missed it(!) I would have expected the mortiified staff to jump on it immediately but nobody wanted to clean it up so they passed the buck for about 4 hours and then switched me to another room. There was an old butter wrapper under the fridge with butter still on it. Fridges are noisy, a bit tough to sleep but not as bad as I’ve seen. In room #3 there was no shampoo, not even those cheap little bottles they give you. My advice is to stay farther away and just drive into the Valley; I will never stay here again. They are refurbishing the place now; too bad, they should probably just demolish it and build something else.

I was booked to stay here by my company while in town for business and it was the worst«business» hotel I’ve ever been to. The outside of the buildings look fine– well maintained and landscaped. The front office staff was very nice as well, however, everything went downhill upon entering my room. It smelled as if somebody had died in there on top of a pile of moldy towels and the door was then shut for a year. It was awful. I put my stuff down and proceeded to go back to the desk to ask if another room was available. I was told that there weren’t any other rooms(hard to believe as this place looked huge), so I told her I would not be staying there and to reverse any charges that had been made on my card. The front desk girl was very accomodating, and for that I give them credit. I ended up staying at the hotel across the street, which for $ 20 more included wi-fi, breakfast, dinner(with beer and wine), a hot tub, pool, and workout room. Of note, thie Homestead Studio Suites Hotel had pretty much no ammenties and even charged 4.99 for internet access. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even if it’s the last option available.

This place needs a serious wipe down and new plumbing. Everything else was very average. SUPERSLOW wi-fi, geeks. This could potentially be an awesome place to stay with its mini kitchenettes, but who wants to cook in a filthy-ass kitchen? The bathroom was also bad. Not a single drain worked properly. What the eff is in those pipes? This is not something I want to think about in a hotel room. When the drain makes noise, I check the eff out, and I did. Added a star for good service, and the comp. Everyone we dealt with was very kind. But I just can’t get past the groaty factor, be warned. With a baby in tow, this was a major inconvenience.
