Great service every time we come! They are very attentive and fast. The food also taste great.

My son his mother and I came here for dinner earlier. Right when we got there, there was only one parking left so that was good. When we went inside he were greeted and seated right away. For a place with only one park spot left, it wasn’t that packed so that was good too. My sons mother and I ordered 1 sirloin t steak with hashbrowns, 1 chicken cordon bleu, and 1 five star pancake for my son. The food came out within 15 mins. The food was good, but I wished the portion was a little bit more. Overall, the parking is iffy, the service was good, there’s seating, food was great, but the portion should be a little more. I don’t know if I would be back any time soon but if I’m in the mood for pancakes or chicken cordon bleu, I will be coming back.

The International House of Pancakes are light, airy, and fluffy but its small for portional size compare to Denny’s. It’s 9.50 $ for All You Can Eat hotcakes/​pancakes. The bottomless drinks are expensive 3.10 $ per drink disinclude water. It’s an alright experience. The eggs are flavorless so you might need to add salt and pepper for your own taste. Costumer service is very friendly. «AYCE PANCAKES ARE DINE IN ONLY.» NO ACCEPTIONS.

We had a wonderful experience. There was a little wait but it was worth it! The food come out hot and tasted great. Our waiter Eric R was wonderful. He saw to every detail and made our dining experience the best. Great food, wonderful environment, and the best service, it doesn’t get any better than this. What a great way to start the weekend.

Went here as per daughter’s request. They had the unlimited pancake promo and that got us wanting to try it. Personally I was expecting fluffy and bigger pancakes as shown in the commercials but then again they say everything is 10% bigger in tv … Including pancakes– lol, right!!! So she got the basic order or 2 eggs, 2 bacons and hash browns with her pancakes, while I settled for just the pancakes.
I wasn’t satisfied with the pancakes (which is ironic for it is suppose to take pride in its pancakes at it name depicts). I didn’t even finish my own stacks and let my daughter finish it all (as she did share her hash browns and bacon with moi). I did like the boysenberry syrup compared to the other flavored syrups they have (other choices were the regular maple, strawberry, blueberry and strawberry). The kiddo liked the blueberry better. +0.5. However, she finished all the pancakes with a squirt of ketchup… Hey, she has a more complex taste buds and I love and encourage her for it.
The service was great as our server was really nice. +1
The place was clean inside so that’s +0.5.
The food overall was just OK so it. +0.5
Overall it’s 2.5 for me and might take a while for us to come back.

The service is pretty good and also the waitress are polite and kind. The food is cooked well and when their restaurants are crowded they seem to handle it very well!

but when it’s late at night where else do you go? easy, you go to buffalo wild wings, in&out, china palace. but you want a sit down american diner? there u go.
good silly dessert pancakes. everything else that is entrée is really short of quality when compared to denny’s, and even then you know denny’s is not great either.

Clean restaurant and service was great. Food was normal IHOP quality but it tasted good. The waitress kept our water filled and checked on us from time to time. Lots of seating for big parties.

It’s been two years since I started coming here and so far it’s great. Appreciate the service in this facility, consistent at all times, even during late nights. Staff are friendly & helpful. Orders are served quick, soon after you’ve placed it. Busy facility, crowd is huge on Friday nights & rest of the weekends as well. And, they do manage the crowd quite well. Other plus factors, a) large seating area, b) decent parking lot & c) Inexpensive pricing.
What is unique about IHOPS are they serve breakfast menu all day & everyday, ²⁴⁄₇. They offer wide variety of pancakes, crepes (both sweet & savory), salads, sandwiches, egg specialities, waffles, french toasts, beverages, desserts and what not? almost EVERYTHING. If you have a good appetite and is accompanied by another person, then go for ‘CREATE YOUR BEST COMBO PANCAKES’. I’ve tried it, they are amazing. It fills your hunger & craving with just the right sweet & savory mix. It usually comes with 2 pancakes — flavors of your choice, Strawberry Banana pancakes are the best, 2 eggs — can opt for scrambled, hash browns & other non-​veg options (not a complete non-​veg, so I will stop with eggs). They are really tasteful & delicious.

Like their other festival offers throughout the year & fabulous christmas decorations. The colorful & the exciting rhythm of celebration can always be felt. Will be here just to simply experience the lively feel of the ambience!

