I was a regular at this Starbucks for a while since it was on my way to work, but now that I’ve moved closer to work and don’t go to get coffee everyday anymore, I don’t come here as often. This Starbucks is definitely my preferred one for more than the reason of easy parking at the gas station. When I went in the other day after not going to that one for over a month one of the girls recognized me, remembered my name, and even put a smiley face next to my name on the cup. =) It’s great to feel like you’re not just another face in the crowd in this busy area.

This Starbucks is located within a Chevron Gas Station. So parking is not very easy to find. But regardless, it has high traffic during the workweek as it’s surrounded by large tech companies like Cisco, KLA/Tencor, Sandisk, Samsung, etc. I stopped by today to put in a special order for my free drink and although a long line, the baristas were quick. I ordered a Cookies & Cream frappuccino which is basically a Double Choco Chip Frappuccino substitute white mocha for the regular mocha and whipped cream on top. Not bad actually. Pretty close to tasting like a cookies and cream shake. Hours of course is a bit tight as they do close fairly early. But no worries there’s a Starbucks just across the bridge in the McCarthy Ranch area if you really need to get your Starbucks fix.

Great Starbucks that’s conveniently located next to SanDisk, KLA Tencor, and Cisco. For all the workers that work around, it’s a perfect walk to and from, instead of going over the ramp and to McCarthy Ranch. The service here is great and friendly with the quality of their drinks just like any other Starbucks. Space-wise is pretty small for the interior as well as the parking lot due to it being half Chevron as well. If you are in need of a quick fix-me-up, I’d go here.

Marry!!! Great customer service.. Nice ladies working there all the time.. some even remembers your drink. Sit outdoors… no smoker s so you can enjoy the sun and fresh air and look out to the mountain ranges to relax work you’d xpresso before going back to work

This is one of the best Starbucks I have been too. Frequent visitors are treated as regulars, and newbies get the same love. The barista’s are joyful, chatty, and make great drinks. I can’t say one bad thing about this spot except that it’s only opened on the weekdays. This group should be given a Starbuck award for customer service. Real talk!

I work across the street and come here at least 2 – 3 times a week. I’ve never had poor service. The staff is always super polite and accommodating.

I’m disappointed :/my drink was made wrong at another Starbucks. Brought it by here and I was charged again, when usually they just replace it. Especially since I only had 2 sips. The ladies working also didn’t seem friendly or smiled. Or made eye contact. Especially the one who handed me my drink. It’s the same people working as the one time before when I came here. Maybe they’re over worked? I cant come here again. On the plus side there’s a really awesome chevron next door !

I’m staying in the area for work and this is the closest Starbucks to my hotel, and I really like this Starbucks! The other reviewers are correct in that it is small(shared space with Chevron’s unremarkable mini mart) but the baristas are very nice, friendly/chatty, and always get my drink right. I’m pretty sure one barista already recognizes me as a regular too. Usually I wouldn’t bother reviewing Starbucks but the service here has been really outstanding, nothing like my run-of-the-mill Starbucks at home.

Coffee! This place is my favorite spot to get coffee. With this Starbucks connected to Chevron, one would think that this place would be packed 24⁄7! But no; the service is quick and fast, friendly, and amazing. These people know my name and I don’t even know theirs!

Parking lot is shared with Chevron. The inside of the Starbucks is SO tiny… but they do have a patio area. Service is MEH.

I actually really like this Starbucks! It’s small and is not ideal to lounge around here with your drink. But why do I still like them so much??? 1. They cater to the working crowd in the area. They are fast! I always get gas and also stop in for a refreshing after-lunch beverage. I never have to wait. And when there is more than 1 person in line, another barista jumps in right away to ask if they can at least start your order. 2. They are friendly. Every time I come in, whether alone or with other coworkers, the baristas always use our names when speaking to us. When I ask for suggestions outside my usual order, they always offer great ideas and popular drinks they and other customers like to drink. And when I buy the coffee beans and VIAs, they always give me a heads up about promotions and sales I didn’t even know about. Super fast. Super convenient. Super recommend! Btw, my usual: Venti Passion Tea Lemonade sweetened with Raspberry(no classic). You’ll thank me later when the weather gets really hot and that latte just ain’t the bizness anymore. :)

My everyday Starbucks… I love the staff here and they always do a great job with my drink. They know we’re in a rush so they’re always quick to jump in if there’s a line. Love love love!

