Love this place. Beautiful temple. Peaceful. Lord Aadinath as main deity. Jainism is all about non violence.

I never knew there is a review for temples also!
The architecture and statues in this temple are intricately done. The samavsharan they added 3 years ago is beautiful! The most important thing for me is to forget all my worries when I visit a religious place, and I get that here. I like the feeling of calmness and peace I get when I visit the temple. The smell of sandlewood and the lamps just make it even more spiritual.
I am giving 4 stars though because I have two concerns.
1. The sound of ringing bell during the Aarti is too loud. In fact, that’s the reason I am not too keen on attending the aarti’s.
2. The evening ours on weekdays start at 6:30 PM. I would definitely be able to visit the temple more often if they open at 5:30 or 6 PM. Typically many day-​cares close at 5:30 and I’d love to bring my kid more often, but they are always closed that time!

Quiet place to feel connected to God. I feel delighted to come every week.

Peaceful place for worship. I go regularly and get peace of mind here.

This is an authentic Jain temple with regular programs to learn about Jain dharma and take part in festivals and religious ceremonies. The website lists these events and timings for regular events. The temple has intricately carved murthis. There is a lot to experience and learn here so give yourself a good hour and ask someone to help you if you are not familiar with what is going on or what you see.

Visited this Jain Temple today for the first time — may have been here before but cannot remember. The marble statues and architecture of the place was superb, and it was good to be back at a temple again. This temple is not very big, but it is laid out nicely — as follows:
downstairs:
— a satsang/​community room with adjoining kitchen
–a library
— shower rooms
— shoe rooms (with separate rooms for men and women — found this concept interesting as I’ve never seen this before)
— bathrooms (of course)
upstairs:
— main temple area (with the various saints of Jainism placed individually in separate carved areas around the prayer room, and main saints in the central area)
Today there was a celebration of Shri Ramana Manarishi’s 130^th anniversary, so it was good to be there for the bhajan (prayer song) session, the following skit done by several children, and the video thereafter. Went to meet up with a family friend, too. Also got some good reading material from this as well.
The prasad was rather good, too. I felt bad for not having brought anything for it, though I was glad to voluntarily help the others clean up afterwards. Everyone was really nice and friendly, though, and encouraged me to take some food back home. Always nice to get some free food :)
The location is fairly straightforward too — right off of the 880 exit at Great Mall Parkway. Lots of Indian shops within walking distance, Tirupathi Bhima (the restaurant), and of course, the great mall within easy driving distance.
Many of the things kinjal s. has mentioned applies to myself as well — enjoying the peace of mind, not liking/​believing in proselytizing, and appreciating the place for what it is. Thankfully, I have not encountered the proselytizing/​fanatically religious mentality here, so I plan to be back!

I guess peace of mind is invaluable and we cannot rate that state/​feeling/​emotion/​whatever-​u-​may-​call-​it…
I am more spiritual than religious, I believe that there is only on God with different names and forms :-) and I *absolutely do not believe* in proselytizing and this review is not about the religion or faith… it is only about the place…
As Andee mentioned, the inside of this Jain temple maintains it sanctity and peace and quiet. I am not a regular temple goer but I often go there when I just need quiet time, peace time, when I want to be by myself. The good thing is that anyone can enter the temple, its open to all… On weekdays the temple closes at 9:00pm. and usually in the afternoons and late evenings its not busy and thus quiet.
On sunday afternoons, it also serves as a meeting point for parents who send their kids to sunday school… speaking of sunday noons, they have some nice lunches @ the temple…

Although I do not follow this religion, I have to give this temple 5 stars. FANCY SCHMANY! The whole structure is built from white marble, and is just a beautiful place to look at. It is a high-​tech place of worship, but that doesn’t affect its «temple-​ness» (sheesh thats not a word).