My family really enjoys eating at IHOP. Generally speaking, the service can vary quite a bit from one location to another, but we’ve had consistently good experiences at this location over the past 4 years coming here, so It thought it was finally time to post a review.
Do keep in mind that this location can get very busy during prime times (especially on holiday/​weekend mornings), so plan accordingly. We call to order take-​out during those busy times, and it’s great. The staff at front always double-​checks our orders in front of us when we come pick up to make sure that our order is correct.
Bottom line: If you like IHOP food, this is a great location to pick.

Love the food and service!!! Definitely way better than dennys. And the people coming here aren’t ghetto customers being rude ratchet and drunk customers like dennys. Keep up the standard IHOP you’re doing a wonderful job.

You can’t really complain about the quality of the food either cause it’s mainly a breakfast menu! Who f-​cks up breakfast?! If a cook can’t make a decent breakfast plate then IHOP got problems!
The only thing I dislike is the location. As soon as you step out of your car it smells like garbage (which lingers from the dump just a few miles away). Gross!!!
Overall, I like IHOP.

We went there after we got off work at midnight. Good location. But when we sat down the server said their kitchen is closing in 20 min! What the?! Apparently they’re not 24 hrs
But the food is great and our server Carlo is super nice and really took care of us

My friend and I decided that we would head to this place before he left for college. When we got there at around 10 a.m., it was already pretty crowded. We had to wait around for a reasonable 5 minutes before they found us a table. Speaking of tables, they were all relatively spaced out from one another. In my opinion, that is a good thing, as the noise level was not too loud or overpowering because of the conversation going on from the table next to you.
In terms of the service, it was satisfactory. From the moment you arrived, the venue had a very welcoming atmosphere. The servers had the enthusiasm and warm personality that you expect to receive when going out to enjoy a meal. Our orders came within 20 minutes, which is pretty quick in my opinion (considering how busy it was on that day).
Regarding the food: deliciously sweet. Along with some coffee to start out the day, I ordered the Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast. While certainly a stomach pleaser, it surprisingly kept me full past the lunch hours. To be honest, I thought the portion size was just about right. Had it not been for the calories, I most likely would have ordered another plate.
Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. I look forward to coming back soon for another delicious breakfast.

Came for late-​night brinner. We got the sampler plate which has scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes, and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate still had powder clumps floating on top, haha. Oh, well! It tasted good once I mixed it all in. Pancakes were cold, so the butter didn’t melt, but somehow that was still passable… somewhat. Our waitress was nearly impossible to peg down, then we found out why; when she opened her folio to give us the bill, she had at least 20 tabs running. Poor woman had to be so overwhelmed. She was very kind at the end, though.

STAFF: our wait time was not as long as quoted so that was nice. All staff were friendly, cheery, and attentive.
FOOD: I was happy with my food and love how the syrups are at the table at your disposal. Pancakes we’re big and fluffy I could not finish them
I had to take them home but even the next day I still gobbled them up.
VENUE: inside was homey like you’re in someone’s country living room. I like the windows so you can see outside. Family feel to it felt comfortable. Pay up front which I like so you don’t have to wait for them to charge your card then bring it back, etc.

I will preface this by asking «can ANYONE do hash browns correctly???» and i’d put an exclamation point there, but I don’t want to be obnoxious. THIS time, anyway.
When i order hash-browns…i don’t want hash-tans…which is exactly how they come. Even asking for extra-crispy…barely browned, I just don’t get it. It’s not rocket science! And stop trying to grill them dry! Okay, rant over.
The omelette looked more like an egg burrito — and appeared so lonely on the plate, it made me sad. The decaf coffee was transparent, that’s hard to take. Just cuz it’s decaf, doesn’t mean you have to be able to see through it! Hot water with a hint of coffee flavoring? no bueno. Was unfortunate, I had higher hopes. Probably won’t be back.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday. It was super busy around lunch time. I ordered a combo breakfast with the bacon & cheddar waffles on their special menu. My bf got the Chorizo fiesta omelette with a side of pancakes. Everything we ordered was very good. Service was good even when it was busy.

Beatriz was a great host… she was really nice and she smiled the entire time. She moved quickly as well left extra napkins lol
She was coming back to make sure everything was OK for us and we’ll definitely be back to make a visit she is amazing…