Great service never fails! I go to this Starbucks religiously and well what’s not to like about it! You have a gas station, food mart next door, car wash and its right off the freeway! It is sort of weird to see bad reviews and I guess I have been fortunate enough to catch the staff on their good days.(Even though we all know you should leave your problems at the door at work) They never get my order wrong and although they are fast, they still give time to say hello or have a nice day. Now that is what I love! =)

I came here in the morning to get my fix before heading to SF. I’m not from the area, but I like this Starbucks for the following reasons: + Located right off the freeway + Parking…& connected to a Chevron if you need it + Super nice employees + Fast service + Available tables I’m a fan :)

I’m a frequent Starbucks customer all over the south bay. This one prob has one of the rudest weekday afternoon staff. I ordered a Mocha Frappucino and told her I wanted it with nonfat milk literally 2 seconds after the transaction. The lady who rang me up said to me very rudely, «2% milk is standard for the frappucinos and we already started your drink.» I apologized and asked if I could still get it with nonfat milk. She sighed and replied«you really want us to start your drink over?» I of course replied«yes, please and batted my long eyelashes.» C’mon now. My regular order is a highly customized drink and the other Starbucks locations I frequent always take the order with a smile. When I apologize for the long winded order they always say to me, «No way, don’t apologize. You’re paying $ 3 – 4 for a drink, you better get it the way you want.» If it doesn’t taste right, they also re-do it hassle free! I guess they don’t believe in that kind of customer service at this location. Btw, my mocha frap taste like crap. A coincidence? Maybe not.

I don’t know why so many people don’t like this Starbucks. Since it’s at the gas station, and just down the street from the one in McCarthy Ranch(which I don’t like), it makes sense that it’s not as busy I guess. But I have never had to stand in line here — there are usually 3 people working so if there is a person ahead of me, I still get helped immediately. The staff are very friendly — always smiling and laughing with me, and quick too! By the time I’ve finished paying, my drink is ready and waiting. Love these guys.

I’m on a Starbucks review revolution… so I’m starting all of my reviews with this standard statement. If you’re stalking me(totally kidding… sort of) and reading these in order, skip to the next paragraph. Let me qualify my review by saying, I’m one of those Starbucks once daily(sometimes twice daily if I’m evil from being overly tired) people. I frequent many a Starbucks and completely disagree that all Starbucks are created equal. I’ll agree that the coffee is generally consistent, but the attention to detail(like 190 degrees), the cleanliness of the store, whether they can keep drip coffee made, how fast they can make drinks, ability to not lose drinks etc is all over the board. So I’ve got to say, I like this Starbucks. It’s in a weird gas station/car wash thing, but I think: a) it’s fairly easy to park b) it’s often not busy c) service is really consistent d) they are generally pretty quick with drinks e) they follow directions [ask for it 190 degrees and you get it] That being said, pretty much all of my colleagues that are Starbucks addicts like me hate this one; I just don’t get it b/c it’s always been A-OK for me… but guess what haters;) that works out for me, b/c it will continue to let me get my caffeine on w/out the long lines!

In a hurry this morning, I decided to go out on a limb and try their«Perfect Oatmeal.» Big mistake. It had the consistency of overly soupy and undercooked instant oatmeal. Optional toppings included a big packets of brown sugar, raisins and mixed nuts: big whoop!). Instead of just mixed nuts, they would have been so much better off if it was a nutty crunchy granola mix instead. A totally unenjoyable way to get my daily requirement of fiber. So why did I go for oatmeal in the first place? The display always looks so nice and classy. Furthermore, this location always seems like they are out of baked goods expect for crumb cake and scones at 9AM. WTF? Primary reason I was there in the first place is that its attached to a Chevron gas station and I received a Starbucks card for Christmas. Moral of the story: there is no such thing as a free breakfast, especially when gas is involved.

I completely agree with Erin. This Starbucks really isn’t one to visit. If you want a quick coffee while you’re at Chevron, that’s fine, but don’t go out of your way to come here. It doesn’t really feel like a Starbucks should – tucked inside this Chevron. I’ve never really had a problem with the staff, although they don’t understand my order half of the time. The staff hasn’t been too friendly other – again, not like your normal Starbucks staff. *WiFi hotspot(TMobile) *iTunes WiFi Music Store
